The room and bathroom cleaning was great. The location was very centrally located and convenient. Beds were soft and comfy and clean. You get 4 complimentary Nespresso pods to use in the machines as well as complimentary bottled water that gets replaced when they tidy your room up. The shower was nice and spacious and the bathroom you had all that needed.

The view in the twin beds room is just a view of a neighbouring building wall but totally fine - there’s blackout curtains provided so you can sleep in complete darkness. The bathrobe was a nice touch but my friend was hoping to find slippers provided.

We stayed for one night to attend the Taylor Swift concert and I was extremely happy with the service we received. The check in process was seamless and we were very grateful to check in early after a long drive from Adelaide. Arranging valet parking was quick and easy, and meant we could simply check in and relax before our night out. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean with great amenities. We enjoyed a full buffet breakfast before checking out and again, were very impressed with the service. I would highly recommend as a perfect spot to stay in the Melbourne CBD!

My only feedback was that the view from room was not appealing, although this was a very minor point. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed the location. An easy drive in, we were able to park and unload our luggage before driving to the carpark nearby. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel is new and beautiful. The room was not large but very attractive. A huge bed, a little soft, but still comfortable. Very clean, very quite and private. Gorgeous bathroom. Loved our breakfast and the very attentive staff. Again the location is so good for ease of getting everywhere in the CBD and easy drive out. Would definitely stay again.

Room could be slightly larger. A lack of somewhere comfy to sit, the chaise at the table (although looked nice) was unusable which made no sense just took up valuable space. Would have preferred a comfortable chair.

Pretty much everything was exceptional! The staff are wonderful and the hotel is gorgeous. The location is very convenient as it has a tram stop outside the entrance

There was an event on during our stay in the restaurant which we could hear clearly from the 4th floor, but once it was finished we couldn't hesr anything else so the soundproofing is decent. The matresses were a bit hard for us too, but if you like that then you'll find this hotel extremely comfortable.

Couldn't fault our stay. All staff were friendly and very service focused. The hotel was understated elegance - stunning dining area, beautiful and comfortable bedroom & great additional spaces. It is a lovely blend of old-world charm and contemporary elegance. Very convenient location, with tram stop right out front but just out of the way enough of the main hustle and bustle so that it still feels relaxed and quiet.

Very friendly staff, amazing breakfast catering to all diets and lots to choose from. Room was clean, modern, spacious and although in the middle of cbd no noise on level 10. location is perfect right next to trams to travel around the city. Bathroom had toothbrushes which was great as we didn’t bring any, room service was fast and food was delicious. Tried the bar one night and wish we had of been able to go again as it was a great vibe and staff again were extremely polite and friendly. Checkin was so simple and checkout was stress free and done in 2 mins with no issues.

Can’t say there was much to be unhappy about but I would say the mini bar wasn’t very cold and when we bought some drinks to leave in there they were warm and flat the next day. Unsure why this was, may have been an issue with it but we didn’t really use it other than that one day.

The 1930s art deco fit out, entire hotel was super clean, the business lounge is a nice addition, the douglas club was amazing to sit and have a cocktail, the location is super central and staff were all excellent - from the reception desk to the restaurant to the concierge.

Really enjoyed everything. There was an issue with the handheld shower but this was fixed straight away. The only other thing which would be nice is if there was access to a pool or spa.

The stay was really amazing! It was my partner and I's first time at the hotel, we were beyond impressed! The beds were super comfy, great breakfast and parking was easy to find and navigate. Would like to mention David and Daniel that checked us in and out. David was super lovely, in helping us navigate were our room was and provided a positive experience on check in. Daniel was great in explaining about the bond procedure on check out.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Firstly the mix of old and new was amazing. The decor was amazing. When we build our new home, the architect will use the hotel as inspiration. The staff were amazing, and the restaurant and bar were amazing. Every minute of our stay was amazing. I think we have found our hotel for a staycation in Melbourne. Huge thanks to the staff and team that made our stay memorable.
