I was very happy with the amount of space I had: a kitchenette, a nice-sized bathroom, a desk in the room. I had to work one of the days and the desk was great. I also liked being able to keep fruit and cut it up in the kitchen. The staff was super friendly and helpful whenever I had a question. It was also fairly centrally located -- easy walking distance to the CN Tower and waterfront; slightly longer walking distance to Kensington Market and the Ontario Art Gallery.

The business district is a little boring and there is a TON of construction going on, making sidewalk navigation tricky. And I don't know if this happens a lot, but each night I was there, there were bozos on extraordinarily loud motorcycles roaring around the neighborhood at least until midnight, when I went to sleep (with a white noise machine).

The room has all the facilities you might need for a convenient stay, including fully furnished kitchen and washer/ dryer. The equipment in not the newest, but it does the job. Downstairs restaurant offers decent food (but not breakfast; that should be ordered from a third party vendor, just ask in the reception). Good wi-fi internet speed/ coverage.

Although the location of the hotel is quite central, the immediate surroundings (i.e. the street) are quite grim and grey (that does not mean I felt unsafe there!). The street noise that starts early in the morning is quite bothersome, so be sure to take ear plugs with you.

Ideal location of the hotel: very close to the subway station (King's Station), cafés and eating places. Large enough room with kitchenette and proper dining table. The bed was comfortable and the sofa bed as well (which is a rarity, compared to the previous hotels we stayed at). The fact that our room had its own washing machine and dryer was a bonus as we were staying for quite a few nights. The daily complimentary water and chocolates were highly appreciated.

As we were staying for more than 2 nights, full cleaning of the room (instead of just replacing towels) would have been much appreciated.

Great views, great staff, free use of sauna and jacuzzi with your stay

Everything was great. Helpful staff let us keep our bags after check out. Amazing views at the top floors. Free spa services included - jacuzzi and sauna. In the room the only minor issue was shower head - the hose was somewhat damaged. The only other issue we faced was with the payment - I received a couple of texts before our stay describing how we will be charged but at the end we still had trouble organizing credit cards when paying. The staff was helpful in advising that we cannot use the debit but only credit. In general, maybe just advice to hotel to review the communications you are sending to the guests one more time because it also lists wrong working hours for spa and old breakfast prices which were different after we arrived. This did not affect our stay in any way so thanks!

I absolutely loved this hotel! The location was amazing. You could walk to most places downtown. The hotel was also next to a #1 subway line station which was super convenient if you wanted to travel further without walking (it is super hot in TO this time of year!!). Also, very close to the union station, so if traveling downtown via UP express, you could walk to the hotel no problem. It was also a short walk to great restaurants and shopping nearby. Very spacious unit and had everything you needed. The staff was super friendly and were able to address any needs that came up in a timely manner. The rooms were super clean. The AC was nice and cool. I really can’t say anything bad about it. A wonderful experience all around!!

It was pricey but what you would expect for the location and amenities.

The location of the hotel was fantastic and it was easy to find. We took the Up train from the airport and walked to the hotel from union station. The front desk staff was fantastic and let us store our suitcases while we waited for our room. There was not much in the kitchen in terms of cooking supplies but they were available upon request. We did not need them though as we were only there for two nights. We walked everywhere during our stay as it was such a central location to everything. Would definitely recommend.

There was a lot of noise from the street so there was not much sound insulation. I guess that is just part of being in a big city. The shower drained poorly and so did the sink.

Location was great but a lot of construction in the area made it tricky to access. The hotel has a nice bar/restaurant on the ground floor and the room was decent but the view to a bunch of buildings on all sides is not my thing. I like that there was a kitchen in the room even though I did not use it. Definitely something to think about if you are there for a long stay. The kitchen had a small fridge, dishwasher and there was even a washer and dryer in a closet. Very convenient if you are there for more than a week.

Construction around the hotel (not the hotels fault so I did not take that into account when I rated the hotel).

I like the comfort and view on the CN Tower in the room. Too bad I found out about the view on the morning I left ! The staff was great, thank you again !

The 400$ deposit was a bit of an unpleasant surprise.

The room was big and had all amenities one can need, including a little kitchen. The bed was far from the door, which made it more quiet at night time. Loved the gym, which had a peloton! It’s very central and convenient to go either shopping, to restaurants, theatre or waterfront. But most of all, very friendly and lovely staff. Felt welcomed and will definitely come back.

The hotel unfortunately had an internet issue upon my arrival, and it took hours for the wifi to work. Bed is a bit hard.

We are walkers and thought the location was great for seeing the main attractions. We arrived early and were greeted with a warm welcome, our luggage was stored, and our car parked by the valet and we were well taken care of! Although the in house restaurant is closed on Monday and Tuesday, the receptionist suggested the Hot House which was only a block away and served an exceptional breakfast!

Unfortunately it was very noisy all night from cars and trucks going back and forth and blowing horns.
