Design: I am a designer. What I care more is the design and branding system 360 in a hotel. That is why I would choose an Autograph Collection Boutique Hotel rather than a typical hotel. I love everything they put together, from interior design to little things like slippers quality and the use of Aseop skincare. I can see detail is in everything. Really well put together with great taste. Worth the price! Stay: For my 2 weeks stay in Vancouver, I am extremely busy everyday. I would get up super early and coming back to hotel in almost midnight. Every time I come back late in Douglas, I was able to destress and find my peace of mind right away. I guess this is a successful sign of a good boutique hotel experience. Service: The staff is so nice and polite. They would answer and find a solution for all your needs. Dinning Room service: It was suprisingly good! Breakfast room service is normally just fine but not in Douglas. I had the MD BBQ Brisket Hash Brown. The portion is big, enough for a brunch! I usually don't like eating meat but this mix of brisket slices and salad was really well balanced with a hit of basil sauce is just devine! Recommandation: I would recommande Douglass and would definitely come back again! I would love to visit other Autograph Collection Hotel!

Location, Style (everything about this hotel is so swanky), Hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. Comfortable beds/pillows. High end fixtures.

Our room was directly above the D6 Lounge so the music was heard very clearly until 1am. Our server at the D6 Lounge was not good. The valet employee broke my keyring by trying to rip the elastic band off rather than cut it. (Just a note for future!) I wish there were more food options open past 12am.

I really liked the interior decoration of the room - modern, clean and artful. Room was well-equipped with a coffee machine, bathrobes, slippers and everything you would expect of a 5-star hotel. The service is absolutely fantastic - from the front desk to housekeeping. Made some requests during my stay and the staff were always polite and helpful. An amazing experience. Would definitely stay on my return to Vancouver.

One of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed at. The rooms are spacious and decorated beautifully. The lounge areas and location are unbeatable. I would definitely stay here again and again.

Rodolfo was tremendously helpful, truly the backbone of the hotel, the most polite and helpful member of staff I have come across went above and beyond to help me with all my requests

Gym was not great lacked proper equipment

Bar not open very night. Closed for private function another night. Never sure when it would be open. Not all staff friendly. Frosty greeting at reception on night it was closed for private function when we asked why. Asked for hairdryer (would think they should be in rooms) took an hour to get it. Staff apologetic but still........

immaculately clean. friendly staff. quiet and peaceful. great location, close to restaurants.

Only that the lounge wasn’t open on Monday and Tuesdays. We happened to be staying there on a Monday and Tuesday.

The decor was stunning, the staff was amazing, the localization was perfect and we didn't even get to try all the services and facilities of the complex within our stay.

Great location for the concert at BC place and great restaurants.

The bathroom wasn't totally clean. They didn't clean the soap holder in the shower and it had conditioner on it from the last guest. I'm being picky but that just shouldn't happen.
