Very nice breakfast and variety. Lovely and most relaxing bar lounge with a nice atmosphere, friendly staff and nice drinks. Very helpful reception staff. Overall the property has beautiful decor and relaxing atmosphere in a perfect location to visit the city.

There wasn't anything I didn't like, although would have liked more spa treatment options.

I loved my room, it felt warm as soon as I walked in, the bed was very comfortable and i slept well. The bathroom and shower was great and the location of the hotel was perfect Breakfast Options was amazing.

The car park (very very expensive!!!) was far away and there was a work in progress blocking the entrance, making access and movement of both cars and people very difficult. Breakfast is at Duke's Palace, diferent building. So, when choosing and booking, pay attention to the fact that they are two different places, as they are very different in many aspects: the Duke's Palace (main building, with the air of a castle, where breakfast is served and is connected to the car park) and the Duke's Palace Residence (apartment block on the side street, not connected to the main building). There is no lift from the car park.

I stayed in the secondary residence across the street from the main building. (Main building is more fancy but the residence is still nice). The staff was helpful and friendly, and location perfect. 15 minutes from all major Bruges attractions- only 8 minute walk from the Belfry. Massages are also available on select days. Housekeeping comes daily and Wifi was also great quality for my work videos calls. I’d stay here again.

unfortunately there was construction on the street over which woke me up at 7am on my weekday stays. The walls are very thin and you can also hear neighbors talking.

Great location, luxury hotel. Convenient parking under the main building. Rich breakfasts.

Hotel had a very elegant feel. Staff were helpful and very courteous. It was cold during our stay and we appreciated the comfortably warm sitting area in the residence side of the hotel where we stayed. The bathroom was very nice with the exception below. The small outside courtyard would have been nice to sit in if we had better weather.

Room was on the small side. The sewer smell in the very pretty main courtyard of the hotel was overpowering. It was consistent the entire time of our stay. We smelled it in other areas of the city also, so this may be a Brugge problem. Thankfully the rooms were odor free, but they may want to hide the outdoor odor with strong fragrance smelling plants or something. Also, we didn't like the bathroom setup, with the separate and very small toilet room with no ventilation.

Excellent location, right in the center of town. The Dukes' Palace Residence is right beside the Dukes' Palace Hotel, which gave it a more charming Bed & Breakfast feel. However, you did have to walk across the alley to the main hotel in order to access most amenities. I personally liked the smaller residence as the location was very picturesque, easy to access, and walkable to all the main attractions/sights. The rooms were also an excellent size, a bit larger than normal European hotel rooms and boasted a fantastic bathroom.

In order to access most amenities (including the gym, reception, breakfast, and bar) you did have to walk across the alley to the main hotel. This was never an issue and really helped add to the Bed & Breakfast feel of the residence.
