The apartment is clean and fully equip. location is great.

noisy! the garbage trunk and workers came really early down the street at 4 and 5am and made a lot of noise!

Fantastic location, close to everything in central Melbourne and a few minutes walk to Flinders St Station. The staff are wonderful, going out of their way to help. For example, they helped get us a parking spot out the front to unload our luggage. The apartment is spacious and the historic building it is in is very nice. The view from our apartment was spectacular.

Very minor points here. The kitchen was quite basic, like a hotel apartment. Although it served our needs well. The apartment is a little dated, but a redecoration and moderuzation would make it so amazing that it would like be out of our price range!

the room we stayed in we got to see out the window and see a lot of street art on the wall which was absolutely amazing. but also we could see the fourm which is where we had a concert Wednesday so we thought it was absolutely amazing. the room was amazing and well taken care of. there was little incident that happened and they were so polite about it which made me feel a lot more comfortable about it which was absolutely amazing.

the windows didn't open all the way which we weren't to big of a fan off. the showers drainage didn't work 100% the shower wasn't on much of an angle so a lot of the water ran out of the shower and onto my clothes instead of into the train

It is the perfect location to go to an event at the Rod Laver Arena and Flinders Street area. The room was nice, but a bit expensive.

The workmen in the morning were very loud and we couldn't sleep in. We had travelled 6.5 hours from Mildura and then had a concert and had to drive back 6.5 hours and this meant we were very tired. There was nowhere to return the keys when reception was closed. The car parking dockets didn't work and I was charged $35 when I could have just paid the car park fee of $20 online. Car parking is usually free where I stay most times and the extra cost made this a very expensive night. The price was a lot more than I usually pay for any accommodation and it was nice, but we literally just slept there. There should be a refund of a small amount when there is no lounge or kitchen cleaning required. We were in the room for less than 12 hours and woken up by the noise in the morning.

The best thing about our stay was the staff. We asked for early room access (10-11am!) but they said that would be unlikely, understandably so. And on our arrival, that was the case. But just as we were finishing our checkin (and bag storage), our room became available (this was before 11am). Fantastic! And then, next morning my daughter woke up (late) with conjunctivitis and a headache; we were supposed to be out in a matter of minutes! But they said ‘no worries, take your time’! So accommodating. The second best thing about Flinders Landing is the location, especially if theatre is your attraction. So convenient, but also well situated for Fed Sq, the NGV, etc. and getting some eye drops from the chemist!

There was some terrible art in the room, but so what? I think there was a drippy tap too, but with the bathroom door closed you could no longer hear it. So no real issues here…

Great central location, nice sizeable apartment for an affordable price. Apartment included iron and laundry facilities, tea and coffee, dishwasher and fridge plus extra blankets. Was clean when we arrived, comfy lounge set up with a slightly dated but perfectly functional TV set up, and we got a good night's sleep. Friendly and helpful staff when checking in and out. Perfect stay for our weekend into town!

Only issue we had was the hairdryer in the bathroom didn't work, which is such a tiny thing overall. Everything else was golden!

The location was perfect for our activities on this trip. Easy walk to Flinders Street Station or trams. Cavendish Apartment 4D was spacious and comfortable with a large screen TV. Got a great night's sleep in the king size bed. The little balcony was fine for morning coffee. Had a couple of issues which were rectified very quickly. Overall a most enjoyable two night stay and would have liked to stay on.

Not many cheaper eateries in this vicinity. There was not really any view (just buildings), but was not expecting one.

Excellent location right in the heart of Melbourne's vibrantly chic yet gritty CBD - an easy short stroll to hipster cafes, exotic eateries, trams and trains, classy department stores and funky shops... The bed was soft and comfortable and the unit clean. Also the staff are so helpful and friendly!

Although a great space with generous proportions the decor was tired and scuffed, a dining room chair had a broken back. But all quite forgivable considering the super helpful staff and central location. Be warned that the city never sleeps so don't be surprised by the garbage trucks compacting at all hours, and the bar staff noisily tipping out empty bottles! But worth it for all for a dose of the big city heartbeat...

Great central location near Flinders St Station and trams. Inside the free tram zone. Close to great food spots and central shopping area. Apartment had plenty of room for 3 people with good beds, good kitchen with basics and laundry and we also had a nice view. Plenty of hot water. We were able to leave luggage at reception after check out until we were ready to leave to catch our flight. Very comfortable stay.

Laundry/washer had a slight odor, but it didn't really bother us with door closed.

Loved staying here. We had a later flight which unfortunately got cancelled the first night and moved to the second night of the stay. The staff were very understanding and accomodating. They also had a late check in option which was very helpful. The instructions were very clear on how to access that. The apartment was very spacious for 2 people. All amenities were clean and stocked. The view was lovely too. 5 minute walk from Flinders station.
