Perfect location, pretty canal, quiet street but very easy reach of market square, restaurants, bars and shopping. Comfortable bed and room with relaxing view. Heavy blackout curtains, full length mirror, plenty of decent hangers. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely old and interesting building. Bar and plenty of nice places to sit to enjoy a drink, inside and outside spaces.

Nice continental breakfast but would have liked some pastries on offer with this. Breakfast coffee and machine not nice but perhaps just not my taste. Decor in room very nice and minimalist but some peeling paint over bed. Swich for main light by door only. Hairdryer old and sticky, impractical and needs replacing. No kettle in room.

The location was a very central idea if you want to be on the doorstep to this beautiful city. The hotel was lovely it was just as described. The breakfast was exceptional so many options to choose from and very tasty, you could help yourself to coffee ☕️ or tea throughout the day which was a nice touch. Our room was huge and great for a group of friends like us or a small family Our beds and bedding were clean and comfortable the room had blackout blinds which you don't get very often. We all enjoyed our stay and would probably return if visiting again.

There were a few small things that could have been improved very easily. Room 9 The safe wasn't in use. A mirror would have been helpful outside the bathroom. The television wasn't working and was old. ( reported this twice no one acknowledged or apologized. Lastly, the hairdryer was old slow and cold ( this is an essential need.

The location was excellent, it is in a quiet street near to the city centre. It is very walkable, close enough to the main square but quiet enough not hear the noise from outside. The staff was very nice and there is a possibility to park your car for 20€ a night next to the hotel. The breakfast was good in terms of a 3 start hotel & very hygienic.

We had a room on the ground floor and it was very noisy on one of the nights: a toddler was hysterically crying, then there was so much going on around the reception until 10 pm (the reception closes at 10) then guests arrived after midnight both woke up for their car (since the room was facing the parking lot) and also when they went to their room. There is zero noise cancelling you can literally hear every single word that is being said outside the room within the building.

The hotel is located in the city center, barely 10 minutes of walking from anything touristic in Brugge. Main shopping street is two blocks away, meaning that you cannot hear the people, but you can get to a nice lunch and/or coffee place in no time. The staff at the hotel is extremely friendly, always willing to help and recommend less known sights to visit. The breakfast is nice, nothing warm expect for soft-boiled eggs, but the selection of cold cuts and yogurts is quite decent with vegan and lactose-free versions available. Croissants from the local bakery are also served and are just amazing. After breakfast, there is a bar open, with the prices not higher than the average place in the city center. The room is quite basic, but contains everything you may need if you're spending most of your day walking around the city and not staying inside. There is an outside terrace going down to the canals, where you can enjoy your breakfast or evening drinks.

The hotel seems to have a local boiler, which we were not told about, so there might not be hot water in the evenings or in the mornings. The cafe/restaurant recommendation given by hotel staff are still mostly overrated place, so you will be better off looking for good reviews on google.

What a gem of a hotel, charming, clean and very comfortable, with a lot of extras included in the price. Like the excellent breakfast in the breakfast room overlooking the canal. Generous breakfast including eggs, cereals, croissants, cheeses, cold cuts, several types of bread. Topping up supplies till the end of breakfast. The little bar cum cafe on the premises has a outdoor terrace alongside the canal, lovely to sit and watch the white swan and ducks swimming past. The room is a good size, modern bathroom and super comfortable king bed, one of the best we've experienced in a hotel. The staff are friendly, helpful and trustworthy. It was a pleasure to deal with them, especially the kind young man on the front desk who spoke excellent English. The location is just the best, right in the historical centre but on a quiet side street away from the hustle and bustle. There is a cute bridge over the canal by the front entrance and a water sculpture a few metres away. Central to restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarket and shopping streets. All in all the hotel was a real find and excellent value for money. We would happily stay again.

We had a standard double room, we don't have any complaints, but rather a suggestion, for a couple of bedside shelves or such, to add to the functionality of the room.

This is a beautiful building in general, it feels special and the staff make you extremely welcome and comfortable. We had to delay our arrival due to passport issues and the hotel had been excellent communicators throughout. There are beautiful social spaces for games/tea/relaxing between our walks into the very close gorgeous city centre. We parked for free using street parking just 10 minutes from the hotel. The breakfast was brilliant in terms of quality of food/drinks, the rooms and facilities and the staff. We came to really love our stay here.

It probably isn't much to do with the hotel - There was a power outage on the street when we arrived at 1am and no one was available to give us access to the building where there was a key left as arranged on reception - Because of the power outage a member of the hotel staff arrived and gave access but i'm not sure what would of happened otherwise. There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room although there were facilities available in the lovely social spaces downstairs anyway, but these close after 10pm.

All the staff I spoke to were very friendly and accommodating. The lady co-owner of the family run business was especially helpful when I asked for a room with view of the canal and gave me that option from my originally allocated room. She was also very helpful with recommendations and some tourist information, being so pleasant and easy to speak to. My room was lovely and warm, spotlessly clean and I was kept well stocked with tea bags and provided with an electric kettle. Breakfast and location were great so I will hope to return one day for more strong Belgian beer too!

Couldn't find fault with a thing!

Locate on a canal, nice view from bedroom and included breakfast room. Breakfast was excellent. Only 15-20 minutes walk from main attractions and train station.

Could have a few more places to store belongings. Needs bedside tables. Better bedside lights. Tv didn't work at all, not an important aspect for us, but other guests might need it.

The hotel is really cute, clean and the staff is very friendly. It is located extremely close to the city center, the breakfast is ok and it also has a bar and a charming sitting area with wonderful music playing. The staff offered us a list of great restaurants, cafes and recommendations about the attractions. We really enjoyed our stay there.

There is no window in the bathroom or another way for the steam to get out, so all of it gets in the room and it gets warm and humid, but it’s not a major problem.

Lovely 3* hotel in a great location, with great parking and friendly staff. The room was basic and small but it had a lovely view over the canal. Not all rooms have that view, some look over the carpark so it's worth requesting. I also saw some rooms were larger than ours so another thing to request if we stay again. The car park was easy to park in but needs to be reserved in advance. I'm not sure why some reviews thought it was tight to park in. It was great having the car so close to load up with our shopping as we went along, especially the chocolate to keep it cool

Expensive so poor value for money for what it was but then it was a December weekend so peak time for Brugge. Other guests there seemed to have paid half the price though.
