The balinese pool is really amazing and as good as it is seen in pictures. Our suite was very modern and cozy. The staff was helpful and smiley yet they seemed to be understaffed.

The hotel's sauna and steam room is located at the rooftop where guests have to walk pass the restaurant customers, which for me was very awkward. No omlett options at breakfast and the restaurant is small. There are better options avaliable for breakfast at that price or even cheaper outside the hotel. We had to keep asking for additional toiletteries since it was not renewed everyday. I understand the sustainablity concerns yet expect better service and attention to details at this price level.

Obviously the hotel is beautiful, the pool is stunning. But also the room I booked was so lovely, it wasn't just a bedroom but more like a studio with a separate sitting area and TV. I just loved it and all the amenities in the room - the radio, the kettle and coffee bags, the sleeping kit and bathroom toiletries, yoga mats and beautiful dressing robes. The comfort and ease of guests has been thought out well. Staff friendly, check in/out was smooth. Location is quite good, it's not smack bang in the centre but 10 mins walk to Tivoli. Also Frederiksberg is a very cool area.

I had a late flight the day I left and it was a torrential downpour outside, I asked if I could hang out by the pool for a couple of hours after check out and was refused. Considering I was a paying guest (and it's not a cheap hotel) I though this was a little bit disappointing!

The pool area is absolutely beautiful ... a leafy and tranquil haven for relaxation. The rooms were lovely, the beds super comfortable and the bathroom products were fantastic! The robes are fantastic too ... we are already missing them! The food and drinks are top quality and organic ... everything felt extremely healthy!

The pool was a little chilly on 2 of the days we were there which felt a little less luxurious. We also encountered a rather surly member of staff who made us feel a little uncomfortable on the first full day of our stay.

The pool area is amazing and the restaurant on the roof had incredible food

The music around the pool area is louder than you would expect and in the evening is pumping, you would expect bird sounds and chill music

Welcoming staff and the hotel pool was a great area to enjoy a drink when the rain fell.

Arrived after 11pm so only had room service available. Only three options, one of which was French fries. Not great for a 5* hotel. Shutters kept very little light out in the morning which was an issue for my wife. Made a coffee on the first morning and the dirty coffee cups were left for our entire stay. I could have washed them myself, but I’m not there to do the washing up! Coffee was replaced, but not the milk. I could have called it through, but it should be replenished as a matter of course. These are all small issues, but little things add up…

On arrival it is difficult to know what to expect as you enter a little doorway on a busy dual carriageway. The welcome was warm and the information given was on airline themed booklets/tags which was a lovely little touch. Our room was spacious and it was lovely to have the outdoor terrace. The view is not of anything much but its always nice to be able to be outside in fresh air straight from a hotel room. We felt like we were backpacking in Bali while walking to our room around the terrace that looks over the pool. I am sure you will have seen the photos and I can assure you it is as beautiful in real life, if not more so. It is super warm in there and we loved it so much we spent a day relaxing by the pool. We tried breakfast, lunch and dinner in the hotel restaurant, all of which were superb. I would especially highly recommend the breakfast. Seeing the obvious sustainability that the hotel strives for was a bonus too.

If I was being picky - the towels in the room were tiny, and there was no milk or tea other than herbal tea in the room. It was also a shame to have a shower curtain like there was which ruined the more luxurious feel of the room. Its never nice when it sticks to you in the shower knowing how many other people it has also attached to!

Totally loved the unique design of the hotel. Every little detail seems to be well thought out. Not only the pool area, but also the room itself, the lobby or the massive fitness center - everything is a treat for your eyes. Even the rooftop bar / restaurant. Although it was a bit expensive and it only had a few options for dinner, we got to see an amazing sunset from up there. Staying at this hotel is definitely an experience.

Since everyone probably books this hotel for its magical pool area, that also comes with its downsides. It's always very crowded and pretty noisy as well, even at 2am at night there were people having an intense chat next to the pool.

The highlight of this property is obviously the incredible pool, but the rooms are lovely and comfortable too. I stayed in a small suite (the lowest room type) and it was very spacious with its own little kitchen and seating area. I made sure to wake up early to experience the pool when it was quiet and empty- and what an amazing pool it is! At night it transforms into this fun space with lights and music- it looks like a party in the jungle. But don't worry- noise was never an issue for sleeping.

The location isn't quite as central as I'd have liked but everything is a short walk away. Catching the metro to get back to the airport was only about an 8 minute walk, for example.

- The level of detail in the room decor and throughout the whole hotel was amazing. - The pool area is very unique & pretty. - The staff was really nice. - We LOVED the bed! The bedding was extremely comfortable ( so much so we looked at the labels to see where it’s from 😅)

- I do think if you’re just looking at the individual spa experience ( one pool, two saunas ) there is better value for money. In the same light, it’s sad that hotel breakfast is so expensive. We’d rather be able to order a-la-carte and pay less than have a 40EUR breakfast buffet. With all the amazing breakfast options in Copenhagen we didn’t mind eating out but depending on the person one travels with going out for breakfast might not always be convenient/ feasible.

Staff were so helpful and polite and made us feel very at home . Facilities in the hotel including the pool were 10/10. The location was great for getting to nearby attractions and was located very close to the train station for commuting to and from the airport . The room was spacious with a wonderful living room with great furnishings and art .

The only negatives of the place was the mould on the ice cube trays . Small mistake but just important to point out if guests are paying a lot of money but understandable as cleaning staff are under a lot of pressure so it’s fine. The step in the bathroom is quite easy to trip on . other than that a wonderful stay , just some genuine feedback for you guys
