It was a typical hostel. Bathrooms were fine, public-bathroom type of vibe, but enough to take care of your hygiene. Remember to take your own towel and flip flops. Location was also fine, close to the metro, could be closer to the city centre but it was fine.
To be honest, I booked this because of the novelty of the tent, but I wish I spent more time on research and picked a different accommodation as there were many in similar price. I was not happy that they don't provide you with a padlock, since there is no lockable door to the tent so someone can grab your things at any time. Honestly you can find better for the same price.

The tents were very clean and I really appreciated that the sheets were white. The bathrooms were also most times clean and when they weren’t it was because of other people staying that wouldn’t clean after themselves. Surprisingly it was very quiet after 10 pm and the staff was really nice as they managed to put the 8 of us in 2 tents.
As expected the tents were not sound proof so you could hear everyone around. This was not a problem as we figured it would be like this, the problem was the cleaning staff that would make a looot of noise while cleaning the bathrooms at 6 am. They were slamming the wc doors while the main bathroom doors were left open. I think the big noise they made was not necessary

Amazing stuff - they showed me everything and even led me to the tent. Cleanliness was ok (they cleaned multiple times a day, so even if it wasn't 100 % all the time, it was far better than expected. I also got tent at the end of the hall right next to the window, so there weren't any people walking nearby and i could rest well. In the tent area there are notices about keeping quiet after 10pm and people were really considerate :). I was also pleasantly surprised that it wasn't stuffy in the tent. Even without climatization it was enough to open one half of the tent door and it was really nice.
Not so much to choose for breakfast, that's why i didn't buy any. Also the beds are relatively short. For me, it was all good, but i can't imagine some tall guy to sleep comfortly in them. During my last few days i found bites on myself. They definitely weren't from bed bugs and looked more like from mosquito. It wasn't that horrible and i don't know if there could be done smth about it but maybe bring some repellent with you, just in case :D.

I recently stayed at Urban Camper, and it was a lovely experience. The facilities were great, with everything impeccably clean. It was evident that they take great care in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the hostel. What stood out to me also was the friendly and incredibly helpful staff. The majority of the team went above and beyond to ensure guests felt welcome and had everything they needed. Their warm and accommodating attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this hostel for its great facilities, cleanliness, and the outstanding friendliness of the staff. It's a wonderful choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming accommodation option.
Nothing that I could think of.

The beds in the tent were cozy and nice to have a good sleep. The temperature was nicely kept. The staffs are always helpful, both the reception and cleaning people. People were mostly keeping orders such as being quiet after 10pm. Definetely a valuable choice for the stay of the city which is expensive. Water was provided at the common area.
Bathtowels and bath soaps are not provided. Towels can be borrowed for 10 kr and bath soaps can be bought from the near supermarkets. The bathing area was okay but was not cleaned often. They should arrange cleaning in the morning and evening more often. No hair dryer.

A very interesting place with different food places around. Also a grocery store is located nearby. The bathrooms are clean and comfortable. Rooms are basically tents with 4 beds inside - pretty cool. I was surprised while check-out at 3am there was a receptionist. And he helped me to figure out the transportation to the airport.
While checking in, I had to wait for the receptionist to serve people who were buying alcohol, though I took the same line and when my turn came, I've been told to wait nearby so they can serve other people, and people were keep coming to the alcohol buying line, it felt endless. A bit annoying but I understand that selling alcohol brings more money than checking in, as I'd already paid and were not going to bring more money. Have to say, when there were no more people in the line I got checked in very professionally and politely.

Travelling to the Hotel was really easy (4 Zones to travel for the travel card), it was super close to the Norrebro station and the area was under construction but it was still easily accessible - near convenience stores, clothing stores, market with fresh fruits across the street (!!!) and the building was well marked. Also, there was a lift to the reception. The staff was really welcoming and very friendly - They spoke clearly and were helpful! The Lounge Area was really comfy and it had a pool table and a couple of retro games. There are also board and card games. The reception and bar was open 24/7 and had drinks and snacks - basically anything you could need. What I really liked was that they had a chalk board with events happening in-house and around the area. The camp vibe was definitely present, although we got the corner room, which was perfect for us! The room looked over a small food truck space (unfortunately didn't get to dine there) and although the building was directly beside the train tracks, it was super quiet (take the fact that there was construction everywhere and they also worked at night) and we could sleep very well. The beds were exceptional and the space was just perfect for two people with two hand-carrys. Shared toilet and shower area was clean and there was enough space for everybody who had to use it - DONT FORGET UR FLIPFLOPS xD you don't want wet shoes after showering. Each guest could borrow a towel from the reception free of charge. Hair dryers cost i think 50DKK for the whole stay. Breakfast was simple but definitely enough. Overall it was a great stay for 4 nights - really amazing for the price! Thanks :D
'Didn't like' is too harsh in this case but there were a couple things I noticed. The hostel was in the 'rougher' neighbourhood, but don't mind that. ;) I wish our doors weren't so loud to close, luckily we found a quiet technique on how to close the door more quietly - but the guests on the other room didn't 1. seem to care the slammed the door 2. understand the doors have a sweet spot so it wouldn't make a lot of noise. It was really, really loud. The shower heads either didn't have enough pressure or were too blocked to do so. Also one couldn't adjust the shower heads. And that's it, nothing crazy - we really enjoyed our stay!

Great location and felt very safe. We didn't explore too much but it looked like there were plenty of takeaways around that the staff encouraged us to buy from and bring back. The building was only a few minutes walk from a Metro and S-Train station. The hostel is around 15 minutes from the central station by metro and 40 minutes from the airport. There were activities for the guests, a movie night when we were there (complete with popcorn)! The bar area had a really nice atmosphere and staff were very welcoming. There looked to be laundry machines available for use for a small fee. There's plenty of guidance on good things to do (and maybe skip) in the area and there is bike rental available. Beds were comfy with USB ports. Each room/tent had well sized lockers big enough for two large backpacks. Padlocks are available to buy at reception. My friend moaned in his sleep but hey they can't do anything about that! No issues with noise other than that. Bathrooms were clean and felt up-market. Breakfast was really cheap and the food was nice, with warm buns and continental meats and unlimited coffee. I've not stayed in many hostels because I was a bit anxious about them but I really liked this one and can highly recommend it!
There was a limited offering for breakfast - but it was really nice! A shelf above the bunks would be helpful.

I have been travelling since the last 7 years (have travelling to over 150 cities) and I would rate this hostel as the second best on my list. What a concept! Tents in a building combined with a bar. I initially planned to stay in Copenhagen for 2 nights but the vibe of this hostel made me come back again on the weekend and I stayed here for 4 nights in all. I spent less time travelling in the city and more in the bar here as it was so much fun. They have a few game tables set up, alcohol options are great and the vibe is 10/10. The rooms are kept clean, the beds are cosy, showers are toooo good and the staff is the best. I would like to give it a -1 for the location but the other things are 11/10 and hence the overall experience is 10/10. When in Copenhagen, stay no where else but at Urban Camper.
There' nothing I didn't like about the property. It's a total 11/10 property. The location is not in close to the centre or to any sites but who cares when everything else is great.
