Room was spacious and very clean. Table- - 4 setting which gave plenty of room. Great size fridge and freezer. Didn't see power board until last morning so that was a bit disappointing as had stood up to use my laptop near fridge power points. Power board just under queen size bed on both sides. Liked sheet as top cover of bed more hygienic as can easily be washed for every guest.

Could not have visitors to room. A little confusing- No cooking but a toaster in the room. As it was raining fresh towels on day 2 would have been nice.

The hotel was conveniently located. You can get a direct bus from the airport. The hotel was clean. The facilities are very complete. There is a supermarket and hungry jack across the road, and the staff is very enthusiastic. She will solve all your problems in time.

Would like to improve the hotel's hot water shower system for baths.

I loved the room layout, so many places look great but don’t consider practicality like the most convenient charging port. I really appreciate that my room has an extension cord that allowed me to charge my phone by my bedside and the layout was very comfortable. Also there is a full size fridge freezer that meant I could store some ice cream without fear it would melt. kitchen was well stocked and everything I needed was close to hand. Staff were super friendly and full of helpful recommendations.

The accomadation was so clean . You have everything you need in the rooms the beds are so comfortable. Slept so well. So close to shops and attractions. The lady at the reception was so helpful. I would recommend this holiday units . I will be definitely going back

Absolutely nothing.

Room was clean and well presented. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very Covid aware and all prevention's were in place. Recliner lounge chairs were a nice touch to sit back on to read a book instead of propped up on the bed.

It did not affect us however the office being closed at 6 pm with no access after that point could very well be a negative to some. Having a bond for the room taken from our account then on leaving, receive a text saying the transaction has been cancelled it is then up to us and the bank to ensure it is repaid is a negative in our view. Having bank details as security or payment in cash to hold as bond would seem a better option especially for those on a tight travel budget.

Good value comfortable room friendly staff with a great shower!

I didn’t mind the location because although it was quite a way from the centre it had a good shopping centre a couple of minutes walk away with a fantastic bar called Banjos for eating and drinking plus live music at the weekend

Super nice place in good location at Airlie Beach! Good price, nice room, near the centre & the beach! The room is big & has a kitchen but if there only be the opportunity to make your own food (stove) it would be perfect! 🙂 So you can cook homemade meals & enjoy your stay 🙂

The apartment was exceptionally clean & it had everything you needed for a comfortable stay It had a lovely pool & dining area & BBQ area & laundry facilities.The shopping centre was nearby & had everything you would need There were also restaurants within walking distance

We liked everything & thought it was very good value. We did think it would have been nice to have offered discount for longer stays though & this would also save them a lot of work as the cleaning between guests was done very thoroughly

Staff was very caring and friendly. The room was tidy and met our expectations. Also the bed was so comfy! The location is perfect - close to Cannonvale Beach and after a nice walk also to Airlie Beach.

The washing machine was for cold wash only.

Older style units just outside Airlie in Cannonvale Owners very friendly . Clean and tidy, very comfy beds and had microwave , kettle and toaster. Close to a park and you could do the boardwalk into Airlie . Very quiet , except for the wild life !
