The staff were super friendly, and the food was good.

You need to manage and supervise the pool facities better. I wanted to vomit after seeing person after person coming in to the pool unshowered, wearing full street clothing and children in diapers in hot tubs meant for adults. Also, we witnessed two men who clearly were not patrons of the hotel (as we saw them later using a locker) that wore their underwear (boxers) in the pool which was so unsanitary and disgusting we got out and left.

Breakfast was good. Had eggs Benedict. Dining room not busy because it was in the Fall so no waiting for food. Pool was open. Bed was really comfortable. Great view from balcony overlooking golf course and mountain

Everything. Parking was easy, convenient, and accessible. Staff was incredibly friendly. Location was perfect - close to The Stroll, but far enough away to not hear the evening noise.

The breakfast was buffet style and we had our dog with us so we had to take a plate to go - couldn’t enjoy a second plate of coffee after breakfast at the table

The pool area was dirty even the pool water and hot tube water weren't in the qualities we expected. The hot tubes were a playground for the children for the whole day. We would have appreciated that at least in the later evening hours were no more playing children in the pool area or that the rules were respected.

The location of the Hilton was fantastic. Very easy access to Whistler village and all that is happening there. Minutes to the Gondola. The room was very nice and comfortable, loved how comfortable the bed was.

We did not like the bathroom. More specifically we did not like the shower. It was awkward to get into being that it doubled as a jetted tub and one would get water everywhere when showering. Our tub would not fill up with water as the stopper would leak water into the drain fast enough to not allow it to fill.

The full service pool was amazing. The gym was nice and clean. Staff were friendly. Location was good. There was also a fire pit outside in the courtyard.

The price exceeded my expectations of the room. The room was a bit outdated i.e. the bathtub looks old and needs replacing. There wasn't a kitchenette and the wifi barely worked. Trying to watch TV was challenging as well because there isn't a guide to show you what was playing - you were forced to click through each channel which was annoying for my 10 yr old.

was great to walk out of the building directly into the village. we were there for the Peak to Peak which was walking distance away.

nearly every door from the parking lot to upstairs was very difficult to open due to misalignments. our granddaughter who always goes out of her way to open doors for us could not open them and was upset because of that.

Room was very nice, clean comfortable. Good views from the balcony on a clear day. Good location for accessing the Whistler gondola, unfortunately it was closed due to COVID-19 changes. Having a kitchen in the suite made it easy to cook meals ourselves and save money. Included in kitchen: full-size fridge, sink, dishwasher (with soap), coffee maker, kettle, microwave, stove, plates, cups, forks, spoons, knives, ice cube tray in freezer, one frying pan, two pots, baking glassware -- which was amusing because there is no oven.

Parking is quite expensive compared to other hotels in the area. If you stay on the north side, there is an outdoor pool from a neighbouring hotel that can be quite rowdy and loud. The photos have chairs on the balcony but the balconies are actually very narrow, too small to enjoy sitting out there comfortably. The kitchen stove took FOREVER to heat up, especially with the little, poor quality frying pan. Not included in kitchen: flipper, spatula, tongs, serving spoons, steak knives, corkscrew, cooking oil, salt & pepper. We called front desk for a flipper and steak knives. We received a flipper and butter knives delivered in a kitchen employee's bare hand.

Nice view of the mountains! Facilities and room are great no complaints ! What I like about in our stay on May Long weekend was the Valet people they are so patience and professional to answer all the repetitive announcements questions of the the guest about where to park because It was crazy busy on that weekend due to Victoria day weekend and lots of events going on yet the Valet dudes handle like a champ and you guys know who you are so keep up the great job!

Parking

The staff here is so accommodating, always! There was a glitch with the booking system upon arrival, which created a delay to check in. Gordon at the desk compensated that by waiving our parking fees for the weekend and throwing in complimentary tickets for one of their restaurants. Although it wasn’t necessary it was very much appreciated! This was our third stay at the hotel, and definitely not our last. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Whistler Village. While there are many options for dining in the village, we found the food at the hotel to be really good, and the prices were quite reasonable. Spent most of our days by the pool, it’s a beautiful space to get away for a relaxing weekend any time of year. There are so many room options, they’ve all been great! I can’t say enough good things about this hotel, and their amazing staff, we are looking forward to our next visit!
