It's hard to know what to rate most highly! The location is perfect: Just 50 metres from one of the most beautiful (and most photographed) sights in the city. The hotel is gracious: Classic in style, well maintained, well furnished & elegant. Parking was easy: (Provided you book in advance). The staff were fantastic: Charming in manner, friendly in demeanour, and very helpful in every interaction. We were upgraded (for an extra 35 Euros / night) to a delightful suite on the top floor with wonderful views & a very comfortable 4-poster bed. Loved it!

Nothing really! The restaurant only serves breakfast (with champagne as an option). But there are lots of restaurants within easy walking distance. Most highly recommended? Bruut bistro just 4 minutes away - one of our most extraordinary & memorable meals ever.

I really liked our room on the 3rd floor (rm. 303). It was bright, well appointed with furniture, kettle and had wonderful windows in the room and the bathroom with a great view of some of the church spires. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated on a quiet side street in the historic center. Breakfast was freshly made every morning and always served with a smile.

Excellent location, incredibly convenient, and great garage facility for inner city Bruges - no hassle - fantastic! As for breakfast; OUTSTANDING! I initially thought breakfast pricey BUT was worth ever penny - superb! The staff were lovely, helpful and welcoming, both reception and restaurant. The Pand is definitely charming and does well with a romantic accent.

The room was comfortable enough, the bed excellent, but it was all a bit tight and in need of some TLC. It wasn't world luxury as I've known it elsewhere.

Excellent location in Brugge very close to the cabal property is pretty and lovely interior the room we had (junior suite) was large and comfortable.

Finding our room was tricky. The lift was disjointed and a problem for people that are disabled and infirm. The staff were not knowledgeable about the property. The other aspect was that during this weekend we were there they had no knowledge about the city marathon which was vital for guests to be aware of. We were amazed at how little they knew. A hotel at this price level really should know more about city events that effect guests travel.

Having come from Brussels, where we stayed in a recommended hotel which had the most unwelcoming and offhand receptionist I have ever encountered, we arrived at The Pand on a miserable wet morning and the experience at reception couldn't have been more different. The receptionist was welcoming, spoke excellent English, couldn't do enough for us, rushed to get our room ready and was generally, throughout our stay, a joy to interact with. The downstairs lounge is lovely and sets the tone for the rest of the hotel, which envelops you in comfort and ease.

Location excellent, within 50yards of a fantastic views, especially the main scenic views of the canal & boats. A short walking distance to the Burg and main square. Hotel staff very professional, polite and helpful. Room very elegant, with good faciities.

Supply of free tea & Coffee was limited, although staff were accommodating when we required more. Bar area vey small, did not see people using the facility, and no draught beer

Beautiful room (Ralph Lauren Suite) that was well appointed, very comfortable and very quiet. Hotel was perfectly located. The staff were extremely accommodating, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was elegantly served and delicious. We would certainly stay here again if we return to Bruges

Perfect location, walking (actually crawling) distance to the city center. Beautifully decorated everywhere; lounge, breakfast area, lounge and its rooms. Every place is a treat to be in.The rooms are both very nice and very clean, not that spacious but practical and reasonably spacious given the location of the hotel. Breakfast is amazingly good, served by one of thé most friendly and funny attendant we ever met. All personnel is very friendly and helpful, helping with any question and providing very good tips for a visit of Brugge. We used the car parking as well, including the car-charging facility, which is ideally located and very safe for the car (as they are individual car parks).

At the moment of paying it became clear that charging the car in parking actually comes at a cost. When notifying that these costs were never informed it was removed from the invoice. This is good, however given the price of the hotel and the parking it's quite greedy to also charge for charging.

Perfect location a couple of minutes stroll from the Belfort but on a lovely quiet street Junior suite with small balcony and four poster bed was absurdly pretty and very comfortable

The only slight minus point was breakfast which felt expensive even with free glass of champagne. Coffee ordinary and bread and pastries not of highest quality which was not in keeping with the rest of the stay. It was nice but fell below the otherwise wonderful standards of the hotel

I cannot say enough good things about this little gem. I loved it. My room was 302. I had requested a quiet room with a view and was very pleased with it. The bathroom was comfortable with a great water massage tub. Small luxury hotel describes it perfectly. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful, served at your order in a small and charming room. The hotel is perfectly located in a quiet street yet steps from one of the most photographed spots in town. I hope to return one day.
