The hotel staff was wonderful from the moment we arrived. They made sure we had everything we needed and even asked us how our stay was going when passing in the lobby. The rooms were clean and mounted in the bathroom was soaps, shampoo, conditioner and lotion with a wonderfully fresh scent. The pool a great temperature and fresh towels were always available.

I didn’t like the parking valet was $35 a day. I ended up not renting a car and ubering everywhere because that was cheaper then renting a car any paying the fee for the valet parking.

The location was really great and a walking distance to the Brickell shopping centre and restaurants. It was also a short ride to downtown. Staff were incredibly helpful, respectful, cheerful and reactive. They did great and made us feel so welcome over the 5 nights we were there.

Breakfast was a let down. I can't believe that a hotel of this calibre served substandard breakfast. No eggs on some days and on the days they served egg it wasn't the real deal so I didn't touch it a second time. But thank you for providing free coffee and tea throughout the day and night - very thoughtful indeed.

I loved everything about the property. The room was beautiful and spacious, with comfy beds and super clean. The hotel itself has the cutest, brightest vibe with all sorts of amenities to make your stay comfortable and fun. All of the staff were very friendly, especially the woman who checked us in (I wish I could remember her name). Location is a short Uber ride from all of the things (probably walkable but it was hot) but just removed enough that we felt safe and the area was nice and quiet for sleeping. Breakfast was great with lots of options, even for my youngest who has food allergies. Great spots for congregating and playing games. Would absolutely stay here again.

This isn’t so much a “didn’t like” but just something to mention. The shampoo, soap, conditioner and lotion were in these bottles that you had to squeeze for it to come out. Everything smelled fantastic, worked well and I love that they don’t use single-use bottles but, they are hard to squeeze for anybody with issue with their hands, like me. Other than that, the shower was set up nicely for anyone with mobility issues.

Our room was clean ,beds were comfortable ,lobby was nice and inviting, my daughter enjoyed sitting in the egg chairs and the continental breakfast was very convenient .

Upon my arrival during check-in, I felt that I wasn't greeted in the same welcoming way as the couple before me, they were asked what bought them to Miami, would they like a few waters before heading up a friendly Smile ,things to do while in town ect... Since i wasn't offered a water I asked and was told ,I could only have two and if I want more, I needed to purchase them,as if she was expecting me to keep asking for more,very embarrassing,

I liked the location, the view from my room, the bed was comfortable and the wide screen TV was also quite nice. The bathroom and the room were tidy and clean as well. The staff was really nice and smiley, helpful and gave me all the information I needed for my stay. Shout out to Fivea (I'm spelling her name wrong, sorry about that), we talked about movies for a moment and I really appreciate bonding with her ! Thanks a bunch !!

I love whenever I stay at hotels that require a room key to get on the elevator. This was one of those hotels. You need a room key in order to go up in the elevator. Once you get checked in, they give everyone in your room bottled waters. I really appreciate that because after a long day of traveling, I was extremely thirsty and did not want to buy anything from the airport. Lastly, I like that when I walked into my room, it had (Welcome and my name on the TV). It felt very welcoming.

I did not like that I was able to hear the people next door to me so clearly. The walls are very thin, so there is zero to no privacy. I could hear their conversation very well. Also, they don't have a closet or place to hang anything up. Overall, it was not a bad stay. I would stay here again.

Location close to restaurants. 15 min walk to metrorail. Supermarket is close to the hotel.bus station is next to the building. Staff is very helpful

You should definetely put toilet brush to the bathroom. Your toilets does not clean themselves! When we ask for it staff says we send someone to clean it but it is not necessary and that kind of a problem might occur middle of the night. It is a problem when you stay with group. I think a toilet brush does not cost you much.

The room was clean and appeared to be new. The pool area was lovely. The hallways were clean and the house keeping staff friendly. There was s good variety of food options at breakfast.

The pancake machine kept breaking down. I watched an employee clean the counter tops with a rag and then use the same rag to wipe the inside of the pancake machine. That was gross!!

The menu for breakfast was very plain with little variation, The dining area was far too small and getting a table was difficult, The self service breakfast area was too small and lines formed quickly. The price was very expensive for the service provided
