The room was spacious, the food in the restaurant was gorgeous we stayed and had the carvery on Sunday it was amazing. We where at a Wedding and staff we amazing couldn't do more to keep you happy. The staff are lovely.

The only thing I didn't like was the swim lessons during the day in the leisure centre as my youngest was going back and forward from the kids pool to the big pool and they were in the kids' pool there was to much going on in the kids pool my 3 year old couldn't play .

Not far from the hospital. Staff were very helpful and friendly must say a big thankyou to Sylvia and Helen.Asked for a fridge in room, and quiet room which we got.Great that we had a balcony. Room was very nice, coffee machine, toiletries supplied.Plenty of storage, comfortable beds. Good variety at breakfast, great that chef will cook eggs, there and then. Great breakfast. Supervalue and a few other shops right next door. Clane is a lovely small town. Will definitely stay here again , at this hotel. Thank you all.😀

This is my second time staying here and as before Everything was beautiful and it’s so lovely very relaxing food was great and the staff where amazing and very pleasant would definitely be back again

It’s a peaceful place there is a mall beside it with everything you would need the room was beautiful and clean I will definitely be back x

The hotel is lovely. Staff very friendly and the food was really tasty even though the waiting time was a little long it was still worth it. Location is great with shops close by and green area for walks. Pool was amazing and is also heated. Would come again and highly recommend it.

The room itself was a little small for 3 adults but was fine for 1 night. The hairdryer couldnt be used as the electric wire has been worn down so was dangerous. Needs replacing.

The hotel itself it's extremely well located parking outside hotel is very accessible hotel receptionist very friendly Bar staff could be a little more friendly The beds were extremely comfortable The food in the oak bar was excellent

The hotel is in need of a revamp walls in oak bar have become very gruby Carpets in bedroom had burn marks on carpet through no fault of hotel staff but due to careless guests using hairstaighners/iron

This hotel is amazing. Really spacious lobby & lounges. Tastefully decorated for Christmas. The bedroom was really big & spotlessly clean with 1 double & 1 single bed. The beds were one of the most comfortable we have ever slept in. The shower was powerful.

Nothing...highly recommend.

Location and service was great

The swimming pool would be better if it was open slightly earlier on a weekend. Sunday breakfast could start earlier than 8am even for a small bite and coffee. Some of us are early risers

Attended a family wedding- fab hotel ❤️ huge hotel and no doubt you will get lost 😂 wedding reception was beautiful - food was unreal ❤️

When I first arrived- found the receptionist a little rude to me over issues with my booking ... eventually it all got sorted and led to a great 2 night stay ..... ❤️

staff were great, leisure manager went universal and beyond and we had a great chat about hotels, gyms and university. breakfast was good and reception were interested, asked for feedback and listened to same. it was interesting to hear that there is an upgrade planned and I look forward to revisiting

The room was a small bit worn, but very functional, getting out of hotel car park onto main road is difficult due to traffic (a roundabout would be great), not a hotel problem but it would be a welcome addition

Breakfast lovely, liked the idea of having a choice ie omelette Staff were friendly and helpful

Stairs up to dining area and long walk around to where you entered the seating area. I was travelling with my 82yr old mum who uses a walking stick.
