The staff was great, and Miguel took care of us above and beyond anything I got from other hotels. Before electing to write a review I happened to glance at others and I don't know where the negative ones are coming from. All of the supplies were kept up, towels plenty, rooms were clean. Breakfast was awesome, not some cheap attempt but a really decent spread. One of our party had a slight issue with their room and when it was brought to the attention of the staff it was addressed immediately, courteously, and handled in a short period of time (which helped with the 2 kids that were with). We get hotels in the area at least once a year for family get togethers, but it's looking like this place is our new go-to spot.

The best part about this stay was the location and the pool area - it's directly across the street from the Mall of America, which suited our needs perfectly, and the pool was more of a mini water park. The kids loved it, which makes everything more enjoyable.

The staff was very professional, but not necessarily personable. However one would expect this in a large hotel that's corporately run. Not as much of a complaint, but a note compared to smaller hotels and motels in the area.

My room faced the pool and that u had your own deck And it was close to a few restaurants walking distances and if you didn't want to eat there you definitely could walk across the street and eat at the mall !! Very decent prices 👌

Its a huge hotel!! Smack right next door to the Big Mall of America !! Sooooo I get why there is soooo many rooms its very deceiving from the outside !! But just didn't like how tricky it was to find my room expectually with having little tikes But id definitely stay again!!

Close location to MOA. Also liked the convenience of the fridge and microwave in the room. Enjoyed the hot breakfast. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable! Shuttle to the mall and back was fantastic! Room rate was very good compared to other hotels in the area.

Wish the breakfast would have been available until 10am during the week, instead of just on weekends. Room seemed chilly and damp.

Great breakfast. Staff worked through a big crowd to clean and stock food. They did a great job!! Check in desk= awesome! Friendly. Funny. Very welcoming.

Only the bar hours. But that’s not their fault. We’re used to late nights. And the walls seemed somewhat thin. And our toilet was low and super loud when flushed. We could here our insane toilet flush down the hall!!

The only negative to my experience, was that the young woman working the front desk in the evening neglected to write me down for the next days 4am shuttle to airport and also neglected to give me requested 3:30 am wake up call. This could have had awful consequences for me if my cell phone alarm had not worked or I had slept through it . Thank goodness I got out to the lobby plenty early and there was room on the shuttle for me. She obviously needs more training. Deb apologized for her.

Breakfast has a variety of selection The pool was a lot larger than expected and very suitable for children. The room accommodated our five people with still a lot of space left over. When we return for another visit to Minnesota, we definitely will return to this place. There was also a place for us to gather as a family (two families reservations) to eat dinner around the pool area.

The location was perfect for what we were doing. The rooms are nice and comfortable. Swimming early afternoon was the perfect time.

The pool was cold! They had wrist bands for the pool area. Seemed only certain people had to wear them and other people didn't have to. We stayed on Thurs-Sun and Saturday Night the pool was way over crowded.

The breakfast was great, lots of variety..we utilized the free shuttle to and from the airport, both of these saved us money.

The room was not clean- the beds were clean and the bathroom had been cleaned, but it's obvious that they have been cutting corners for some time. There was food and layers of fingerprints and handprints on the walls and around doors and switches.

We liked that they took us to the train and picked us up.

I found a long black hair in the shower. It wasn't mine because I have short blonde hair. And they didn't tell us where at the Mall of America we had to go to get picked up. The carpet needs updated. There were several areas where the carpet was loose and BIG ripples in it.
