Convenient hotel in centre of Banff. Good sized room with a huge bathroom, fridge, tea and coffee making and a fire! We arrived early but the staff were really helpful and gave us free bus tickets so we could go to the hot springs .the bus stops right outside and there is a free shuttle to the gondola as well. Lots of restaurants, shops and bars just along the street. Great coffee shop on the corner. There is parking under the hotel.
There was building work opposite ( our room was at the front) and the digger was pretty noisy all day but stopped at 9pm. Looks like the building is almost complete.

EXCELLENT location! Quick 5 minute walk into the village - lots of places to eat, shop, and sight see. Room was small, but perfect for two people, great layout. Fireplace in the room was convenient. Heated bathroom floors with a small shower and standard separate tub. We were able to leave our snowboards on the deck, and there are ski lockers if needed. Ordered breakfast to go downstairs. Brewster shuttle pick up/drop off in front of the hotel, and Roam bus station few steps away. Hotel provided complimentary Roam bus passes for a few days which we utilized over Friday and Saturday. Hotel has free first come first serve parking. Front desk attendant suggested we park our car Thursday night and try not to move it too much until Sunday as parking fills up quick (Friday night the parking lot was full). Sunday - Thursday had tons of parking stalls. Booked our reservation through Booking.com under my name and account, but unfortunately my name did not appear on the reservation which cause a bit of a snag, but luckily my husbands name showed up and they were able to check us in quickly. I will be calling hotels in the future to make sure both of our names are on the reservation.
None.

amazing service! the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and served early which was great as we were there to ski and up early. Our room was stunning and had beautiful views. The location was great. There was also a hot tub, ski storage and a bus to the slopes right outside the door! would definitely stay there again on my next trip to Banff!
The line outside for the bus to sunshine could have been managed better. We were the first to line up and nearly didn’t get on the bus because lots of people were skipping the line!

Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Ski hill shuttles stop directly outside. Close to downtown, walking distance to everywhere. Perfect accommodations for the trip we planned.
They couldn't accommodate our parking in their main garage, so we were directed to park against an inside wall of the main garage. We couldn't find a wall that wasn't blocking a fire lane, so we used their outside parking. The only door to get back in was locked after 9 (we notified them about a late check in), so we had to jump over some fences with our luggage to get back to the main entrance. So free parking is available, but make sure someone follows you outside to hold the door open if you're parking late outside.

It is very well located, our bus drop us right in front of the hotel. And when we wanted to go to lake Louise or the gondola it was pretty much the same, bus stops are very close to the hotel. The staff was super kind and they helped us in whatever we wanted. The vending machine in the hallway is very useful at night when you want to drink something The health club was super clean and it was relaxing to use it. It was super surprising the fact that they use organic soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. It was really good and comfortable to get to use them
Everything was good, we couldn't find something that we didn't like.

I loved the location, and it was our 5 year anniversary and they gave us complimentary glasses of wine and were very kind. The check in check out process was easy. Our room also had a gorgeous view of the mountains to the back and it was such a wonderful way to wake up!
The only thing I didn't like was that the parking was a little difficult to sort at the beginning in the back as the lot is very small. That is the only thing I would change. They are first come first serve and the underground was full. Some other patrons double parked and that is what caused the issue to clarify... the hotel doesn't have control over that unfortunately. Absolutely excellent stay and will be coming back!

Location was great for walking to main shopping, dining areas. Breakfast was OK, seemed a bit frenzied with tour groups. Staff was on their toes re-stocking supplies. I require gluten free food & while gluten free bread was available, a dedicated toaster was not. The desk clerk that checked us in was very efficient and a delight to deal with.
Street in front and across from the hotel were obviously a major city bus hub which created quite a bit of traffic. Also, both nights we were there it seemed a large group of young people gathered outside. Never got out of bed to see what was going on but sounded like skateboarding & lots of loud voices and screaming! Sadly, we paid extra to have a room with a view of the mountain. While we could see the mountain, the view was harshed by a huge crane opposite the hotel due to construction. Carpet sorely in need of cleaning. Bathroom was clean.

The rooms were very clean and modern. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable and clean. Hot water stayed hot and the bathroom was clean and modern. Our room was across from the elevators (which are quite slow) and it was a quite sleep.
The hot tub(s), sauna and steam were were a little dated and worn down. When I walked into the facilities, there was a group of women who were trying to get their golden retriever to go into the hot tub… obviously this is against hotel rules and they responded quickly.

Perfectly located in the heart of Banff. Everything is close-by. The rooms have a great lodge vibe, and well-appointed. Bed was comfortable. The bathroom amenities are from a local company and they smelled wonderful. Breakfast was fine, but could be improved in a dimly lit dining room. Front desk staff very nice. There is underground parking and also street parking behind the building. Windows can be opened in the room for fresh air. There is a coffee maker and a fridge too. I havent tried the pool and the sauna.
During high season (summer) room prices are high and because of that you expect something extra-ordinary when you arrive. You shouldnt. You pay for the seasonality of the destination and not for luxury. My room on the 1st floor (ground floor) had a view of the street parking garage. Try to get a room on a higher floor. The lights in the room need some upgrade as it was quite dark.

Very good place to stay. Location ideal for restaurants and other amenities. Perfect for bus tour stops and pick-ups.
Aircon in the room was extremely noisy. Only choice was to sleep with it turned off which was uncomfortable. Breakfast buffet was poor in terms of quality and choice. The restaurant was supposed to be open until 10am for breakfast but staff started to clear everything away at 9.40am. We ended up going out!
