If you’re looking for something close distance to walking into town, definitely a great spot. Beds are comfortable and clean.

I might have missed it in the booking but the breakfast wasn’t included in the price. We had to pay extra for each day, for each person which I found odd since it was a bed and breakfast. We only paid for one day since we could eat anywhere. Our room had a private bathroom (room 7) and the door wouldn’t stay open if you wanted it to, even with the stopper provided. Hopefully they are fixing that.

Great location, really friendly and helpful staff on arrival and in the dining room, our room was large and well equipped, the house was large and beautiful with tea and coffee available all day in the entry, a beautiful living room available to relax in as well. The breakfast was great - both hot and cold menu and cooked to order, fresh and really nice. The location is perfect on the edge of town close to all the restaurants and pubs, but quiet and onsite parking available. It was an exceptional stay!

The location was great, we could walk downtown easily. We had 6 of us and we had rooms next door to each other in a little hall with an additional door which was great. We met a couple staff members that were very helpful.

The breakfast was ok, we didn’t live it. We did better going downtown to get food in the morning. We had an issue with one of the showers draining but thankfully we had another room and could use that shower. They did fix the shower the day we left ( we were only there 2 days).

I liked everything, we arrived earlier and there was no problem to leave our bags and the car at the property, it was extremely helpful 😊 The staff was very kind and helpful, the location was perfect, just 5 minutes walk to the town center and on the road going to the Mucrose gardens. The sockets in the room were at the beds' side, great powerful clean shower, nice quiet area, delicious breakfast, tea and coffee available 24h, everything was perfect, we will definitely come back 😊

The B&B is extremely clean and beautiful. We had an unfortunate accident in our trip and reached very late to Killarney, but the hosts were accomodating and let us do a late check in. Rooms were neat clean and smelled good. We were lent a fan by Andrew as we found it hot inside that day. Location is right in town centre, close to the bus station, hoho redbus pick up spot and a bike renting place is also close by. Breakfast was decent.

There was some confusion with whether the tap water is fit to drink or not. Wish we were informed beforehand if it was not fit to drink.

It's a very well-planned set-up - conjoined with a neighboring house that is also a BnB -- they share a common kitchen and dining area. Several rooms and a professional staff make this seem more hotel-ish than some of our other BnB stays. It's a nice walk to the center of town and some fun pubs for food and music. The breakfast was quite good, with several choices - it's sit-down service, but there's self-serve food available as well.

Nothing not to like here. Pleasant, reasonable, good location, decent food, nice staff, good parking - what's not to like?

Perfect accommodation to explore Killarney. Stayed there for two nights. Rooms were comfortable and decent in size. About a 5 minute walk to the main city center which has amazing restaurants and bars, which was perfect as it was close enough to walk, but far enough to ensure it's quiet. It is about a 15 minute drive to Muckross house. We had a car, so it was convenient to explore Killarney national park and drive around through the gap of Dunloe. The breakfast was great as well, with decent options for a bread and breakfast.

Very clean and large room. Big windows! Very comfortable beds. Location was absolutely perfect, short walk to everything you need. Staff was so kind and welcoming. Adorable little home away from home. Waking up to the smell of fresh coffee was divine!

Uncomfortable pillows. You can hear the other guests quite well, it didn’t bother us except one night a few guests were up drinking until 3am. I would still 110% stay again though! Maybe bring earplugs just in case.

Very accommodating and nice, provided an electric heater for the room when it was a bit chilly for us. Nice space and couldn't hear any other guests or street sounds. Easy walk into town.

It wasn't an issue for us, but just to note for others: there is a staircase you may need to carry your luggage up. Also the shower is a corner door style, so the entry is rather narrow.
