Location was great, easy to get around on foot or by a shuttle bus. Good shuttle bus service. The staff at the hotel are really lovely and helpful and let us check-in early. The cleaner is also very good, and cleaned our room beautifully.

There is very little storage for ski clothes to dry. Shower seemed to be blocked a bit as the water didn’t drain quick enough. Not enough storage in the bathroom for toiletries. The sink is super small, and tap was not fitted properly, moving around. Only one chair to sit at the table. Very thin walls, people walking around with their ski boots on, very loud, and doors in the hallway were slammed a lot.

The location was excellent! The main streets with restaurants, ski rentals etc were just around the corner. We had probably also had the best room of the hotel (on the third floor), with a nice little balcony (perfect for the smelly ski boots) facing towards the mountains. Really nice and helpful staff.

The room was quite small and if we had had more baggage with us it would have been quite cramped (we had not even the smallest room and had just carry on luggage with us). The sound isolation between our room and the corridor was not that good and we woke up a couple of times when our neighbours left for airport early. No vegan options for breakfast (we solved this by using our balcony as a mini fridge).

The hotel is located in the city centre. The restaurants, attractions and supermarket are next door. The room was bright , clean throughout and the staff was great . The room and bathroom are quite compact but ok for us. The staff would always smile and help out when needed . The communication with them was great from the moment I booked it until check out. Overall we loved it .

There are definitely better breakfast options outside the hotel for £15. Although we stayed during Christmas it felt a bit dead without any atmosphere, not even Christmas music in the lounge/ main area. There is no wardrobe in the room but hangers across the wall. There is a shampoo for hair and body ( would recommend ladies to bring conditioner with them ). It would have been nice for someone to give us a new set of fresh towels and empty our bin once during the 4 nights there . This is just feedback and not reasons to not return as we enjoyed our stay .

The bed is cozy and the staff is really nice and helpful. The location is just at the center of Chamonix town. A superU supermarket is nearby.

We were a group of 3 and booked an attic room for one night. The room was very very small and would be hard for packing if you bring a suitcase. There’s no fridge or table in the room either; so it will be inconvenient if you want to refrigerate something. The cleanliness is still a little bit questionable. We noticed some hair on the towel and the sheet when checking in.

The location was perfect! Right in town and close to lots of cheap yummy places to eat, and a grocery store. The staff were very friendly and very accommodating. There was a mix up with some of my belongings getting accidentally thrown away by the cleaners, but they were very nice and helped me figure it out!

The room was very small with pretty much just a big bed. You can store your bags underneath the bed easily which was nice but a little tricky.

Beautiful and relaxing environment for breakfast, nice music. The location of the hotel is excellent as well as the system for keeping ski boots and skis. Service was extremely friendly, thank you:), the atmosphere was nice and cozy. The interior is very well planned with many details. The hotel is personal, fresh and clean.

Less salt in the omelette would be nice. A suggestion for busy mornings (which we used to have as skiers): A possibility for fast breakfast from your bar counter, incl. for example tea/coffee, fresh orange juice, croissant/quiche. May be that was possible, but we did not notice that possibility and did not ask for it.

Great location, in the middle of the town, and really close to the main bus stops that head out to the slopes. The bedroom I stayed was comfortable, and well equipped, although it was on the smaller side. The hotel is great for groups skiing, it has a space dedicated for storage and changing into your boots. The hotel was all remodeled as well, and we appreciate the fun decor. The staff was very kind, and allowed us to hang out in the restaurant/lobby while wishing for everyone to get ready. Overall good value for money

The bedrooms were small, as was the bathroom - the sink was particularly small to the point where washing your face made a splash. Some friends had even smaller bedrooms, making hard to open luggage, etc. No big deal, since we were aware of it by other reviews. Only important point to note is that we requested the beds to be separate for the single people in the group, and although they agreed, when we arrived the beds were not separate. Note that they can't separate them due to limited space, however that was not made clear prior to arriving. If you are sharing the bedroom with a friend, make sure you are comfortable sharing the same bed.

This is a very nice hotel that had a lot of personality! We loved the decor and the bar/cafe downstairs. We had breakfast here one morning, and it was very good. The staff were very helpful, even recommending hikes when we realized the ones we intended to do were likely still snowy. Overall, great experience- I would totally stay here again!

I didn't mind but in case you have any walking issues: building has no lift. Room was pretty claustrophobic with window facing walls of other buildings No closet, drawers, chairs etc to put your stuff - you can use plastic containers stored under the bed. They do the job, but not very comfortable

The location is perfect!!! Within walking distance of the train and bus stations and in the city centre. Our room had stunning views of the mountains and even though it was small, the space was utilised well, with useful storage shelves and hooks along the walls to hang backpacks, towels etc

The sink in the room was quite small so we would easily mess water onto the floor
