I was pleasantly surprised at my first stay here, and I'd definitely return. The location was safe and there are many food options nearby. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The mini kitchen came in handy. The pool was good for getting in a few laps, and I appreciated the fact there was both a dry and steam sauna (the steam one wasn't working at the time, but I'm glad to have it as an option). There was also a really nice garden to walk around. Overall, this was much more than I had expected!

The only drawback was the cleanliness of the room. While I can appreciate that the room was UV-sanitized, that's not the same as cleaning. The remote control was grimy, and there was a layer of dust on the lamp shades by the bed. There were hairs in the shower/tub. That's the only thing detracting from a perfect rating.

The location is well positioned near the main sporting stadium and positioned between the trendy Yaletown and the central shopping area. If you are up for a long walk, Stanley Park, while not close is walkable, and a very interesting walk at that. The unit was a good size well equiped, and very comortable. Staff well polite and very helpful.

Cost more than we had budgeted as we had to book at the last moment due to our original booking cancelling at the last moment due to water damage. Pool and sauna facilities are on the ground floor, and you need to walk through reception to access it. They do have a gym, only walking and running exercise machines outside the entrance to the pool, very exposed.

The customer service was fabulous made you feel like family. They went over and beyond holding our suit cases they went looking for my laundry stuff when I thought I had miss placed it.

The pool was cold and the hot tub was not hot it was warm

Well equipped, good views, great location easy walk to gas town, downtown ferry and Stanley park. Staff very helpful, easy to find for pickup with hire car

Bedroom could have been bigger

The staff was very kind and helpful. I ended up in a suite due to a last minute change of plans. The suite came with a kitchen, fridge, coffee machine and other amenities such as a small living room that was helpful to take work calls on zoom. The view is nice and the room had an enormous window which was great at night with all city lights. The location is convenient if you are getting there from the airport and need to hang out nearby the harbor area which is approx. 10-15 mins walking distance. Many restaurants and bars nearby.

Design of the rooms could be updated, room keys were hit or miss and you need to really get the timing right to open the door.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our whole family group was sick, and the staff in all capacities provided us with what we needed, from cleaning through to extending our booking. Although we were not able to get out and about much at all, the location was convenient to local shops, eateries, the stadium (in fact two sporting venues) and public transport. It was great to have a sports bar/restaurant on the ground floor. On the occasion we were able to visit, the staff again were friendly and attentive, and the food was good and reasonably priced.

Fantastic location and very easy to use public transport as well as being very central to walk to all the main areas of Vancouver. Room was very spacious and bathroom a good size as well as it all being very clean, especially the oven! It was so handy have a small kitchen area.

The air conditioning/heating was a little bit difficult to get accurate and did make some noise coming on and off but it wasn't a particularly big issue, it would've just been nice if it was more modern and was easier to get to work accurately.

Location was great in downtown Vancouver. Walking distance to parks, attractions and quay (walk path, restaurants and shops). Great sound proofing as it was quiet in the rooms so street noise never bothered. As this was a business trip for me I cannot over emphasize the great and very fast complimentary wifi! No issues whatsoever taking video meetings or connecting to work servers throughout my stay. That is such a relief not to have to worry about internet speed quality. Rooms were very clean. Check-in and check out was smooth. Daily Room cleaning was also well appreciated.

Furniture is old and not modern. Gym only had a couple of equipment.

We came to Vancouver a few days before our Alaskan Cruise to explore the city. Rosedale on Robson was in a perfect location to do that. The staff was very accommodating- allowing early check-in and a 1 hour later checkout. The suite set-up of the room worked well for my family and we loved the view from the window- we stayed on 14. The hotel was affordable compared to other hotels around the downtown area. We enjoyed our stay. We would stay there again.

The hotel could use a little updating- but perfectly fine for our needs. The elevators could be a nightmare during busy times. They are small and you had to wait awhile and cram in with others.

We had a fabulous stay at the hotel. We were there for five days. The location is good; you can walk or take public transportation. There are lots of choices for restaurants and bars close by, as well as nice shops. The hotel does not serve breakfast, but many are within walking distance. Parking underground is somewhat expensive, but it's a safe option. Other parking opportunities are available.

One of the guys at the door didn't fancy me, and I could see him talking to his colleague behind my back as I walked in. But I just let it go, I was on vacation. :)
