Loved the spacious room and balcony/patio area. The pool was one of the best with a glass side overlooking the street below, and the spa beside it was just fantastic. Location was perfect for shopping and 5 minutes from the Casino.

The view was looking into other accommodation, which was disappointing when we thought we were getting a room with a view of the river as advertised. We had to buy coffee cups as the ones provided were a 2 sip kind of size. I suggest googling restaurants or downloading the Aus Ubereats app before arriving.

Very spacious and bedding was comfortable. Balcony was huge!

Maybe a smart TV is best - nowadays, everyone watches Netflix not cable TV :)

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Oaks Casino Tower. We were especially pleased with how kind, friendly and helpful ALL of the staff were! It is in the absolute perfect spot for a family getaway. There was lots to see and do for both adults and children within walking distance. We booked a river view room of the 18th floor and the view was absolutely spectacular! The rooms were comfortable, with ducted air conditioning, and the apartment was equipped with everything you need for your time away! It was our 1st time staying with Oaks, but we will definitely be back again! Thanks so much for having us!!

The pool is fantastic and really made our stay special as we have three small kids. The rooms and kitchen are large and clean. Overall it was a very convenient, spacious place to stay and very good value for money.

It was difficult to find the hotel and car park initially as it’s not clearly sign posted and Google Maps was very confused in the CBD location! We’d booked an extra fold out bed for our three year old but this was not set up when we arrived and we had a challenge mobilising staff to help us when we asked for it. The foyer and reception / lift areas were very untidy due to renovations (I think).

The staff were so helpful, especially the maintenance man, Paul! We had a leak in our washing machine and Paul was there to help from the get go. Paul let us move rooms and he was so helpful and kind, he was just happy to help! He was truly just a delight to deal with and he instantly made us feel comfortable. We were also very pleased with the location, the price, the facilities, and the view is unreal!

Honestly everything was great. I’d say the only let down was not having access to the pool, hot tub and sauna. I think this was due to maintenance though so that’s really just bad timing. Nothing bad to comment on :)

The staff were very friendly and accommoating, especially a gentleman (sorry, forgot to get his name but he had ling hair/maybe dreadlocks). The rooms were very spacious and clean. The balcony was big, which was amazing. We booked a two bedroom apparently for 5 people and requested a fold out bed, which the oaks accommodate for us at no cost (amazing!!). The main room was so big that there was plenty of room in the main room for the fold out bed and we still had room to move around.

When we booked online, we weren't told that we had to pre-book parking. On arrival we were told we would have to find street parking or use a payed parking facility down the road. Also, we weren't told at the time of booking that only one elevator would be working during our time, which made things very tricky to enter and exit the room and facilities as we were on the 23rd floor (especially during check out and check in time as the lifts were full with people who had bags)

Such a wonderful hotel with amazing staff! The only thing I didn’t like was on check in I was told to park in a Green Bay and none were available so we parked in a red hoping to not be towed, once we went to tell the concierge about the situation (it was a different person this time) he told us we could park in a red bay and assigned us one for the entirety of our stay. That and there not being clearly marked instructions or a map in around or even in the elevators was problematic as we got lost and back at reception where they were once again lovely and showed us how to get there. Honestly other then those tiny inconveniences the whole stay was wonderful

Car parking

Fantastic location and view over the river to Southbank ,the wheel, Victoria Bridge and all the colourful night lights and ferries. Rm 3301 had a great spacious corner balcony, so views over central Brisbane also, with large table and chairs. Washing machine & Dryer,Comfy mattress, very good kitchenette and lounge. All main rooms with floor to ceiling glass and great views. Easy walk to to North Quay ferry or any tourist sight, eating or shopping venues. South Brisbane train station just across the bridge under 10 min walk allows use of convenient Airtrain from airport terminals. Friendly,smiling and helpful desk staff.

Generally everything was excellent but possibly more hanging hooks in the bathroom and bed lights on both sides of the bed rather than only one. Although the hotel was quiet and no general traffic noise,emergency vehicle sirens came up 33 floors and through the extensive glass. Not within the apartments control and I would not trade the view.

Fantastic location! The rooms were very spacious with all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was well equipped and the added bonus of a laundry within the main bathroom was great. Organising the parking was easy. But the best asset of the Oaks is the staff. Wherever we went the staff went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. I can’t stress enough how amazing the staff were! And the reception service desk had someone that hummed while working which filled the foyer with joy. It was an amazing stay!! Thank you so much.
