The hotel is beautiful, the garden is amazing, large rooms and comfy bed. The beach is nice with a beautiful coral reef and thousands fishes All the staff is very attentive and polite despite not all of them speak English

I stayed for 5 days and the funicular was not working. We had some issue at the check out and after a detailed check we found that some expenses were charged for 2 times. The breakfast was quite ok but not as you could expect from a 5 stars hotel, specially Four Seasons.

The breakfast was really nice. But the new restaurant Bullona was amazing. It was like you are not in Egypt. The service was really good and cannot be compared to any other restaurants in the resort. Also the food was amazing and the vibe was really nice. Only restaurant in Egypt that had actually good food and you felt like you are having dinner in some fine dine restaurant in Europe! Very good job. The beach area was nice and we really like the newer part of the resort!

Unfortunately some part of the beach areas are not working. It would be great if they add some food/snacks also to the beach bars!

Resort is beautiful and well kept. Staff is beyond attentive and friendly. Every request or question we had was answered quickly and kindly. Food was excellent

Although the caretakers at the kids club were wonderful (namely Heba and Inas) , the variety of activities was very limited and our kids got bored quickly. More sports and outdoor activities would have made this experience much much better. Also, an afternoon snack at the kids club (some fruits) would have need highly appreciated.

The staff is very friendly and everything is very clean. Absolutely top to relax and just do nothing for a few days. Very nice house reef and cozy opportunities to relax. The day ends well with a delicious meal.

Unfortunately, on several days around our room was done road works, as well as on the beach two houses were renovated, so that we had almost daily construction noise. On our complaint was indeed reacted fast and the work stopped/minimized, but unfortunately this took place again the other days. This is absolutely unacceptable for us in such a price segment. For the last three nights we were offered another room, but this was directly by the pool, which we then refused. The furniture in the rooms is well kept, but old. Important, should you book All-Incl. (we have booked fortunately without): A restaurant is excluded from it, as well as with some restaurants must be paid depending upon menu still an addition!

The property and grounds are just stunning with uninterrupted ocean views. The property is kept immaculate. The older rooms are a little dated but they have aged well and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. You couldn’t ask for more with the facilities and the resort has a lovely family feeling. Breakfast is great with table service and a buffet, with gorgeous views & setting. The staff are incredible, so friendly and can’t do enough to help. Also the house keeping were fantastic, we were travelling with a baby and they went above and beyond to help with supplies and amenities like a steriliser and welcome kit with bath bits, wipes, nappies etc, very nice touch!

Not a lot to be honest, we had a wonderful stay, but it was a little disappointing some of the bars and restaurants weren’t open, not sure if that was due to it not being as busy or time of year? Also it’s to be expected but prices are very high for Egypt.

1. Friendly staff specially Mary & Dina. Amjed & Ahmed from concierge. Also buggy drivers were nice. 2. Premium king sea view was nice sea view with sunrise from behind the Sanafeer Strain. Lovely view !! 3. Diving center (Sinai Blue) was very fun with so many activities and friendly staff: Firas, Nick, Hanah and diver Omar & Francisca and all the helping staff. Even though it is a bit pricey but the diving experience was exceptional amazing corals. Ras Nasira RIB dive was more interesting than House Reef dive. 4. It was my birthday and the birthday cake surprise sent to my room was very pleasant and warm. Thank you from my heart. 5. Reef Grill restraunt : was delicious high quality food, excellent staff, and amazing sea view. Also, they celebrated my birthday with a complementary cake which was very kind of them. 6. The Premium King Sea View experience was much nicer than the private pool experience (since no pool privacy and the pool needed engineering for lights and heater) 6. Breakfast was very nice and near the pond at (Zaitona).

The deluxe rooms are very old and not luxurious. We transferred to premium room: We booked for deluxe sea view, which turned out to be below expectation: old room & facility. Sea view was only partial sea view. We called rhe reception and they sent us a buggy to inroduce us to other room options also show us the expansion. The Premium King Sea View room in the new expansion area was full sea view and new buildings with smart facilities and more luxury. Even though premium sea view was cheaper than deluxe sea room in booking.com the receptionist told us it should be extra charges, then the receptionist called her manager and took approve to upgrade us for free. (Even though it should had been cheaper if booked from booking.com)

The resort is very impressive, and everyone are doing their best the make you feel comfortable and pleased. The staff are very professional and kind, with great English skills. The food was amazing, mainly in the Lebanese and Asian restaurants, but also in all the other restaurants, including breakfast. The room was huge, equipped with all the possible devices and necessities for a long stay, even for families. The housekeeping team keeps it extra clean. The resort itself is huge and in August, during most of the day it's quite hot to travel around. But it's not much of a problem because many employees operate electric golf cars and they are happy to give you a ride anywhere. There are many pools there, all of them are clean, modern and pleasant. The garden that surrounds the entire area is one of the highlights there. You feel inside a green oasis. Although I don't like Versailles style gardening, the rich green variety is an eye candy, mainly the impressive big palm trees. The diving center is probably the best I've ever been to. Although it is more expensive than I expected, it is highly professional, and they simply take care of everything. They have ultra fast speed boats that take you anywhere around in short time and in a very comfortable manner. They staff that operate it are highly professional and friendly. Thanks to them, I felt secured and happy diving with my kids there, and thanks to an amazing diving guide called Arm (which is also a very funny person to spend time with). I hope I'll have the opportunity to visit and dive there again in the future.

It was more expensive than I expected, but I guess that's how it goes in such high-end resorts. The interior design there is not exactly my style, yet it was nice to experience other kind of hotels than what I usually book for in our family vacations. Most of the government personnel who operate the Sharm El Sheikh airport where very unpleasant (to say the least). Except my money, I felt completely unwanted. Due to this reason, I'm not sure I'd visit Egypt again in the near future. It's said, because it has a lot of potential, and the local people I meet in the hotel were very kind, sophisticated and friendly.

The whole staff mainly in the restaurant Reef is absolutely amazing; the view is splendid and unique, the security level is very high. the best in the hotel is the hosts and waiters in the restaurant. Globally, very, very good hotel

In the swimming pool, people block most of the seats in the morning with a towel so that you cannot find any place to seat(officially, it's removed after 90 mn but was not). The menu at the breakfast is the same every morning and some products like waffles are very dry. For the room, we got a room with a sofa only after a verylong request (in the lobby not everybody is nice). Getting a car to go from your room takes time. they don't have enough for a big hotel.

The scenery is breath taking and walking in the resort anywhere you cannot find a flaw. Service is above excellent. You feel everyone is happy and proud to be working there, and this reflects in the way the take care of the guests. Breakfast and free fresh juice of whatever you chose to have was very cool. Challet was not disappointing sea was beautiful overall experience is worth the large amount of money paid.

We didn’t like the moment leaving the hotel as we wanted to continue forever :). As I said everything was flawless.

The staff is amazing, excellent breakfast, the apartment with three rooms is very comfortable for families. The staff helps with anything needed even in non-trivial cases Excellent and clean pools. This hotel is perfect, we will definitely go back there again.

The only thing that was problematic was the food. The price of a meal for 3 people in one of the hotel's restaurants is around 120-150 dollars The food is at a very low level compared to its price. I would expect from a hotel of this level to have no less than excellent food, especially at the prices they demand for each dish.
