So close to the airport, and the staff were fantastic. The women who staff the kitchen are the same women who ensure the place is spotlessly clean from top to bottom, always friendly and smiling. We all muddled our way through the language barrier - very warm staff. We found little nooks and crannies for enjoying a coffee or book around this deceptively multi-room hotel. It is much larger on the inside than it appears from the street.

At first glance, I was not sure what to think. Vast difference from Cayalá. By nightfall (5:30pm), the hotel and dining room were filling up, and it reminded me of The Marigold Hotel. Lots of friendly exchange amongst the guests.

the hotel staff was responsive to all of my written inquiries; the hotel allowed me to leave my bags there until check-in; the kitchen staff was very friendly and the breakfast was excellent; the room was very comfortable; the location was perfect for easy access to the airport and the hotel arranged for my transportation to get there.

Maybe the hotel could be more proactive in letting guests know that in addition to serving breakfast in the morning, there are other meal options that the kitchen can prepare for its guests at other times during the day. I discovered this when I asked the guy at the front desk if he knew of any food delivery services to the hotel. I was happy to find out that I had the option of ordering something from the hotel kitchen.

Staff is really nice, friendly and welcoming, but they don't speak much English. I was ok - it really was, but it doesn't live up to the pictures. Overall satisfied with my stay. I had i nice night after 20 hours on an airplane, and before going to Antigua.

It’s just 3 blocks from the airport, huge rooms, clean and quiet. very fair price.Staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice gardens and resting areas. Breakfast was included and generous. Everything was great!

Nothing in particular. It’s an old house that has been modernized. It can have problems like water pressure or smells when you start the shower but nothing major.

Great location 5 min walk from the airport. It’s a very bare bones place but we only stayed a night before flying out. Room was clean and comfortable and the bathroom had a big shower which was nice. We also had some reeeallly tasty pancakes for breakfast.

Not necessarily a complaint but be aware that there’s supposedly another hostel with the same name that comes up on Google maps as In & Out Hostel. What you want is In&Out Hostel with no spaces!!! We almost ended up somewhere a few minutes drive away.

I like everything, perhaps a little recommendation from my end is that the instalation should be adjust to people with special needs ( wheels hair). For example to get access to the cafeteria (place where breakfast is served) and access to the beautiful garden that you have.. Internet connection in the room could also be improved.

I liked that I was allowed to have a virtual meeting on their premises even after checkout at 11.

That I was unaware they had a restaurant that offers lunch and dinner. The booking only mentions breakfast, and the staff failed to inform me that they offered other meals.

the property is very close to the airport and we can just walk to there directly, it is very convenient. The breakfast was warm and made instantly according to each one's request, we all very much liked the food. The property hosts are genuine and great helpful, they allowed us to store our luggage in the property for two days during our short trip to Tikal.

I loved that they had a room with 3 twin beds! Perfect for a group of 3 to have your own bed! We came in late, we were immediately greeted and the place was very nice inside. The location was right near the airport, and they arranged an early airport shuttle for us the next day!

Nothing really, I guess it was a little farther from restaurants, but it was ok because we were tired anyways and we were able to Uber Eats super easily anyways so it worked out perfectly!

Clean, bright communal area, nice little garden out the windows. Blinds were thick and dark at night. Exceptionally clean bathrooms, rooms, and communal spaces. Good comfortable place to prep for a flight out or in. 10 minute walk to airport for me as I was traveling light.
