Location was good! Staff were super friendly! Rooms was comfortable, and small problem with a/c was dealt with quickly.

Room advertised as falls view…it is now more of a glimpse with trees growing up, perhaps room name should be changed to glimpse. Friends who did not upgrade for a view room had a similar view for less money.

Lovely partial view of the falls, kind and friendly staff, the kids enjoyed the pool.

Location doesn’t allow an easy way down to the falls and visitor centre (without paying $3 per person for the incline railway). Not the property’s fault but good to know when planning your trip.

The jacuzzi was fill out very fast. I had a lot of towels available to use. The heater/cooling very easy to use. The view was perfect

I only have a small complaint. The cleanness was not good and the TV was not a smart tv. I could not watch you tube or my Netflix account. For example

The view, comfortable beds, location, pool, pet friendliness. It’s nice that the pool got renovated- looks much nicer and feels much cleaner now.

No breakfast included. Checkout time is really early (in Europe late checkout is 2pm, in this hotel it’s 12). After the change of ownership they don’t give out any coupons you can use in Niagara. When it was Radisson you got different discount coupons with your room card. The staff also told me about the terrible idea the new hotel owner has, to only make rooms without the view pet friendly, which seems ridiculous. I stayed at the hotel when it was Radisson several times because that meant I could travel with my dog. And I always saw other travelers with dogs at the hotel, which was very heartwarming. Very disappointing that next time I’d like to do that I’ll have to miss out on the view. Not sure how one came up with this and thought it was a good policy.

Fantastic over-sized bathroom -large, deep bathtub, good water pressure in the shower, towels were plentiful & in a convenient spot, bath towels were large & soft. Good view, even though it was a city view. Good location with plenty of restaurants in the area. Good black out drapes, huge TV, comfortable bed & good size pillows Very clean room & common areas Front desk staff were very friendly & helpful. Reasonable price for on site parking

Confusion on the current name of the hotel, when we arrived the sign read the Radisson but was changed within hours Upon arrival a truck was blocking the front entrance to the hotel & parking lot

We had a brilliant view of Niagara Falls from our room. The hotel is not on the front row of hotels overlooking the Falls so riot all. the rooms have the view but we paid extra and it was definitely worth it. We loved to just sit and look at the changing colours and vistas over the falls. Good to have tea/coffee making in the room with a proviso about the amount of disposable stuff - see "What didn't you like" comment below.

In general we find the amount of disposable, no recyclable items, that are used in many US hotels very excessive and this should be addressed as we try to be more sustainable and environmentally friendly. For example, the plastic bags containing sugar, creamer, napkin etc.

The spectacular view of horseshoe falls. Location, the room was on 7 floor.Also the jacuzzi was a plus. The architecture of the room, the way of jacuzzi is placed next to the window. It's first time visiting Niagara Falls on Canadian side. Overall the experience was excellent. Definitely I will return on this hotel.

Advertising room price on booking.com was different compare with hotel charges and had nothing to do with currency conversion.Somewhere in communication is a glitch, because booking advise taxes included in price room,but the hotel is charging extra taxes besides that. Also the parking is pricey, 45 Canadian $.

Finally a pet friendly hotel with a view of the Falls! Check-in was quick and easy. Desk staff get 10/10. It was a pleasure dealing with such helpful and pleasant staff. They make this hotel! The view from the room was incredible. waking up to the sunrise over the Falls and falling asleep to the illuminated Falls. Jacuzzi was fabulous. Within walking distance of falls and Clifton hill.

No USB ports

The view from the King Suite with Whirlpool and Falls View was amazing. From getting up in the morning and looking out at the gorgeous falls, to the colourful lit up falls at night the view exceeded expectations. You certainly pay for the view but it is well worth it! Location was close enough to walk to desired locations.

Did not like that after a seven hour tour excursion, we came back to our room around 4:00 p.m. and it was not yet cleaned. We were tired and wanted to rest but instead spent time calling the front desk questioning why the room was not cleaned yet. We were informed that housekeeping has until 5:00 p.m. to clean the rooms. We then had to wait for someone to come clean the room, and then wait outside of the room while it was being cleaned when we did not feel like going anywhere. Also the light bulb was burnt out on the desk lamp. It would have been nice if the desk had a pen and some paper. Fridge freezer needed de-frosting.

Our view of the falls was spectacular! We could not have had a better view from the room. The check in staff was very nice and was able to accommodate our request for close rooms. We were just steps away from the WEGO bus transportation stop that helped us get to the falls and the rest of the city in a quick manner.

The onsite restaurant could have been better. It was very strange that we were encouraged to visit the restaurant during our stay, but it was always full--according to the hostess. Yet when you walked in the restaurant, there were many empty tables--like 6-7 tables and whole sections of the restaurant.
