The location was very central. The breakfast was very good for the style hotel and had dietary which is great. The room was a great size. It was fairly full but very quiet. You definitely don't need a car but they had a car park. Our car stayed in the car park and we enjoyed walking everywhere. It felt very cozy and the staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs.
For the price bracket, everything was great. Bathroom light was SUPER bright if you need to go in the middle of the night and no stopping the light in the bed area. Other than that it was great. The parking was super confusing to get into BUT the staff were great when we rang to clarify.

We had five (5) rooms to accommodate all our family members. It was nice to all be together in one location. Great location for catching the local bus to the hot springs & gondola. Great downtown location to access to local restaurants and shops. Friendly, helpful staff. From the pictures I thought the decor was a bit dated but it actually was nice and cozy and clean and the beds were very comfortable.
My reservation was made about 10 months in advance, and I was (we all were) surprised to find they were replacing the roof of the hotel, which was noisy in the morning and all day. It would have been nice to be advised so we could have made other arrangements if we chose to do so. On one occasion I was leaving the building and something from above fell to the ground and I was startled and I dropped my bag, the item inside my bag broke.

The location of the hotel is excellent, offering convenient access to nearby attractions and amenities. While the underground parking is priced at $18 per day, it is definitely worth it for the added security and convenience. The breakfast provided is fantastic, featuring a wide variety of options that change daily, ensuring a fresh and enjoyable start to each day. Overall, the hotel provides great value, especially when compared to other accommodations in the area.
There is no air conditioning in the rooms, which made my stay uncomfortably hot. Additionally, the rooms have poor sound insulation; I could hear conversations happening next door and in the hallway.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Brewster Mountain Lodge, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the friendly staff Catalina made us feel welcome and attended to all our needs. The lodge's location in the heart of Banff is unbeatable – everything is within walking distance, from shops to restaurants and even some scenic trails. The room was cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with rustic mountain charm. The complimentary breakfast morning was a great way to start the day, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options. I can't recommend Brewster Mountain Lodge enough for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable mountain getaway. I'll definitely be returning on my next trip to Banff!

We have stayed here before and it's a lovely hotel. It is a very rustic style that absolutely blends with the location in the mountains. Beds are very comfortable, rooms are clean, and the location in Banff is great. Underground parking is also a plus. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Unfortunately, if you are allocated a room on the side of the hotel that we were, you will be awoken from 7 to 7:30am by the garbage collection in the yard behind the hotel. It doesn't seem to be part of the hotel, but it is disruptive if you are not planning on being up that early. It's very noisy and will last about an hour. We were only here two days, so it wasn't a deal breaker but could be for some.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful for the duration of the stay. We did encounter trouble with the toilet flooding the bathroom on the third night. However, the staff moved us to a new room the next day as compensation without trouble. Breakfast was surprisingly good, as we were out and about early in the mornings and never had to worry about eating out because the food was filling and quiet good. The location being near the center of town was definitely a major plus for us, as we didn't have a car and walked everywhere. As a group of girls it made staying our easier knowing our hotel was always within walking distance.
The bed sheets were a bit of an issue as they felt rough for one of my friend's with more sensitive skin; in her words, it "felt like paper." The room's were not very spacious, but given we were rarely at the hotel it didn't bother us specifically too much.

The location was great for access to shops, restaurants and attractions of interest. The lodge, while having an odd configuration, was nice and clean and had nice laundry facilities as well. The breakfast supplied was very good and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
The rooms do not have air-conditioning, therefore, making it necessary to have the windows open while sleeping. However, there were always noisy people behind the hotel making it difficult to sleep throughout the night and into the early morning hours. The room was well equipped with earplugs and fans to help with this situation.

The hotel is centrally located and off the Main Street, which is an added bonus regarding street noise. Parking was available for fee but secured from public. Our suite with a balcony did not have A/C but had two floor fans for use (which we had used one evening since it got a bit warm in the room). Breakfast was simple and good. I love having fresh made hot oatmeal and boiled eggs to start my day. The breakfast nook was clean with adequate seating; however, getting to it was like walking through a maze within the hotel.
Getting to the breakfast nook in the morning was a chore due to the interior route from room to breakfast location.

Location, staff services and accommodation/ facilities are very good. The point that the hotel offered a private parking space was also a very good thing (even though you needed to pay some extra fee). The stay at the room was very quite. Also, the Staff attentions are so good, because they are good listeners and explains everything very in detail.
The breakfast has very limited options. There are only hard boiled eggs while I was expecting to have at least scrambled eggs. Personally the rug of all of the hotel made the ambience so dark and dirty (the rug made look the floor very dirty).

They upgraded our suite and we had the most wonderful view of all the surrounding mountains. The location was amazing and we were able to access all activities and restaurants as well as had a short walk to the NYE event in the local park. The hotel staff always spoke to us with absolute kindness and made us feel welcomed.
The hallway could get a bit echoey (however they left earplugs for us to help us sleep which was thoughtful!)
