The hotel has stylish facilities, the best chalet-style hotel in Chamonix with great people visiting it. The rooms were clean and the spa was absolutely amazing - won't ever forget swimming with a stunning view on Mont Blanc.

The staff was sometimes rude (typical french style) at the reception and the restaurants. for example, if you are not dressed to impress they consider you poor (I understand french and heard the ladies whispering about us) and reject entrance to the restaurant. lol what century do we live in... but the guys at the rental were lovely and fun! Also, we were asked to walk to the ski lift as transfer guy was 'off duties' on both days we skied. It's a long and tricky hike up if there is no snow on the small lift, so bare in mind that you might need a taxi if you can't walk the steep hill up.

Very stylish hotel, located near Chamonix’s main boardwalk. The view from the fitness center (pool) is breath taking.

Toilet was separated from the bathroom (for me this is strange)

First, Chamonix is expensive.... so don't expect a bargain. The hotel was expensive but not more or less than others in the town. The family suite was a good size and we didn't feel cramped for a week. The hotel pool and gym were both well good and high quality. The concierge information lady was great and really helped us with planning our hiking. Breakfast was varied and good quality.

No mini fridge in the room which we thought was a little odd given it was a family suite. The hotel has a bar and entertainment and on one night it was quite noisy. But this was also because we had the windows open (summer) so the noise travelled quite a bit.

Beautiful hotel, with great views and an amazing location, right in the centre of chamonix, had an easy check in and a spacious room. Parking was super easy and came at a price of 21 euro per night which i think is worth the price due to lack of parking close to the hotel or in chamonix in general :)

The rooms were cool & airy if you left the window open, however it did get noisy since our room faced the main entrance of the hotel, people leaving the lounge/bar stayed chatting loudly till very late which unfortunately prevented me from sleeping well. When closing the window it was quite stuffy & warm. HOWEVER, i still do recommend the hotel, just keep it in mind and maybe ask for a better placed room :)

Loved everything about the hotel ❤️ amazing

The ski rental staff they will scam you every time you try to pay for the rentals, once you disagree with the price at the end of the day , they do your 50 or 70 percent off. Each day with a different price , the first day I rented for my family of 4 and I paid 75 euro , the second day it was only me and 1 child and they asked me to pay 140 euro claiming I had a better equipment and it was the same as the day before when I bargain for 1 h they said they made a mistake and it’s only 37 euros , it happened with all the group I was traveling with maybe 5 different families same issue . Take care

Hotel is huge, and very nice decorated. Breakfast is ridiculous, you could spend 4 hours eating. Worth every penny. Rooms were big, toilet and shower kinda small but it was fine. The hotel bar is really cool for a glass of wine at night. We stayed in between seasons, so can't say much about crowds or ski activities.

As we were in between seasons, and a lot of the restaurants in Chamonix were closed, we decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant one night. When we arrived, they told us both the bar and the restauran were reserved for a private event. They could have notified the guests beforehand, so that was a little upsetting.

We loved the Hotel accommodations. The entertainment was fun! The bar staff exceptional. Melissa at the front desk was very helpful.

We booked a standard room. The room was like a frat room, it smelled of body odor and dirty feet. The smell of smoke entered our room. The shower and the toilet were not working. We complained and the moved us to another room for a few days, at an additional cost! I believe that we should not have been charged an additional cost because the room was in disrepair.

Nice breakfast in general with a lot of fresh options. However, the ”warm” savoury dishes were often on the cold side. The pool area is a nice addition.

There is loud construction during daytime. The hotel ”wished for understanding” for it so that the new terrace could be enjoyed during the summer. However, I stayed in the hotel during summer and it didn’t look like the work would be finished anytime soon. Its good to note that there is no AC and hence one needs to keep windows open (additional noise from outside). The rooms are cleaned very late in the afternoon when people are already back from outdoor activities. (We used the ”please arrange the room” tag when leaving the hotel in the morning so that the room was cleaned before we came back)

The main street was 5mins walk away. Most of the guests were friends and families, which made the atmosphere warm, friendly and safe. There were ample space for guest to chill and hangout. Overall an excellent stay.

Was very skeptical before I arrived. Hackers managed to access the hotel's chat on booking.com, and requested for credit card details. I wasnt careful and gave away my details before realising that it was a scam. Had to immediately cancel my credit card etc., and was worried whether my booking was even confirmed. Managed to sort it all out before my arrival, but the experience made the whole booking a lot more stressful than it should be.
