Location was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were fab, spacious and had a lovely bathroom. Online check in and check out system was handy.

Nothing I didn't like about the hotel. Couldn't fault the staff. Nothing bad to say - we weren't able to check in until 4 which we knew prior to arriving, so they stored our luggage for us and when we came back our bags had been brought up to our rooms for us. It was a nice touch.

The staff are very friendly, they were helpful in answering our questions on our first arrival to the city, direction to the car park was easy and the car park is near, the location is perfect, very quiet neighborhood. We were upgraded to a bigger room, that was a very nice gesture. Mattress is very comfortable. breakfast area is well lighted and very nice to sit in.

The bathroom is small comparing to the size of the room.

The location is particularly good, which I did not initially realise when booking. Over from Oscar Wilde’s former home (and current statue), and close to Parliament and museums and Trinity University, it is one of the best locations in Dublin. A bit of a hike to the Convention Centre, but well worth staying in this excellent location. Comfortable rooms, excellent bed, also a small fridge, air conditioned, no street noise, excellent gym, breakfast is superb, the attached pub is also very nice. This is a quality hotel, that does things to a very good standard.

By far the best hotel we stayed in on our latest European vacation! The location was great— near the popular sites, but away enough that it was quiet and felt more local. The beds were so comfortable— we slept so well, which can be hard when you’re coming from the US time zone. The staff was awesome!! Shout out to Ilsa who gave us a complimentary upgrade to celebrate our wedding anniversary and birthdays! The bar was great!! Try their whiskey sour or old fashioned!

Breakfast was a little expensive for what it was, but that didn’t impact our fondness of the place

To start with, the hotel is located in a very nice area, next to the park in the neighbourhood with the rows of historical 19th century houses. Also the National Gallery - definitely worth of a visit! - is a stone-throw away. The lobby is well decorated. The personnel is friendly. We have been allowed to view couple of rooms before choosing our options, for which we are very grateful to the members of the staff. (Extra thanks to Sabrina for going an extra mile to accommodate our wishes).

While the location was fine in general, it was quite a walk away from areas with eateries and shops. This may have positively affected the nightly sleep, as the place was rather quiet, but for any type of entertainment one has to venture out to other parts of the city. Also, the rooms are on smallish side: one hardly has space to walk around the few pieces of furniture in the room, not to mention placing the things into some drawers (which are hardly there). Still, it is ok for a few days’ stay.

We had a quiet room on a quiet floor which was wonderful as we were tired and I became ill for the first few days. Staff were friendly and capable. The location was great right near all the museums and across from Merron Park and near St Stephens Green. Would stay again at this hotel. We booked a king size bed and got a queen on the first night but they corrected this on the second night. The hotel is clean and facilities are good.

Only have a 20 Euro breakfast option which is really expensive. Can't get a coffee crossant only. The coffee was bad the one day we did try the breakfast think of coffee as a weak tea. Yuk. Bar food was not great either had the salad not sure what the dressing was but bitter. Had the soup which was a huge serving and not great.

The breakfast buffet was wonderful and a highlight of our stay. There was a big selection, and the staff kept everything tidy and orderly throughout the morning. The location was perfect, as it was close to major attractions and also the Grafton Street shopping district. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and the staff is super friendly. We requested rooms close together, and they were prepared for this when we arrived early.

It would be helpful if rooms were cleaned earlier in the day. We requested cleanings twice during our weeklong stay, and on one of the days it hadn't been cleaned by the time we returned to the hotel around 2:30pm after leaving at 8:30 in the morning.

The staff was really nice and helpfull. The location is great, in a walking distance to the most known places and also close to the bus stop that has the shutter to the airport. The hotel is very confortable in general, but considering the room temperature (it was very warm, since we had cold days in Dublin), the blankets and the maitress protection were a bit too hot to handle. We asked to replace it by only simple sheets and it was way better. It is possible to store the bags before and after checkin, which was great since our fligth was at the end of the day and we could visit the city without carring the luggage with us. I think it is something very important and not all hotels do that.

Nothing to complain.

It was the staff and in particular, Rosalie that made The Mont stand out as a place that I would heartily recommend. She was exceptionally helpful and patient with our many questions about Dublin. Perfect location for our needs as well. Comfortable beds, clean rooms and attentive staff.

For some reason none of the hotels we stayed at had no conditioner for your hair (only "conditioning shampoo" which is not effective for long hair. I had to buy my own when I arrived there. Not a big problem but good to know as in North America that is generally the status quo.

The location is perfect. far enough from the temple bar noisy scene but close enough to walk to and near nice restaurants; fun pubs, music and parks. And safe to walk at night. The staff couldn’t do enough for you and the rooms and bed were super comfy and quiet. Ristorante Di Napoli is a 5 minute walk and is amazing food and decor.

The breakfast could be better. It’s ok for 1 night but if your staying a few nights it’s monotonous. Eggs were so so with typical Irish breakfast. Sometimes pancakes but they were cold. I suggest they offer a menu with more selections such as porridge, omelets, etc
