When we checked in, it was busy, but the staff were welcoming and all went smoothly. Our room was located on the top floor. We had 1 room for 3 adults. Enough space for our luggages, we were able to use the under the bed space to flock our suitcases underneath. There was a super funny note that said: "no monster under the bed" - intended for kids! The room was very clean. We also used the hotel's laundry facilities, which was returned to us within 1 day. We were invited to join their daily happy hour throughout our 3 day stay, where they offer one free drink per person per day. It was very pleasant. The location of this hotel is great.

- We had not included breakfast due to our schedule. However, we decided to give it a try one morning. We felt that it was rather expensive and different. Lots of bread and jam selection, smoked (or was it raw?) fish too. It was super busy and a bit understaff. - Parking can be an issue, if not planned well. - Another minor point, when you have lots of suitcases and you enter the hotel from the front (river side), there are many narrow steps - no help and no lifts to reach the reception area. No further help is given to get to the lift either (though I did not ask specifically, I equally was not offered any). - No AC, but we stayed at an unusually very hot summer week.

Hotel was in a great location - great for nearby restaurants, walking to attractions and close to both the metro and train stations. Staff in the hotel were brilliant - so friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable and excellent linen. Breakfast had a good choice and was of a good quality. A bonus was that from 5 - 6pm all hotel guests got a free drink at the bar e.g. wine, beer or a soft drink

Rooms don't have air conditioning but there is a fan you can plug in to the wall. These are OK but noisy. We were there when temperatures were in the mid 20s so something to keep in mind. Our room faced inwards towards the courtyard and it could be a bit noisy in the evening if guests are sitting out having a drink. However, it never went on to late.

Very comfortable bed and friendly, helpful staff. The location was good to access some cool wine bars across the lake in Nørrebro and near Torvehellerne food market (we opted to skip the breakfast at the hotel and eat at the market). Bikes were available for rental and the central location made it easy to cycle and explore the city.

The room was warm at night (no ventilation), although a fan was provided. Windows could be opened for a breeze but our room was on a noisy street (note a lot of other rooms appeared to be on interior atriums which I assume might be quieter). Duvets were quite heavy weight and hot. Virtual key card seemed a bit pointless when we had to ask reception for a card to turn on the room lights (it wasn't in the room when we checked in). Not a big deal though.

The hotel had various parts and it sometimes felt a bit like a maze. Very spacious design with lots of opportunities to sit everywhere, outside and inside. The free drink at 5 p.m. is a very good idea. Lots of guests participate and mingle. The location of the hotel is also nice, close to one of the lakes. We did not use breakfast, so no opinion there. It was also quite nice to find the message of the cleaning staff, with pics. The room was not very big, but spacious enough.

The layout of the bathroom is not very handy, especially the shower's position in the room I stayed in. It is a relatively expensive hotel, but then again Denmark is expensive.

The shared spaces were very nice and the garden was a nice addition. The room was compact but had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the Spa facilities. Breakfast was excellent.

Our room was by the lift which was very noisy. On arrival I was not able to request a room away from the lifts due to the virtual check in and when I requested an alternative room, once I had seen the location, I was told there were no other rooms free unless I paid more. I found this response disappointing. I was disturbed by the lift noise during our stay.

The side entrance is just a few blocks from Norreport Station and a huge food hall. Lots of restaurants close by as was a supermarket. We had a 5 day Copenhagen Card and it covered all our sightseeing and transport. The card was an outstanding value and so convenient. The Metro goes right from the airport to Norreport and you can get a train to Roskilde for a day trip right from Norreport Station. Hotel has very nice indoor and outdoor public spaces and a nightly happy hour (free wine or beer) between 5 and 6. We had a very recently refurbished room that was very tasteful quiet and comfortable. The pizza place on the same block as the hotel's side entrance is very good.

Can't think of a thing. Would have liked a microwave but I know that's rare in European hotels.

Lovely hotel very well located —> you are very fast everywhere by walking. Very clean and comfy —> even under the bed! Breakfast super delicious —> many different nordish things to choose. The bread was amazing and the fresh juices, so good. Staff very friendly and helpful —> always smiling They have a cozy hour which means between 5 to 6pm you’ll get a free Glas of wine or beer!

To open the room you have to use the app with your phone which takes such a long time always until the door is unlocked. Preferred normal key cards to open the room cause it’s way faster. And you anyway get a key card to turn on the light in the room. So recommend to use this card also for door opening.

Perfect location, close to Copenhagen best districts and with nice restaurants and pubs within walking distance. The hotel is majestic from the outside, and very modern and cosy inside (lobby, public living rooms...). It is possible to rent bikes for the day at a fair price (about 20€ per bike). Besides, the hotel offers complimentary drinks everyday around 5pm, yoga classes in the morning... We did not attend any of that but would try next time!

The room looked quiet old, compared to some other parts of the hotel. The bed and pillows were not as comfortable as we could have expected considering the investment. In terms of value for money, we found it quiet expensive because we took the free cancellation option. However, the standard price (without free cancellation) seemed fair.

The breakfast was excellent but very expensive . Cosy hour - amazing and every hotel should do it

The bed in the room did not look like the bed in the picture of the room that we booked ie we had a standard double bed when the picture showed the bed as being 2 singles pushed together and therefore bigger . I was travelling with my 23 year old son so sleeping was a bit squished . The key app to open the door is great but stopped working and you need to tell guests to go to reception to get a key to put in the slot to turn on the electricity . No aircon and the room was very hot

Size of the room was great. Bathroom roomy. Nice location across the road from the lake. For water from the bar. Once we found our way around we found restaurants fairly close to hotel. Couches in the room so we could sit and relax without having to sit on bed. Could get water bottles filled with water from the bar whenever we needed it.

The price if of a breakfast,$70NZ. app. The bed did not support my back making walking painful. Bed was a mattress with a very thin foam topper pad on top which offered no support whatsoever to my back Room very hot. No air con. Having to lug suitcase up and down stairs to get to room.
