Very clean and d perfect location

Most of the staff were wonderful but we encountered one in particular at the front desk who was quite rude and not willing to assist or accommodate. We were traveling with children with anxiety issues and wanted to be on a lower floor and access the stairs to make their stay comfortable. It was a simple request that she was totally unwilling to help with. We ended up having to get the manager involved. It was unnecessary and frustrating.

I had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, making me feel right at home. My room was clean, quiet, and offered a fantastic view of the stadium. Breakfast was decent, providing a good start to the day. I also enjoyed the amenities, especially the gym and the ping pong table. Overall, a great experience!

It would be great to have hazelnut-flavored coffee creamers available in the breakfast room. Additionally, offering a wider variety of fruits at breakfast would be a welcome addition.

The location was perfect for the Rugby 7s and the ice hockey (being right next door) as well as all other tourist attractions and shopping. The team were helpful and friendly and natural with their interactions. They offered ideas and suggestions for our stay without being pushy. The laundry facilities are an excellent addition too.

The hot food selection was quite limited. We were not a fan of the egg options, the omlettes and scrambled were both a little rubbery. The red velvet waffle batter was however great.

Easy to find, and the security at the hotel made me feel so secure to be alone in my room while my husband was at a hockey game. Staff were so professional, friendly, and informative, and they made my husband and I like we were royalty. The next time I am in Vancouver I will be staying at Hampton Inn and Suites on Robson.

It is a personal preference not to have housekeeping in the room during my stay.

No real negatives, just some suggestions - extra robes or rentable robes and slippers would be nice for the jacuzzi area - vending machines on each floor - more breakfast options for the hot breakfast would be nice, variety with the protein would be nice.

Our stay at the hotel was marked by an impeccable experience, largely attributed to the clean, spacious room we were provided. We enjoyed to start our day with a delightful breakfast. Alina at the front desk deserves special mention. She not only provided us with helpful information about the hotel but also guided us about the city, making our exploration much easier and enjoyable. Hope she'll get a promotion soon.

The location of the hotel is ideal. It's a 10min walk to China Town, Gas town and the shopping mall. Great restaurants close by, with convenient stores also nearby. For location it was great. The room itself was also great. Spacious with a updated bathroom that was lovely. Good water pressure, even better extraction fan. The views were amazing, we were on the 9th floor and had a great view of the stadium. At night it's lit up red and that's amazing to look at. We did laundry while we were there on the 15th floor. The laundry room had a great table chair set up, so you could sit comfortably and read a book whilst taking advantage of great views. The laundry also lead to an outdoor balcony, which also had great views of the city(the picture of the city skyline is from the balcony off the laundry room). The complimentary breakfast was also very good. There was a wide selection of options, from eggs, bacon to waffles and pastries. I also liked they had takeaway cups for coffee, so you could take a cup and go.

Nothing. There is construction going on in the lobby, but that's hardly the fault of the hotel, that there's noise and dust.

We enjoyed the breakfast and coffee. As a family of 4 we loved that the laundry was free to use as often as we needed to as this took a lot of stress out of having to have coins on hand. Made our trip less expensive. Also fabulous that there was an ice and water machine. Great location, close to everything.

The treadmills were broken and the gym equipment was limited. Small shower space.

Paying that much for a hotel, my expectations were more around safety and cleanliness and I got these 2 covered. The room was very clean and there were no signs of wear and tear. The hotel staff are amazing, kind, and generous with their time and friendliness and kindness. Ann, Aleeza, and the front desk lady upon picking up my luggage were all amazing. I was also able to check in early which was very helpful and made my experience at Vancouver even better.

However, the breakfast was less than basic and more like motel style rather than a 4star hotel. The price for one night stay is way too expensive and was out of my budget but I had to pay it as I had no alternative. I was one person with 2 beds in my room which was not what I needed but only what was available so I paid extra money for a service that I didn't want.

The staff on the premises were very helpful and courteous. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth. Even though we were early, the staff gave us the booked room as it was available. The kitchen and the housekeeping staff were very courteous and pleasant. The lobby, room and breakfast area were pleasant, clean and well maintained. Access facilities were well maintained and pleasant.

Breakfast menu could be improved. While there are a lot of items on the breakfast menu, it is limited for people on low carbohydrate and sugar diet. Also, the menu choices seem to be repeated every day. It could be varied day to day to make it more interesting. The above are not a complaint but just a suggestion for improvement.
