Wonderfull hotel, very well decorated, confortable, clean and cetraly located. The atmosphere during Christmas time was great in the hotel. I highly reccommend it. The hotel is in an old building, it has no elevator; the building has been entirely renovated and the result is simply fantastic.

The location of the hotel is excellent, being only a few yards from Burg Square and Markt Square. The hotel's situation means that the whole of Bruges is easy to reach - if you get chance, visit the Sint Janshuis Mill on the edge of the city near the Kruispoort City Gate. The breakfast is served in the 16th cellar which is very charismatic. The staff are all friendly and we were offered a city map on our arrival. Our room was room 2 on the first floor and was a good size with views over the rear courtyard. It had a huge bed and the room was very quiet. There is no lift in the hotel nor car parking. We parked in Langstraat car park where you can leave you car for the duration of your stay at 18€ /24h. The car park is an easy 5 minute walk to the hotel and you will pass Punta Est restaurant near the riverside which offers lovely food and a great location - we would recommend the mussels!

We completely enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, the breakfast was good and in a very cute breakfast room that also had a lounge area. The room was large and shower was great! The owner helped us with our luggage up and down the stairs even though we left really early in the morning. He also arranged our taxi to leave and helped with any information that we needed. Love the decorations. The owners (husband and wife) are doing a fantastic job with this hotel.

The noise from the stairs could be loud (nothing they an do about that).

Our host was wonderful, helpful and hospitable. The breakfast was nice; continental, cereal, ham, croissants, cheese, yoghurt eggs and fruit etc. The hot chocolate was delicious. We stayed in apartment 9, the rooms were spacious, with tea and coffee in each room. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. The bathroom has a shower, as well as a bath with a ledge, which I thought is a great idea for people with mobility issues. The location is fantastic, quiet part of town with amenities close by. Beautifully decorated, thank you so much for having us.

The TV in the far room didn't work, but what are you doing watching TV when you have so much chocolate and beer to consume? The plug socket under the TV is coming away a little bit but still works. The price was more than I wanted to pay but I'm glad we chose to stay here anyway. Parking is sometimes a bit hard to find but that's what you get for visiting such a charming and popular location.

Perfect location to discover Bruge, a few minutes from the square with bars and restaurants within walking distance. Room was clean, a good size and a very comfortable bed. We had room 2 on the first floor at the back of the property overlooking the pretty courtyard and it was very quiet. Breakfast was very nice, fresh croissants and lovely coffee but also continental meats and cheeses and a good variety of cereals and breads. We had a lovely weekend, thank you! PS. The restaurant next door, Diligence, is very good but you need to book.

A character building in the heart of Brugge. So close to the Markt Square and the Christmas Market. A fabulous find that was excellent value considering the excellent location. The continental breakfast was plentiful and the hosts were warm and friendly. Parking was fine, we stayed in the Pandreijte and Langstraat car parks, both about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Brugge at Christmas is just utterly beautiful and I would highly recommend it.

Minor critique but a toaster at breakfast for some of their fabulous bread would have been nice. But otherwise couldn't fault our stay at The Malleberg

Lovely rooms that exceeded our expectation: our family 'suite' was more like a private apartment on the ground floor with separate spacious bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet. Lovely decor, spotlessly clean and comfy beds. The location is great, literally a few minutes walk to Markt Square and surrounded by bars, cafes and shops yet the hotel is quiet and has a tiny delightful, calm interior courtyard (wish I'd had more time to enjoy it)!

Our powerful shower did flood the bathroom floor, despite our best efforts to avoid this happening!

Lovely host. He was very helpful. Building had a certain charm to it which was fitted with the location. Very close to the square and attractions. Also only a 4 min walk to the free bus to and from the station Excellent breakfast Would happily saty there again.

Only thing would be it would be nice if there was some info in the rooms on things to do/places to eat etc Also if beforehand you could get some info on how to get there - I.e. the free bus etc.

Loved the owners who from the moment we checked in made us feel welcome. Location is unbeatable just a stone throw away from City Hall. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby…and walking distance to all main attractions. Triple room was large and had everything we needed. Despite facing the street in a busy area the room was quiet when windows were closed. A/c worked well. The property has some great features. A basement cellar where breakfast is served and a beautiful inner courtyard. Breakfast was very nice and fresh.

Because it’s an older house there is not an elevator. We had a very big and heavy suitcase and they accommodated us in the 1st floor so it was not an issue but something to note.

The hotel itself is in a beautiful building. There is a great inner courtyard to sit and chat. We were a group of friends and had a family suite. It was more spacious than expected and had plenty of room to spread out. Breakfast was plentiful with a good variety of foods to choose from. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great, close to the center but in a quiet street. We could easily walk and have lots of food options.

The shower in our room needs to have a kind of rubber barrier installed at the bottom of the door. Although we had the door shut while showering, because there is a gap at the bottom of the door the water would spill out onto the floor and make it quite wet.
