Having two rooms together was HUGE and much appreciated.

My room, the Deluxe Suite, could have used a bit more furniture. My only real complaint would be that the bedroom was very cold. The bedroom was not responsive to the to the thermostat in the living room area -- I had to use all of the extra blankets etc. that were available. Aside from that, everything was great. Also, the staff suggested that we go to the afternoon tea. We had no idea that it was an all-in affair at an astonishing price for what we thought would be a free cup of tea.

HUGE lobby through revolving doors & kind valet service to assist you. Stylish contemporary decor in the suites. The bed was one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept on & the space was quite spacious for a hotel room, the layout was unique & made me feel like I was in a mini condo. The best part was their staff, they were accommodating & hospitable… the standards that most hotel fail to uphold. I felt truly comfortable & welcomed here. I would 1000% recommend!! Also I dropped my dress there & they were attentive & able to promptly update me every step of the way offering to ship my dress if I couldn’t pick it up!

I booked the king bed but they ran out so I opted for a queen been but they provided me with free breakfast & a 2pm check out, AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

The Room was beautiful and spacious, the bed was comfortable. All of the staff were incredible, informative and nice. It was our first time staying in such a beautiful hotel, so thank you for making the experience fun and easy.

Sad that the front entrance was out of order during our stay and that standard parking isn't included in the stay. We opted for valet for the convenience but only after finding that it's only $10 cheaper to park your car yourself. While the room was wonderful, the more regal furniture in the room like the couch and chair are not the most comfortable.

Great location and perfect to see Toronto. Would assume issue with fire alarm was a one-off and we were unlucky so wouldn't hold it against the hotel.

Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night so evacuated our room. No member of staff seemed to know what they were doing and unable to get back to our room as key to elevator was missing.

Quiet hotel, housekeeping everyday, complimentary bottled water, keurig style coffe machine in room, good location near many shops and eateries, fast elevators, nice shower.

Need more consistency amongst staff with fee quotes and transparency about deposit. I had to call and specifically ask to find deposit info and was given different information by a few different desk staff about various fees ie. deposit, roll away bed etc. There was minor construction taking place outside of my window in the mornings (machine beeping) but the hotel cant really control that. The bed was comfortable but one side of the bed was sunken in a bit. I booked early and got a fairly low rate so the above didnt bother me as much.

Great location. Extremely helpful and diligent staff. Room was clean and spacious. Restaurant was top notch. You are within walking distance of several tourist attractions, restaurants and public transportation.

No view from the room. Although we had several windows throughout the suite, every window looked directly onto a brick wall. I suggest specifically asking for a room with a view at check in.

The front desk staff were wonderful and responsive to needs. Brian, the concierge, was the best we've ever encountered at any hotel. He even walked us to the restaurant he recommended the first night!

The air conditioner in our room was noisy when the blower came on and it emitted an acrid hot motor smell. I reported it to the front desk and an engineer apparently checked it out, but there was no improvement. At check-out, however, we were given a $100 credit because of that issue.

Beautiful hotel, nice room. Could do with some electrical updating (control of lights from bed etc) . Room service was fast. Bottled water was good, staff extremely helpful

Some items were missing like Slippers but room service was fast. Would be nice if it was a little more high tech with the same old style look though. Only one tea pod provided but I'm sure they would bring more. Spa was very expensive

I like the style of the hotel. The hotel personnel was very kind and nice. My room was clean, big, and quiet. Everything was as I expected. There was no open buffet for breakfast, so you need to order what you want, I liked this better.

One thing, I don't like rooms with doors to other guest rooms. Of course it's double door always but still I don't like it. Personal preference. :)

Staff was great! Brendan at the front desk (really appreciated being upgraded to a king bed) and Katrina at concierge stood out (thank you for looking up Pilates studios). They both have that quality that is hard to describe: you feel like you have a real person helping/interacting with you without any "ra-ra-ra" hype and a genuine warmth to their character. Thank you, we had a great stay!
