Absolutely delightful art deco hotel thoroughly modernized. The convenience of the refrigerator, microwave, and hot plate were not utilized, but appreciated. The location in the heart of Bogota, just blocks from the Gold Museum and the Emerald Museum with easy taxi service anywhere in the city was perfect. The young English-speaking staff were extremely helpful and the little bistro in the lobby made great breakfasts. What's not to like?!

The location is great, next to the main tourist attractions. The staff is very nice and complimentary breakfast is a star I specially recommend breakfast de la casa. It is spectacular and exactly what you need to start a day

The room was quite small with a very small closet (which is a problem if you arrive with big suitcases/backpacks). Also having a bathroom sink in the room was kind of strange

A small hotel but well equipped hotel in the heart of the tourist centre of Bogotá. The double glazed windows and blackout blinds were a huge plus. The shower was fantastic, hot and powerful. The staff member who most stood out was Jessica in the restaurant on a morning, a couple of great tips helped us out a lot. Highly recommended hotel for a short and economic stay in the Colombian capital.

The room itself was small, the king size bed was great but left little room for much else, also the sliding door to the bathroom didn't quite close fully, but it wasn't a big issue.

Loved the location of this hotel - very convenient to all the key tourist attractions. Hotel staff was very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was ok. Room was small but comfortable. If I visited Bogota again I will for sure stay at Hotel Regina without hesitation!

For me as a single traveler I was satisfied with everything. If I'm forced to pick one thing I will say a little more food quantity for breakfast :)

Comfy bed. Good location. Good shower. Lovely roof terrace. Great staff.

There was a storm when we arrived and all the cushions on the roof terrace were left out & were soaked. We managed to find 2 chairs without cushions in the conservatory area that we used, only us 2 up there. Breakfast wasn't to our liking. A few lights not working.

the room was big and comfortable. there was plenty of hot water with good pressure. wi.fi was good and reliable. staff was friendly and helpful. they gave free breakfast. it was very basic (just eggs, bread, sone fruits and hot drink) but since it was free there is no complaint

the room didnt really have city view - just a view of a building .but since the building was not very close it was ok

Friendly and really helpful reception, cafe and great breakfasts. The hotel was perfectly placed in the heart of Candelaria for the tourist attractions and a short walk to the funicular for Monserrate.

After 2 months in the Amazon I would love to have had a hot bath but they didn't have any rooms with baths, which was a shame but the shower head was huge and the water was hot and plentiful, so I was happy.

The room is well-decorated, but whoever decorated the room did not think about lighting and getting dressed. The room was too dark, there wasn’t enough lighting (both electrical and natural), and the windows opened about 10 centimetres each (nothing more). Getting dressed was a bit frustrating due to lack of lighting. Nevertheless, the whole experience was compensated by the wonderful and well-prepared staff of the hotel. Everyone was so kind and gentle, it was impressive.

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, I arrived in the middle of the night but still received a good service. I'd arranged a taxi through the hotel from the airport which worked smoothly too. Nice area for breakfast and the hotel is in a good location for tourist attractions.

Staff is really nice and accommodating and knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast was delicious. Location was convenient and close to many restaurants and tourist attractions. The hotel is safe and would recommend to other female solo travellers.

Room was small and only one staff member spoke fluent English.The room didn’t have soap so I had to ask for it.
