Great location , heated pools , beautiful room

Small main course portions , sunshades can’t be adjusted , entertainment & employees assuming all guests speak russian

Every thing was amazing

I visit Sharm 2-3 times a year and stayed at different hotels. Meraki exceeded my expectations.. Resort is relatively small and simple, you literally find everything you need. Smart rooms and newly constructed areas, staff were very friendly and acted in a professional manner. Mostafa gave me a proper introduction when I came in and showed me 6 different restaurants (4 of them free of charge). Food was amazing.. Greek, Italian, Lebanese, and international restaurants. Animation crew were funny and spoke good English. I literally had Santorini vibes as hotel is elevated. Great Value!!

Just a bit of cherry on top.. I hope the nightlife was more fun and guests engage more. The animation team doing a great job to gather ppl, but it feels like something is missing. Maybe rainbow shots on bar would help :)

My girlfriend and I stayed at the Meraki hotel for 10 days and it was outstanding. The hotel was clean everywhere and beautiful to look at. The room was cleaned to a high standard every day. Staff are excellent and do anything they can to help you and be generally accommodating. The food ranges from good to excellent. We particularly enjoyed the Mumm restaurant for its fantastic mixed grill. Being able to go snorkelling at the hotel was also a massive benefit. Mr smiley man the life guard at the pool was absolutely brilliant and helped us with everything we needed even down to pillows and cleaning our sunglasses. The two guys on the front desk Tyson and Diaa were always very helpful at organising our taxis and trips and making sure we had everything we needed.

Everything was exceptional including the service. First all inclusive al La carte I have been too and will never do for anything else. Food was exceptional and the quality was impeccable. Branded beers and soft drinks were all included. Animation team were good and not pushy …same could be said for the spa and water sports team. Good lil gym with good range of equipment. Pools and all surrounding areas immaculately looked after and clean. We are already looking at returning asap. Management including Hossan and Lucas were visible and always checking to ensure everything was running smoothly throughout the hotel and our stay. Best hotel experience I’ve ever had.

There was nothing not to like. Wish we had spent longer.

Everthing is perfect. I lost my JBL air phones, I couldn't find but after I return my country MR.Salah Mahdy Rooms Division Manager found it. He offered to ship it to me via DHL. But I asked him to hand it to my friends in Sharm El Sheikh and he didn't hurt me also he left my earphones my friends hotel. It was one of the best holidays I've had in my life, the staff was very friendly. Thank you for everything we will definitely come again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Meraki and wish to particularly commend the quality of the facilities as well as the impeccable cleanliness of both the premises and common areas. Certain members of the staff, such as Mohamed and Ragab at the pool, and Said and Romario at the Munchery, truly stood out for their exceptional service, attentiveness, and availability. Their professionalism greatly contributed to making our stay restful and most pleasant.

However, we would like to mention that the Wi-Fi connection, both around the pool area and in our room, was particularly unstable and slow, which proved somewhat inconvenient at times.

We simply wanted to express how delighted we are with our stay at your hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything has been perfect. The place is stunning, and the staff is exceptionally kind and caring. We feel completely safe and appreciate the impeccable cleanliness of the hotel. A special thank you to the housekeeping staff who takes care of our room with great attention, as well as to the servers, who are always smiling and professional. Their service is outstanding. However, what impresses us the most is the cuisine. Every meal is of remarkable quality, comparable to the best restaurants in France. Congratulations to the chef and his team for their talent and dedication. We have absolutely nothing to complain about. Your hotel and your team are truly exceptional, and we want to congratulate you on your work. Having traveled around the world, we can confidently say that your establishment is among the best we have ever visited. We have already recommended your hotel to our friends and on social media, and we are looking forward to coming back.

Excellent location, perfect team, Clean and comfortable rooms with large balconies facing the sea/ swimming pool. Tasty food and fresh, the chefs are very skilled, I really liked the italian restaurant . All the hotel very clean, all the workers in everywhere in the hotel are very nice, friendly. The beach was very clean and very comfortable…I’m in love 🥰 The workers in reception are very good persons especial Mr. Hosam and Mr.mohammed. Thank you for all, very thanks …you made my vacation so happy. i will be back 👍

We had a fantastic stay at Meraki as a group of five, celebrating two birthdays, which the staff helped make special. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money, and I’d happily return. The evening entertainment had impressive production value, surpassing many other hotels. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from, and the private beach was a great touch. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly. Special thanks to: • Said at the restaurants, who not only corrected a few order mistakes but also anticipated our needs. • Mohammed at Velocity Bar, who always got our drinks right with a smile. • The bartender at the large pool (sorry, I didn’t catch his name), who made fantastic mojitos and was always cheerful.

Cons: • Cold evenings in February – Outdoor seating is available, but blankets would be a great addition. • Chaotic restaurant service – While staff were attentive, food orders were frequently incorrect or missing items. Thankfully, Said was often there to help. • Persistent activity staff – The poolside animation and activity sellers could be overwhelming. We later learned that asking the lifeguard for a red flag prevents disturbances.
