Amazing location, in the heart of Copenhagen just a stone's throw away from all the shops, cafes and restaurants. The highlight of our stay was the wine hour (on the house) from the hotel between 5-6pm in the evenings. We were blown away by the quality of the wine and the generous offer! The apartment itself was lovely and brand new - great facilities, a kitchen stocked with everything you need and a good size room where you have space to work if you're a business person.

Not a negative but you should be aware that the apartment we had looked out onto a busy road which you can't hear if the windows are shut but if you like to have the windows open at night, be prepared for a bit of noise.

I had a wonderful stay! Not only was the apartment beautiful and located in a great area, but the hotel itself offered free daily happy hours and they were there to help however you needed it! The apartments are located in walking distance to tons of great restaurants, bars, bakeries, site seeing, and more. Anything else you can easily access by public transit which has many options near the hotel. Would highly recommend!

Very small things, but my particular apartment was quite dark in some areas. I would have loved a lamp or overhead lighting for those particular areas. The hanging lamp above the kitchen table also was quite low and easy to bump when opening and closing the window.

Small but very cozy apartment with many facilities. The location is very central, close to many touristic attractions. The apartment was Very clean. Everything is new and nice. The kitchen has a microwave, induction cooktop, fridge, many tools and tableware. Good view from the windows. Checking in and out was easy

In 8 days the cleaning lady came only once and due to the fact that I went to the reception to notify our disappointment. Towels and mat was very wet with no possibilities to dry them or to change them without the visit of the staff. This means that in a week they cleaned the floor only once even though it was raining daily outside. At the fourt day I went to the reception and they seemed surprised that the cleaning lady has never come, however the situation remained unchanged after I talked with the reception staff: she showed up the next day and then no more. In the apartment there were no tools for cleaning the room by myself (e.g., vacuum) or for changing or drying the towels.

Location was brilliant, being about a 10 minute walk from the metro we took directly from the airport. We were delighted as we didn't arrive in until around after 10.30pm but it was a seamless experience, as was check-in. Check-in took a few mins in the adjoining hotel, and we then we went to our apartment. It exceeded expectations, and was so cleverly designed to make use of the space. It was so great having the kitchen area, with some tea and coffee there for us, as well as milk. They also have wine and nightcap hour every day - we headed in for the wine hour one day which was lovely, to have a glass or two of delicious Portuguese wine, especially in a city that is expensive! We rented bikes one day to travel around the city, so was great to be able to do that from the hotel. The neighbourhood is very hip, with some lovely cafes within a few mins walk, and a short stroll to tivoli sq and the main tourist areas - we were very happy with the location. We visited during the height of winter, but our place was so cosy, and had everything and more. Would 100% stay here again if visiting Copenhagen!

We have no complaints! I seen some complaints about noise due to a few bars on the street but this was not our experience at all, the room was super quiet. Our room was on the 3rd or 4th floor (can't remember), so if it's possible try and get an apt that is higher up so you are farther from the street noise.

This hotel really cares about the smaller details - we loved the wine hour, bikes available for hire, free coffee and the relaxing foyer area. The room itself was really functional, even though it was small in size. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Friday night was really noisy until about 9pm (there is an outdoor bar downstairs with a DJ) and then all was ok. From the room description, I thought there was a washing machine in our room, but it is a communal laundry which I assume you have to pay for (I didn't end up using it).

Our apartment was small but well appointed, in good position close to major attractions and short walk to transport. Staff were very friendly. Happy hour drinks was an added bonus. A lovely way to relax at the end of the day, talk to fellow travellers and plan for day ahead. The restaurant that adjoins the hotel is excellent and reasonably good price for a Michelin star restaurant.

Nothing - we loved it. (Although we couldn’t find operating instructions for the washing machine in our apartment)

The apartments were centrally located close to the city, the metro and other tourist attractions were in walking distance (we like walking). The apartments was lovely, clean and cosy. It had a lot of amenities which were clearly packed into the space so the apartment felt spacious. The associated hotel was next door and the facilities were available for the apartment guests to use including the free coffee in the morning and the wine hour in the afternoon, which was fun and bought guests together which was a really nice touch.

There wasn’t really anything we didn’t like. Our tv and phone did not work so the hotel/apartment staff moved us without any hassle - the staff were lovely. Our apartment was above the club so it was really noisy at points during the night, which disturbed our sleep but I find this a common issue during city breaks.

Apartmens are a part of the hotel but situated separately on the next building so easily accesed. Hotel has amazing interiour, very well equiped, everything is really very danish, not a cheap one. The place is amazing, near everything and a beautifull park under the hotel. We had really beautifull breakfest, they provide a lot of high quality organic foods, even can make a mimosa with organic orange juice and organic proseco. we had apartments on the 4th floor, above the club but didnt hear a thing, the windows are a good double soundproof termoprofile. Really quiet at night. will come back to this hotel.

Staff was 50/50. Some were really nice and helpfull but the rest felt like they hate everyone around. in summer probay you would like to open windows so it would get noisy, it is a really huge intersection, police non stop going arround at night with sirens. elevator was an issue didnt work properly the doors sometimes open on the ground floor sometimes not so you go up then go by the stairs. but truly all these are just not a problem if having in mind all hotels advantages. also wine hour: wine was not a super nice just a simple table wine.

The space was stunning!! We had excellent views from both sides of the apartment. The decor was lovely - modern, yet comfortable. We loved the complimentary happy hour and enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel. Great location!

We had one of the apartments to cook throughout our stay; it was OK. Equipped enough but the burners were sensitive and the hoodfan didn't really work well to diffuse any steam from our cooking. There were no fans and with our unit being on the top floor it was quite hot most of the time.
