The room for 2 was actually 2 adjoining rooms with 2 queen beds! So spacious, very comfortable rooms, good, firm beds, they even give coffee and tea, welcome chocolates and a bottle of Belgium beer! Great location, near train station and near town centre. You never see any staff tho, no one at counter or at the breakfast room. But they respond quite fast thru the app. Defintely recommend this place.

The bathroom sink and shower stall didn't drain properly..but they were informed and hopefully fix this soon.

Absolutlly the best value for this money. The accomodation is spacefull, clean and very pleasent. The view from window over roofs of Brugge is exciting. And the service !!! When you come after long hot day and cold beer and chocolate is already waiting, what can be better. The location is perfect for prospecting Brugges and is very close to train station. Also comunication with hotel was frequent, but not too much and informations about self check in were clear and in right time. When I will return to Brugge, I would to stay here again.

There is nothing what could be better.

Hotel in an excellent location and absolutely quiet. The walk to and from the hotel to the center but also to the station is pleasant, if you were to arrive by train rather than going to have breakfast at Starbucks or shopping at the supermarket. Furthermore, it is easy to find parking along the road just outside the "village". We didn't have to spend a fortune on paid parking in the garage but it's worth pointing out that we had a European disabled permit to park. We found the room very clean and the gifts we found upon arrival were appreciated (chocolates and Belgian beers). Room and bathroom a little small and hot for the period but it’s more than ok if you’re planning to stay for 2/3 nights. Excellent pre- and post-stay assistance from the staff via message and whatsapp and the guide on restaurants, shops and points of interest to visit was appreciated. They were always kind and available to reply every doubts. Even though the hotel is relatively recently renovated with some things still to be fixed and completed, I highly recommend it! Thumbs up!

The hotel is extremely welcoming and has cute little signs for guests throughout. When we arrived there was a lovely Belgian beer and some chocolates in the room. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It overlooked some disused buildings so it was very quiet at night. The location is just perfect and we were just a two minute walk from the underground car park. It seemed like everything was a short walk from the hotel as it is in a perfect (yet quiet) location. We didn’t eat at the hotel, but the breakfast looked as if there was plenty of options so we’ll try it next time. We had such a pleasant stay that we will definitely return the next time we go to Bruges!

Everything was perfect!

There was nothing not to like about this place. I was nervous about the self check-in, but thank goodness there were no issues at all. Everything went smoothly. My room was lovely and looked out onto a cobbled street with a canal. What amazed me was the incredible attention to detail in the room. I don't think I've ever been in such a comfortable room before. I don't mean luxurious, but COMFORTABLE. Mirrors placed in the perfect place; free beer and chocolates (but the beer wasn't just left on a table - it was placed in a cute, little holder). Ample space and shelves for your things. I wish I had jotted down notes about this place because there were so many little things that made my room extra comfortable. I believe there was a plant in the room that made it less like a hotel room. Don't remember if it was real or not. Location was FABULOUS!!!! Stepped out of the room and I was near everything. Great recommendations for restaurants left in the room.

I couldn't connect to the internet. Netflix worked in the room, but for some reason my phone simply wouldn't connect. I didn't have issues in the other places I stayed in Belgium. Just here. Not sure what the problem was, but not much could be done about it. If they owners had been at the hotel I would have gone downstairs to ask for assistance. My only disappointment really was not getting to meet the owners of this lovely place. If I am ever here again I will definitely be staying at Entree

Can't say enough good things about this property. Made my trip in Brugge so memorable. Canal is right outside so the view is phenomenal. Strongly suggest opting for a room with a balcony to get the full feel of it. The property itself is beautifully designed and very comfortable and spacious. The linen was soft and luxurious, the bath products were good quality, all of it was great! The management team is lovely too, super polite and accomodoting and super responsive on the Booking app.

The breakfast maybe could've been a bit more filling. everything you need is there - fruit, cereal, eggs, but maybe a bit more variety may help :) if more items were available other than different types of bread. in case there were other items and i didn't ask - apologies!

Location is superb! Hosts are super welcoming and customer oriented. Cozy hotel. We stayed in a bedroom for 3 adults and it was super spacious , bed super comfy and the location is excellent. It has a mini fridge and they welcome you with chocolates and a beer, you can prepare yourself coffee. Awesome view to the canal.. quite location but close to the city center.

Check in time can be a little bit earlier but all good as we could leave our baggage and walk around the city before getting our room.

Perfect location for my needs. Not expensive.

The room wasn’t spotless but ok. Bed sheets and pillow covers not ironed which is a bit odd as you feel as the bed has been used (it hasn’t!!). Breakfast was said to begin at 8 a.m. on booking but in reality it started only at 8.30 so I had to leave without eating as my Congress started at 8.45 a.m. The lady said I could grab a cup of coffee in the breakfast area and she left, but there was no ammunition for the coffee machine.

I think I may have had the best room in the hotel. I had a beautiful view of the river, a gorgeous bridge, the belfry and other steeples. The hosts were welcoming, friendly and made sure I knew I could ask them for anything if needs be. The location was a very short walk to activity and attractions, but the street was quiet. An excellent little sanctuary to recharge to go out over and over again.

Was a great deal! Very clean, welcoming and ready to respond to your messages. You get a treat! Belgium cold Beer and some choclates. The TV connected to the Internet so you can enjoy watching Netflix or YouTube. One thing very important is that at each side of the bed you have 3 way power strip and many other sockets, so you can charge all your devices simultaneously.
