The lounging room was comfortable and quiet. I sat there for two hours and read a book. The breakfasts and menu selection was outstanding. I especially liked the crepe pancakes.

The half door on the shower needs to be replaced with a full door or a shower curtain. Water sprayed from the shower onto the floor.

Very clean, very nice and friendly owner, very quite place > slept awesome. Very good breakfast a la carte

Only 1 minor point: no air circulation in the bathroom. It was very misty all the time, although we opened all the windows for hours. Besides that everything was perfect.

The B&B is a beautiful building on a large piece of property a short distance out of town. The room was adequate and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very nice in a dining area with a bay window to look out at the property. Choices for breakfast were excellent. Evelyn was a wonderful host.

There is a busy road outside the property which you hear especially if you open the windows. It does quiet down during the night though.

I love the actual Building. I love the area. It is so quiet and outside of the town but close enough to get to it quickly. The gardens are beautiful. The bed and the Mattress was so comfy. I have stayed here a number of times and will continue to stay there as long as it is available.

I found the pillows hard but I have a neck problem so that is more my problem that it being their problem.

Beautiful home and gardens, away from the busy touristy Killarney. A short drive to a gas station with a deli and fast food options. Laundrette about 10 min drive away.
