So many varieties of restaurants and food stops very close. Easy parking which included extra in & out if need be.$30 Cheeper on weekends if you don’t. $20 Couldn’t hear traffic once in room.

Floor Mat (needs steam clean) & lounge had two large stains- should be kept as family room not Adult guests. Person responsible’s deposit should have covered replacement fabric of some sort. Even if different colour. Tv lights up into Glass frosted window panel on bedroom 2 & glass door on bedroom 1 so makes harder for early bed guests if others still watching TV. Kitchen holds everything you need if wish to fend for yourself. And full sized fridge for your drinks.

Location: right in the heart of the city. Only 2 mins walk to tram stops and 5 mins to Southern Cross train station that has a big shopping mall and many eateries connected to it. There is a Chemist Warehouse nearby too which is very convenient if you want to shop for great deal household supplies and cosmetic. Staff: very friendly, polite, supportive and informative. Facilities: we traveled as a family of 4 and found the apartment very comfortable and roomy. There is a kitchen and microwave too so very handy if you want to cook something simple. Tableware and kitchenware are supplied too. Washing machine and iron/iron bar are included so can be very helpful if you plan to stay for over 1 week and want to have your clothes washed.

The weather was hot when we were there and there is only one air conditioner in the living room which is obviously not enough to cool the whole apartment. You will have to open the bedroom's door to get the cool air in but never enough. Other seasons should not be a problem at all. There is only 1 toilet to share so it could create tension if you travel in a big group, especially in the morning. Room service is done every 2-3 days but you can always get new towels at the reception.

The apartment was very clean and well maintained and set out. The Kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. It was nice and quiet as well. There was a tram stop out front and having access to the free trips around the city was fantastic.

We were a bit put off by the young man at reception who did not seem too happy and told us check in was 4pm when confirmation definitely said 2pm. A very friendly and professional young lady came to the rescue. She sorted it out and we were in our room not too much after 2pm.

Location excellent, very central. View from balcony beautiful and loved that there was the option for it to be enclosed or open. It was very clean. 2 day towel and sheet service. Washer/dryer machine was excellent. Courtesy call prior to arrival was an unexpected surprise. Use of the lounge area before and after check out was very handy.

The bedrooms are too small, especially the 2nd room with two single beds. Beds on wheels move around too easily. Lights in the bathroom are too dim. Fans needed in bedrooms, it was too hot at night, even with air con on in the living area. The temperature was mild so I can't imagine what it's like on hot evenings.

Very clean just that the location is not very near to the shopping area need to walk about 15mins. Like that they provide pocket wifi and allow guests to deposit luggages after check out

Not near to main shopping street

The smell as soon as you walked in beautiful makes it so nice and you know it’s fresh and clean the pool was amazing late last night close to where we had to go room was so nice and tidy and good set up staff were really lovely and parking is only around the corner and cheap and you can come and go as many times as you like for the one fee loved everything about it will be back for sure kids and myself went to the big shopping Center and only took 8 minutes to walk and even after buying things a good walk back just bloody beautiful all round

I can’t fault anything at all

I really liked the location of the Wyndham. It's central to most things. Also the building was nice & quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep & the rooms were nice and dark for a good night's sleep. The room was well equipped, clean & good for families.

The only issue, as a family of four we had was the bedrooms were small & cramped & I didn't like the double bed being pushed up against the wall, making it a hassle for the person sleeping up against the wall to get out of bed throughout the night.

Location was very convenient and we walked to what we needed to go to. Lovely modern apartment and big wide hallways to enter felt very luxurious. Bed's comfy and bedding clean. Lovely outdoor balconies. Good air conditioning. Kitchen was well supplied with all amenities required. Loved the security with the key card only allowing access to your own floor, plus the gym and pool. And the access from outside also required a key card out of hours. Having a washer/dryer was very handy. The pool was a very welcome addition on a 30 deg day!

The room was very small and not like the picture on the site. We had to leave our luggage in the living room as there just wasn't enough room to open a suitcase in the bedrooms. The twin room's beds covered the entrance door to the connecting bathroom and were not able to be walked around without moving them. Not enough seating in the living room for 4 people comfortably. No pool towels in the room despite having a rooftop pool. You shouldn't have to go to reception to get these. Internet is not easy to access. We had our own data but if not we would have had to go to reception and get a dongle, paying a $50 deposit. This seems very backward for 2024 and not comparable to other places I have stayed.

Loved our stay at Wyndham Hotel, the apartment was so comfortable, clean and perfect size for a family of five (two adults, two children & one baby). The entrance, lifts, and floor is also so well maintained and feels really luxe. The pool, gym and library space are all superb as well- and the gym is seriously the best motel gym I’ve seen. So well equipped. For the price I would say it’s such good value. I love how central this is also to southern cross, but also Bourke st shopping etc. it’s also conventionally on William St which the tram travels for the Vic markets and Zoo minutes away.

My partner commented on the area of little Bourke being more smelly/dark compared to staying along Southbank etc. for me though I actually love this central location, and you cannot beat the dining options along this street again just minutes walk away.

Great hotel. Staff all very friendly. This was our first stop, so after 24 hours of travelling the friendly warm welcome we received was amazing. When we arrived in our room it was perfectly clean. The room and bathroom was very spacious and had all the amenities needed if you wanted to self cater. We had a lovely surprise when we entered the room of a card and a bottle of wine as we had been chosen as the guest of the day as part of the hotels surprise and delight program which was lovely and really appreciated. Would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again
