Great night sleep, good mattress, good facilities, close to everything, dark room no light pollution disturbing a great nights sleep. Will stay here again.

The couch is probably due for an upgrade.

I liked that we were provided with practically everything we might need, the apartment was cleaned after a week, and that the staff were so friendly and willing to help with any requests. The location was easy access to everything and I was happy there was a gym.

Only minor things - I found the smell in the hallway heading toward our room quite unpleasant, the kitchen tap was wobbly, the toilet roll holder was too far back for people to use if sitting on the toilet, and there was a busy nightclub outside from Thursday to Saturday nights that was quite loud.

It was very easy to collect the keys from the lockbox, The code was sent the night before we arrived. Communication with Denis, the manager, was clear and quick. The apartment is surprisingly quiet, despite being right on Flinders street. The complex has a lovely marble foyer and three lifts for quick access. There is a large underground parking garage although we didn't need to use it. The apartment is a large enough space for two with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was fabulous to have a washer and dryer in the apartment. Washing powder was provided too. The location is excellent. It is right in the middle of the nicest part of Melbourne CBD. The tram stop is out the front of the building. It was a short walk to IGA for supplies. There's a Bottle-O around the corner. It's a short walk to famous laneways, cafes and restaurants and landmark places and tourist spots.

The mattress was a bit too firm. The pillows were a bit hard. There wasn't a lot of cutlery. Some tourist info and a tourist map of the city could be very useful additions for guests. The balcony was teeny.

Great location. Excellent communication from host who was very obliging.

Great location in Melbourne, walking distance to everything. A supermarket close by and a good coffee shop on the corner not far away. Our apartment was quiet. Has everything you need for a short stay. Nice to have a balcony even though we didn't sit out on it as you looked into an internal court yard and other apartments. But I would stay in this location again as good value.

Air-conditioning only in the lounge/kitchen area so the bedrooms got a bit warm if you had the doors closed.

Easy to access after hour arrival, central location and tram stop outside or short walk to flinders street station, apt had everything you needed plus more, very clean and comfortable and so great to have own laundry set up. Had small balcony and a window for fresh air , good natural light. Gas cook top I was not expecting. Room stocked with extra toilet paper, soaps and washing powder. Was able to leave luggage in hold for a few hours just need to arrange with Denis day or so before checking out, good communication was had. Will definitely stay again ..thank you

Was on first floor , bit noisey at night with restaurant outside and street art lane had people coming through lane way all day , but bed is in centre of apt so could sleep, wished balcony was a little bigger to sit out on

Great hosts, excellent location, well-provisioned apartment. Good local amenities (corner store nearby and easy walk into Melbourne centre). Fun decorative touches such as the upside-down trees and the water pools in the atrium. The host was able to amend our booking at short notice and met us to hand over the keys and escort us to the parking - much appreciated!

The car park is a little hard to navigate - I ended up catching the side skirt of the rental car on the exit kerb. The apartment had little natural light as it looked out over the atrium.

Handy for everything. Close to shops and flinders street station . Right next to tram stop for tennis . Lots of space . Good shower and laundry area.

Kitchen no good for short people. Microwave over tall fridge. Kitchen cupboards over sink and cooker. Kitchen chairs too tight to counter. No space for legs TV only had about 6 channels.

Location was great. Apartment was very comfortable and having car parking available in the building was excellent. Second bedroom was very small with a single bed and had no window but it was perfectly adequate.

Check out procedure was not great because we were asked to leave the keys on the coffee table which meant we couldn't access the basement carpark. Had to call a staff member to come and give us access.

Very easy. Staff met us at the entrance to the car park and informed us where to park. He then showed us the way to the unit on 9th floor. He explained the garage buzzers and keys very well

From about 10pm onward, there was a lot of noise coming from the surrounding bars/clubs. We could hear the music pumping and people singling/screaming. That’s not the fault of flinders apartments at all. I would also suggest a few more kitchen items. It is a little limited
