Lovely spacious room, beautifully presented and made for comfort. Generous twin beds, a modern chaise longue, a handy table with two chairs ... The bathroom was very clean, with lots of space, large basin, and shelves, lux shower and all the towels you need. Plus a (small) mini-bar - haven't seen one for ages. It was all so well-appointed: I was surprised by the very pedestrian instant coffee option in the room. Instead I got a coffee from room service, but for a quick cuppa I use coffee bags instead of granulated coffee in sachets. Hotel is near busy roads but traffic noise was unremarkable. A fantastic place for a shortish stay.

Not a drawer in the place. Where is one to store one's undies? And nowhere obvious to place my open suitcase. Also, strange to have the lap pool right next to reception and in full view of restaurant/bar. These are my only quibbles.

Location and proximity to Rouse Hill shops and to Hillsong Church. Less than 10 minutes on the Metro to Norwest Station. Bus stop out front for a quick ride to Rouse Hill Metro. Excellent and spotless rooms. Comfortable beds. Quiet rooms. Excellent and professional cleaning staff. OMG! I ordered my dinner by the QR Code provided for the Fiddler Restaurant and my Guinness Pie and veg arrived in 8 minutes! 😃 Can’t wait to have a swim in the pool this summer when I stay again.

Nothing I didn’t like. (Wish there was a bus stop directly across the road coming back from Rouse Hill station maybe?)

I have stayed at the Mercure Rouse Hill many times and the staff are consistently professional. A major factor is that it is close to the shops and transport and a huge bonus is that the restaurant/room service from The Fiddler is available all day and up to late into the evening. A great bonus for a solo traveller. Which means I am able to have a relaxing late lunch in my room and delivered to my door after checkin at 2:30 pm. The room service is without a doubt extremely prompt and the best! Good menu too!

One thing about the menu. I wish there were a few more healthier options from the vegan/vegetarian selection. Not sure that vegans are fond of deep fried food. :(

The room was amazingly quiet even on the street side. Close to a good restaurant that accepted my nsw seniors card for the main meal, half price. I loved the shower pressure and having a choice of 2 different shower heads. Bath towels are a good size and soft. I like the bathroom tiles,

Couldn't work out the safe to operate. The position of the swimming pool isn't very private from the restaurant patrons. I didn't use it as I would feel like a gold fish in a bowl. The round table in the room wasn't suitable as the edge was ruff and chipped. I had to move the table, around to use.

Nearly everything was great. Staff excellent, location was perfect for our needs, great restaurant next door. Amazing soundproofing of glass considering the room looked out directly at Windsor Road. Room was comfortable, clean and ideal for our overnight stay.

The bed was squishy (memory foam?) and the pillows were huge. We slept poorly with our chin pressed against our chest/ear pressed against our shoulder. Would need to remember to bring our own pillows if we stay there again.

Location close to bus stop, Metro station and shopping centre. Room was just what I needed for my stay with up-to-date decor and facilities. Nice tall rain shower head in shower recess. Neat coffee making area. ☕️ Exceptional staff who are ready to help out with anything. Clean pool. Nice gym. Efficient and courteous housekeeping staff. The Fiddler Restaurant is also exceptional with service and has quite a good menu. Room service available for all meals. The only day the restaurant is not open throughout the year is Christmas Day. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just a note that the glass sliding doors in the room are locked; but the air/con is very efficient.

I loved the new Fiddler Restaurant next door. I loved the menu and prompt room service. The Mercure was very classy and as a female traveller feel safe and appreciate the 24 hours reception. Please don’t change that! I love the soundproof rooms. Tall rain showerhead Very clean and comfortable The staff were very professional and presented well. WOW! I loved the rooms! Will definitely be staying here regularly in the future. 😃 5 minute walk to the Rouse Hill shops and Rouse Hill Metro Station.

The front of the building on Old Windsor Road did not have any signage that I could see, but of course easy to find on google maps. The front of the building there could do with a clean and a freshen up. It doesn’t reflect the excellent standard of accomodation.

Ideally located if you have work in suburbs; bit far from main city however it’s next to happening night spot and train station that will take you directly to the heart of the city

We visited between Christmas and new years so was bit understaffed however whosoever was on duty was helpful and pleasant

Convenience to The Fiddler restaurant. Convenience of quality meals/room service all day and evening. Very efficient ! Convenience of the bus stop out front and into the Metro at Rouse Hill Station. Rouse Hill Shopping Centre close by via bus or short walk. Staff are very professional and happy to help. Rooms are nice and they are also quiet with all I needed for my stay. Pool looks nice! Hope to get there next time😌

This is THE best motel I have stayed in, in the Sydney region, across 25 years. My room was excellent value for money, beautifully clean, and cleaned every day I was there. The room was also incredibly quiet and being close to a great restaurant was a wonderful bonus. Beautiful meals were delivered to my room within 20 minutes of ordering them from QR room service. Staff were lovely and I was delighted with everything about my stay. I highly recommend Mercure Rouse Hill and will choose to stay there on future visits.

There was nothing that I could fault. The Mercure Rouse Hill is better than any 5 star accomodation I have stayed in, in Sydney.
