The room was lovely - I loved the style of the furnishings. Amazing shower and a very comfortable bed! The lobby area had plenty of space for work and just chilling. It also included a bar with a good selection of drinks. There is a rooftop terrace where one can enjoy their drink and the starry sky. The staff was very friendly. Wifi was very reliable and fast. The hotel is 10mins walk from the central train station. There is access to free coffee from a an espresso machine and a variety of teas from 23:30 to 11:30.

We were in deep sleep after rave when received an email about checkout time at 11am, so we were shocked when woke up bc you have mentioned 12:00 on Booking. No way we would make it to 11am after that night :D

the netflix/casting on the tv was not set up, rooms didn’t have mini fridges or microwave, thermostat didn’t work or was hard to use, part of the shower holding got very hot while using hot water. personally was not a fan of the gnome/statues on the ceiling

Great hotel! Friendly staff, pleasant rooms (very clean!). Everything you need is there. If you keep the window closed, you don't hear a thing from the street, so that's great. The AC was working during our stay. Location is fine as well, only a 10 minute bike or electric step ride away from the city centre. There is also a bus that stops near the hotel that goes to the centre.

The breakfast. Although we appreciate the idea of a less wasteful breakfast buffet, this was not worth the €14 pp. The breads were nice, but there was not enough variation throughout the week, and you could not choose between brown or white breads. The boiled eggs were cold, and apart from a tiny jar of (soy) yoghurt with some muesli, there was not really anything else to choose from. If we could choose again, we would go to the supermarket around the corner to buy some breads there and enjoy the free coffee and tea in the hotel from 23:30-11:30.

This was the perfect location for me to get to the conference I was attending, but also be within grasp of the beautiful city. I could take nice walks or easily take the Ubahn from the nearby station, which was well connected. The room was perfect. Clean, sound proofed, great shower, massive bed. I loved that there was free water and hot beverages in the lobby, and the lobby felt like a great place to chill out even when I came back late at night.

Only downside is that I was facing the street, when I thought I had booked a garden facing room. I could have brought this up with reception, but I got in late so I didn't. It was fine anyway 🤷🏽‍♀️

I loved the bed and the pillows...it was so comfortable I had to force myself out of it! Just the comfort you need if you have a busy schedule in Berlin for a few days. The bathroom was great too...stocked with toiletries, plenty of toilet paper, excellent towels and the shower was amazing! A rainfall shower head and a traditional shower head with great water pressure and temperature control. Didn't leak anywhere, unlike many hotel showers! Plenty of storage space in the room and a hanging wardrobe area. The room was also very quiet (courtyard view room) unless windows were opened, but very peaceful. The air conditioning worked perfectly. There were lots of spaces around the hotel to relax - outside space with children's play area, inside spaces and a roof terrace. And of course the gnome...which terrified the life out of me when I first spotted it! Was it a CCTV camera?

The mirror! I'm not a mirror fan, so for others their may not be an issue, but the room had a huge oversized mirror. I completely get the idea of reflecting light back into small spaces etc, but I really didn't like it! The hotel was quite impersonal. I appreciate the Check-in/out screens were efficient, but I did not speak with a single member of staff throughout my stay. On check in, there is no information about the breakfast boxes or even the WiFi password ( which I found by googling myself).

Really nice room! A little walk from the central station, but the bus is right outside - which made it really easy! The staff was very nice, told us they serve free and coffee and tea from 11:30pm to 11:30am because of the fact that many of their guests are international business travelers, who needs coffee when doing meetings late in the evenings, which makes sense!

They said that we’d have chromecaster, but it didn’t work - when told them it didn’t work the staff member shrugged his shoulders and said “it might work later” (?). It didn’t work throughout our whole stay, it would have been a nice way to relax at the end of your day.

The whole experience of staying at the UrbanLoft was excellent. I was impressed by the friendly and approachable reception team. From the moment of checking in the hotel, I was treated with respect and kindness. They staff are always willing to speak with you, make you feel welcome and provide time to cater for your needs. I’ll definitely me returning to stay in UrbanLoft the next time I visit Berlin.

The continental breakfast was very nice but I believe there should be a selection of options for examples yoghurt and granola or bread which I can toast and spread marmalade or jam. Other hotels I’ve stayed in have a selection of cereal options.

The rooftop terrace and overall design was lovely, free coffee in the morning. Good location in a walking distance from central station. Great communal spaces and there’s a bar/ food area on the ground floor. Could do an early check in. Room was clean and overall comfortable

The internet was not working on smart tv, bed was making a noise when moving around, the person in reception made me uncomfortable which further affected my whole stay. Would I stay again- no, but that’s simply because I have high standards

The vibe of the hotel was dope, really cool ambiance and well-made drinks at the bar. Rooftop terrace was a nice touch. The location was good, but only limited services around (good grocery store next door +). Breakfast was pretty good, a bit pricey. Good vegan options.

We had a lot of problems with the air conditioning (the whole hotel had problems). The staff were nice, but I would've liked to have been offered some sort of compensation for the hotness.
