The location was excellent. Union Station is a short walk away even with luggage. The subway station is just around the corner. Very new building with quiet suites. Full kitchen and laundry ensuite even with a junior one bedroom.

Great apartment size accomodation with seperate bedroom and living area, making it very spacious. Appreciated the slippers and robes.

Lack of bright lighting - the light are so dim and certain sections of the room are in complete darkness - very hard to see things at night, unless you are shining your phone light

Amazing location, room had great view of CN Tower. Building was professionally run and well-kept. Staff were friendly. Comfy bed, great shower, very handy to have laundry and kitchenette

Room was clean overall, but above the washing machine and stove hood were very dusty and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Only one dishwasher sachet provided which wasn't great for 4 days. Bathroom door didn't close easily, had to really pull it shut. Overall experience was great and we'll come again, but as it's marketed as high-end, the rooms should be cleaned and maintained more carefully.

The softest bedding in all the land, a spacious and well equipped room, fabulous location a short walk from Union Station and the Scotiabank Arena and a short ride from Billy Bishop Airport, spotlessly clean, excellent kitchen facilities in the room, plenty of USB chargers, big windows, a free bottle of water and a couple of squares of chocolate waiting for me on arrival, a bath to soak in, and great lighting options.

It was a little noisy and not very dark in the room, but that's to be expected in the heart of the city. I'd recommend bringing ear plugs and an eye mask if you need silence and darkness to sleep well.

The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to many restaurants, parks, etc. Our accommodation featured a double bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed. While the room was pretty comfortable, the sofa bed was definitely quite old and would not cater for an adult. It also had a washing machine/dryer which were very helpful, and the room was cleaned almost daily.

The room size was pretty small. Everything felt squeezed in there. Although there is a kitchen, it was very poorly equipped, and we had to keep requesting things (from glasses to spoons). Otherwise, staff were friendly and helpful.

Room was spacious and felt like a small apartment. Great getaway in the city, was super private when we were in the room, friendly staff, especially the housekeeper. Location was prime, we found walking was faster than Uber anyhow, but everything we wanted to see was within walking distance, ie. CN Tower, Lighthouse ArtSpace, Aquarium, and has super close amenities like grocery stores (inside the mall), coffee shops, residents, bars and more.

Would have loved a bar or restaurant / room service to the room, it was listed as an amenity but was not available upon arrival.

Close to everything. Clean, comfortable. Valet parking was nice to have, as we had no clue where to park. Kitchen was a cute little asset , although we were only there for 1 night so didn’t use it. Loved the jacuzzi on the 4th floor, and loved our in suite laundry ! I’ve never had that before but was great to dry my bathing suit right away!

Personally , and this isn’t a con, just a preference, is that it was so downtown, we found it quite loud and hard to sleep , but only because we are from a small town and not used to honking and sirens going off all night!

Terrific location, in the heart of downtown walking distance to several attractions, shops, restaurants and sports venues. Front desk and cleaning staff were very friendly and eager to assist to ensure everything we needed was provided. Modest but ample exercise room, Nice spa with jacuzzi and dry sauna which could be accessed for free by reservation. Had a clear view of the CN Tower from our upper floor room; space overall was clean and bright.

Kitchenette had sparse supplies, but staff were very willing to provide any additional items requested (bowls, toaster etc). Access to jacuzzi and sauna only available Thursday - Sunday could be an issue for some guests.

Honestly, for the room I stayed in, I would easily have paid double. I did visit during off season which may have contributed. My room had a working desk, kitchen, couch w/TV, and separate bedroom + bathroom both with their own doors. It felt like a small apartment instead of a small hotel which was nice.

There was construction nearby but that made the entrance a bit shady at night, but overall it's a safe area and I took the detour around the block. It does feel like you're walking into an alley to get to the entrance of this hotel.

- clean - spacious - location - kudos to the housekeeping lady. We did not ask to clean the room, but she was very willing to change the towels and gave extra chocolates.

- The staff during check-in was not very welcoming and did not smile. She opened the automatic door for us but did not even look at our faces or greet us. But the other staff we encountered are friendly, smiling, courteous, esp the housekeeping lady. - There are obvious signs of wear and tear (not sure how old the hotel is) such as the bathroom, but they maintained the cleanliness and functionality of the room.
