The location is good, while not the very dead center, it’s close enough to explore the Inner City on food; also, Vesterport train station is nearby. The room was rather spacious, well-appointed, pleasant and cozy. Besides the bed, there was a desk, a small sofa (which, I believe, could be folded out to sleep a child), a small table, coffee and tea making facilities and even a couple of dumbbells! I appreciated a large number of power sockets. The bathroom was rather small, but functional and clean. The bed was comfortable. I felt the walls were not very sound-proof, but apparently the other guests were quiet, and the street outside is also quiet at night, so I had no problem getting a good sleep.

The WiFi signal was rather weak, may depend on the room. There was no fridge, though apparently one was supposed to be under the desk. I didn’t try the breakfast, as I found it overpriced (alas, everything is quite expensive in Copenhagen). Couldn’t have helped noticing a few scratches, especially on the doors. None of the above was serious, I was very pleased with the hotel.

The location of the hotel is great for getting to/from the airport and into the downtown area of Copenhagen easily. The street felt safe and has a grocery store nearby. The size of the room & bathroom was great for 3 people. The people at the front desk are friendly & helpful - we even got to check into our room several hours early.

The 3 person room is two twin beds + a sofa bed.. the twin beds were really comfortable but the sofa bed was extremely hard & not comfortable for a long stay. It would be helpful if they added a mattress topper or something similar to make it more comfortable.

What a fantastic hotel ! The rooms are compact but clean and have everything you need .The beds were super comfortable and the hotel was cozy at night. The hotel staff are fantastic, so helpful and great with the kids. The breakfast was delicious and plenty to chose from. The hotel is great for visiting all the sights of the city. A 5 minute walk from tivoli gardens and 2 mins from the metro . An abundance of things to do in the area. We will definitely use this hotel again.

Lounge bar did not have much to chose from- wine, beer or cider. would be nice to have a wider selection. But that's based on my drink preferences.

Wrong communication between booking.com and hotel. It means: 1) Booking offered me a special deal for breakfast for 70DDK for a day. I've accepted it and price was risen accordingly by 70DDK per day and each person. However, final booking confirmation stated no breakfast. At hotel I was told that no meal was ordered, but I was still charged the sum risen by "special breakfast deal" of 70 DDK per person and day. 2) I've filled in details for invoicing into booking.com order, but these details were not passed to the hotel and I had to state them again at reception. 3) non smoking was requested, but booking confirmation explicitly stated as non-smoking only one room (fortunately enough non-smoking rooms were available during our check-in)

My stay at the Richmond hotel was amazing. I was there for three nights. The room was small but very satisfactory to me. Everything was made for comfort inside. The hotel is situated in a perfect location, I walked everywhere and it only took me about 10-15 minutes to reach the city centre. The breakfast buffet was also really great, and the staff were lovely, always happy to help, always with a smile on their face. On my last day I couldn't stay for breakfast and the receptionist very kindly offered me a coffee to go. If I return for a few days in Copenhagen, I will definitely choose to stay in the Richmond again.

Cloud-soft beds, clean rooms, warm radiators, nice staff. Breakfast was average. For more or less same money you can eat in cafe, if you’re looking for diversity. Great location.

The water pressure was so weak it couldn’t even reach the wall on full open. It might be the common problem on that area or hotel just trying to reduce water consumption. Shower gel and shampoo bottles was just fulfilled with water. Squirted with splashing on hand. Seems like it’s very expensive liquids in Denmark, if hotel needs to dilute it with water so desperately.

We really liked the location (easy walk from main station, even easier from Vesterbro station had we paid attention!), good local grocery stores, very friendly helpful staff, rooms on top floor good with a nice balcony, breakfast a good selection and plenty of it. Nice touches in the room like a great coffee pod machnie with pods, toiletry items like cotton buds and nail files.

Noise from other rooms a little intrusive at times - but earplugs provided (and used)! Mattresses on beds really unsupportive and saggy - I have a bad back and had to resort to sliding a pillow under the middle of the mattress,

Location ,same stuffs…breakfast❤️ but breakfast must be improve little for muslim clients everything is pork..very limited beef things,time is 9:30,breakfast buffet services empty asking for renewing ,answer was FINISHED,you should make your storage according to customer numbers..

Same staff,i made the payment with wrong credit card ,i want to change it,learned manager Diana can help me,she was in just behind the reception we could ‘ve seen her but she DID NOT came to solve our problem,it was so funny ,we think ;she is not like 3 star hotel manager, she thinks Ritz hotel manager:))) .i did gave 8 because that is not hotel fault which is her fault. And pls repair outside your hotel name O letter is not working..thks

We booked a junior suite which we shared with our adult nephew (trip was a gift for his medical school graduation). It served our needs great and the location of the hotel can't be beat. We walked almost everywhere, Walked from main train station, to metro, etc. but more than anything, we walked and walked and walked through charming neighborhoods, to fantastic restaurants and lively, bustling squares and shopping areas. We couldn't have been more pleased with the location. Lastly, we really enjoyed the mid-century Danish modern furnishings and design and the staff were responsive and always helpful.

The internet service was absolutely terrible and really needs to be addressed. It was all but useless.

I really liked the hotel, it exceeded my expectations, it is much higher than 3 stars. The reception, the service - everything was great. We arrived at 8 am and the hotel provided us with a room from 9 am without additional payment. We took a room for 3 people in which there was a bed and a sofa, there is enough space.

we stayed at the end of November and the room was quite cold, although we slept well. The hotel is 20 minutes from the old town, 20 minutes from the train and bus station. If the weather is good (not our case), you can walk or rent a bike from the hotel.
