We had a wonderful stay at The Scott’s Hotel. Everything from onsite included parking to easy walking into town made this a great location. The staff were flexible in getting us into the dining room for dinner early even though they had a large group coming later that evening. The rooms were spacious & comfortable.

The car park was a little small and hard to park in. Could do with only being used for if your staying in the hotel

Pillows weren't the most comfortable

The location was very central yet quiet. it was mid week so that could account for the quietness. The staff were extremely friendly, pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was lovely however I am vegan and was disappointed that they didn't have non dairy spread or oat milk. They only had Soya. So not a big deal for me really, just a preference. There was a sign to say vegan options available at the breakfast buffet however, I had enough options anyway and didn't need to request alternative offerings. I would recommend to others without hesitation.

There was nothing about my stay here to dislike. My room was a small room but how much room do you need ?

Big room. Comfortable large bed. Good shower and bathroom. Good location. Free parking (underground car park) close to hotel. There are 2 restaurants on site but in easy walking distance to restaurants and cafes in town. Staff friendly and helpful Be aware that there is live music (on the Friday night) and it was quite noisy in the room (it is not too late finishing) we had which was overlooking Scott St

Internet is very slow and drops out It would be nice if they didn’t use single use toiletries (ie small plastic single use body wash etc) - but that is a personal preference

The location was perfect. The shopping and nightlife is just outside the door. The Scott's Hotel bar was so much fun, and the music in the Courtyard was fun to listen to. Great place to stay and the beds were very comfortable.

If we headed to bed earlier than 11:00 PM, the Courtyard music was loud. They have definitely changed the decor and beds, and updated the bathrooms, but the furniture is still more old fashion. Neither of these two things though, took away from the stay, and we would go back there again.

Location is amazing - right in the heart of Killarney. Staff are wonderful - everyone from reception to housekeeping to the bar and restaurant and night porter were friendly and helpful. Free, secure underground parking is brilliant.

Very Happy. Only suggestion is that the selection of vegetarian options on the breakfast menu could be easily improved. There was only 1 actual option which was an 'egg bake' . If that doesn't appeal, the only option is to try to cobble something together from other (limited) non meat offerings. The staff were nice about it but not ideal when the restaurant is very busy at peak time!
