Location is the best (5-7 minutes on foot from central square)!!In addition you feel the magic energy of the city in your hotel..Even if you don t leave the hotel ,you can feel the magic of Brugges! You can feel it in its romantic and great decorated bar restaurant, in its vintage room (with nice view of the picturesque road)in its back and front yard.. There is something in the air!! Details make the difference, like candles even during the morning breakfast,everything... The breakfast itself was superb and the dinner as well. The one owner is chef and has magic hands!

The perfect bar restaurant should be open all day until night, without breaks!

I recently stayed at this family-owned hotel in the heart of Bruges and I have to say, it was the best experience that my brother and I have had in a long time. From the moment we arrived, the owners and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The room was absolutely beautiful with everything being of great quality. The bed was especially amazing, offering us the perfect comfort we needed after a long day exploring the city. We also had the pleasure of trying the breakfast which was not only delicious but also very well thought out. The attention to detail was truly impressive. One evening, we decided to dine in the hotel's restaurant and we were blown away. I had the flemish beef stew and it was the best I've ever tasted. I've been trying to find something at the same level since then but haven't had any luck. Overall, this hotel was the best surprise we had during our trip. It was a good thing for our souls, and we felt like we were part of the family while we were there. The owners and staff were some of the nicest people we've ever met and we cannot wait to return. If you're looking for a hotel that offers exceptional service, quality amenities, and delicious food, then this is the place to be.

Really great location, super comfy beds and well styled place. Handy having the restaurant downstairs as well, the best Flemish stew we had in Belgium.

Strange situation but the morning of check out, we came downstairs to the only exit only to find it full of workmen pulling up the tiled floor. When we asked them what was happening, they replied "new floor". No further details! We had to get them to stop their power tools to let us pass on our way out and back from breakfast, then again when trying to leave. There was also no one from the hotel to check out with, so we had to get the workers to call them to tell us what to do. Really weird situation! Also no door on the bathroom, which is a pet peeve of ours. Just because we're married doesn't mean we like to see each other on the toilet!

Cozy room above a sweet restaurant. The staff members were super friendly and we felt really welcome. The area is beautiful- a lot of food places around and the main area of the city is walkable. They have a luggage room.

Nobody wants to have no door in front of there bathroom- why are hotels designe it like that? As you can see, from the bed you see inside the bathroom. It was a bit less equipped than we use to (no soap, shower gel,..)

The location was perfect, all the main sights were at walking distance and there were some nice cafes for breakfast right in the same street. The room was clean and decently spacious. Staff was nice and very helpful.

In our room, the shower was in the bedroom, this might not be the case in all rooms. With a partner it's fine but it could be strange if you're with a friend or family. So maybe worth asking when booking.

Our stay was perfect. The rooms are a bit small but beautifully decorated. Some showers open into the room so I’d recommend them for couples. The owner is super sweet and accesible, the breakfast is amazing and the restaurants dinner offer is wonderful. All this, added to the great music they play, made it one of our favorite stays in a 30 day journey through Europe. Bruges is super small but the museums are excellent. 1-2 nights is more than enough to enjoy this city.

A very special place in Bruges. The hotel is located only a few minutes walk from all the most interesting places to visit. The rooms are tidy with relatively enough space for a couple and it's luggage. The Hotel also has a restaurant with great atmosphere (it was full every night), but even if we stayed in the first floor the noise was insignificant and according to the local regulations after 23:30 it was closed, so we slept with no problem at all. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and a huge smart TV was available to have some moments of TV entertainment. I left the best for last: The hotel owners is a fine family that from the first moment made our stay a really great experience. Such attention to customers and always smiling faces is really hard to find nowadays. We came as customers and we left as friends. Highly recommended and we're definitely coming back!

The hotel was incredible, the location is perfect, the room was really clean and great value for money. The staff were very helpful and the fact you could leave your bags before you were able to check in really helped. The adjoining restaurant also served the best food in Bruges.

Nothing, everything was fantastic and I can't wait to visit once more.

Fantastic location Beautifully decorated rooms Great soundproofing and comfy mattresses Very helpful staff

Having to walk around the bed to go from the shower to the bathroom might not be everyone's cup of tea Room was ideal for a couple but a little small for three people There's only stairs that take you to your room, so if you have heavy luggage, it's something to take into account

Fantastic location as very central. Great food in the restaurant and friendly atmosphere and staff.

Steep stairs to the rooms with no lift. Bedroom door didn't lock so we had to move to a different room which meant re-packing our bags and then unpacking again. The room we were moved to was smaller 😒 Heating didn't work initially so had to get staff to come and check it. Even then, it didn't work well. Bed was so soft it dipped in the middle which meant we kept rolling to the middle.
