Hotel is huge, and very nice decorated. Breakfast is ridiculous, you could spend 4 hours eating. Worth every penny. Rooms were big, toilet and shower kinda small but it was fine. The hotel bar is really cool for a glass of wine at night. We stayed in between seasons, so can't say much about crowds or ski activities.

As we were in between seasons, and a lot of the restaurants in Chamonix were closed, we decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant one night. When we arrived, they told us both the bar and the restauran were reserved for a private event. They could have notified the guests beforehand, so that was a little upsetting.

probably the best ski hotel on the planet!! we had a great time. rooms great, location great, apres can be as gentle or as mental as you want it to be.

some of the concierge staff weren’t as helpful as I previous stays!! but please don’t let this out anyone off as all the other staff were amazing!!

Hotel and staff were great. We requested a room with a mountain view, and that’s exactly what we got. The bed was extremely comfy and the room was perfect for what we needed. We had some drinks at the hotel bar, which were delicious and the staff working at the bar were extremely friendly. The location of the hotel was great and everything was within walking distance. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the bus station, which might be a bit of a challenge if you have a lot of bags. Would definitely stay here again.

The day we arrived was the last day the pool and hot tub were open before renovations so we weren’t able to enjoy the facilities, which was part of the reason we booked the hotel in the first place. A bit disappointing, but we were able to enjoy the rest of the hotel facilities.

The property was as expected and the location was ideal - a quick walk and you were in the middle of the main square. The design and interior of the hotel is lovely and the outdoor verandah is perfect for an evening drink while taking in the awesome views of the mountains surrounding you. During our stay, there were special events every evening and a perfect place for family with children. The breakfast spread was great, and as everywhere you need to get the perfect time slot to get a good table and miss the crowds. Although slightly on the expensive side, the hotel ticked all the boxes and was worth the money spent. Thank You.

Everything was good. Also, as all over Europe, the weather pattern is changing and hence recommend to ask for a fan when visiting during the summer months, which was provided quickly.

Great location, lovely decor modern rooms and good food. Staff very helpful and tried to assist with any issues. I would definitely return if certain personal requests were accommodated ie quieter room . All the activities we wanted to do were within easy walking distance as was the town itself.

The bathroom is glass partitioned within the bedroom albeit a curtain to draw for some privacy however makes it all feel a little cramped and messy, no hairdryer in my room however staff tried to help and they did say some were on order and took one from another room but didn’t really work. Our mattress was broken and completely dipped on one side didn’t sleep first night but changed rooms next day. As there is no air conditioning for summer months you need window open all night and as mentioned before a lively hotel with daily entertainment so fairly noisy from late afternoon onwards till late night best to request the quieter side of hotel.

Beautiful quirky hotel. Great location.

For an expensive hotel I was surprised that there was no air conditioning in the room. There was no extraction fan in the bathroom or toilet. You were unable to lock your room door from the inside to stop cleaners entering before you got to the door. No bedside cabinet on one side of the bed. Not much space to place things i.e. Toiletries etc. Lock on toilet in the swimming pool area was non existant so you were unable to use the toilet unless you took someone with you to guard the door. For a very nice, beautiful hotel the bedrooms did not match the public spaces which was disappointing.

Great experience! The staff are very attentive and kind. The hotel is about 2 blocks away from the center and it's great because it's spacious, with many indoor activities, more than one bar/restaurant option. The dance/singing shows during meals are a charm apart, great fun! The hotel is well maintained and very beautiful. I loved the key in the form of a bracelet, modern, practical and fun.

The sauna and pool are very nice (the pool is a little cold, even though it is heated) but they are only open until 8pm. In the summer they could extend the opening hour a little more so that we could arrive from the tours and enjoy a little bit.

The hotel is great, especially the staff! We got lots of help with our extraluggages, bus options etc. We actually came to stay for second night after our hike since we had a change of plans during the vacation. Pool area and the breakfast were just a big bonus for us ☺️ Also the hotel is really close to the stores and restaurants, so perfect for a short stay at Chamonix.

The room is more small 4 person dorm with bunkbed kind of solution. For us it was perfect since we where only there for one night and didn't really have time to unpack etc. Otherwise it's a really small room for four people. Also the shower & toilet could use a little upgrade.

we got this hotel as a birthday treat for my husbands twin daughters. they had just finished the TMB and were deserving some luxury and the hotel delivered. all the parts of the downstairs were different and quirky , every corner made me stare and admire the way the interior designer had succeeded. staff let us leave a bottle and offered us a water and could not do enough when we called with enquiries. the girls thoroughly enjoyed breakfast and were pleased they had two nights to enjoy the breakfast menu as it was vast and tasty.

I would recommend that some notice should be given re weddings as there was a noisy on and the girls were shattered. they didn’t complain but mentioned it went on until 2.30am. they herd people leave and go to rooms.
