We ran into a few issues with our room but the staff was super helpful, attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and things resolved. The manger Alvaro was particularly brilliant in the end and we can’t thank him enough for his help with things and his efforts to make our trip a good one. Also a special shout out to Ken, who was so friendly when we arrived and was brilliant with our two year old - this was so appreciated after a long day of travelling! The hotel is in a great location to get around the city and to the local transport links, is clean and modern.
The issues we had were partly out of the hotel’s control due to how busy the hotel was with visitors because of an event in the city.

We stayed there 1 week. Room was really good and pretty standard (not that small at all) around 15 sq.m. It was very well equipped with tea and coffee stations, air conditioner, iron and hair dryer. There was enough space for our luggage and clothes. Location is a bit industrial, but pretty good - it takes 15 min to get to the main entrance to the Trinity college or to Temple bar. Train station is nearby (5 min walking). Very nice and friendly employees of the hotel. Breakfast costs 15 euro and it's totally worth it so I can really recommend it. Also there was a welcome card signed by all staff and a cake which I found really cute
The only disadvantage is high price however it's almost the same everywhere in Dublin. I've checked many hotels before booking and found that Travelodge is one of the most reasonable choices. It's quite expensive city, so be ready for it.

Good location only 3 mins walk if getting dropped off by the dublin airport coaches. Quick check in friendly staff. Ken made himself known and immedietly gave us great tips on where to go and how to keep safe in a city ! Lovely man, thank you Ken...... .most places of interest were easy walking 10-20 mins away from hotel. Happen to find an excellent bakery a few minutes away. Room was small but clean and had what we needed, lovely shower. The bar and seating area,to relax was lovely, water hydration station all just what is needed especially on your last day. The area was quiet and the hotel was busy but not rowdy. Lovely walk on our last morning around the docklands and over more bridges.
Despite placing the door tag asking for the room to be serviced we stayed 3 nights and it wasnt changed by housekeeping once. In truth all we needed were some more refreshments so found housekeeping on the corridor to ask for what we wanted, which they were accommodating.

The first impression of the hotel was good. The foyer bar area and restaurant was also great when arriving
Check in and some of the facilities in the room, coffee machine not working correctly. Poor selection of coffee pods. Not sure what the interpretation of toiletries is. In my opinion 2 push operated soap dispensers was not expected in this new PLUS hotel. Check in was poor, got back to hotel at 1600hrs only to be told our room would not be available for another 30 - 45 minutes, we had a meal book for 5pm. The check in lad brought one of the supervisors to the desk who informed us the only other option was to take a different room, although we had paid for super deluxe. Unfortunately we had no other option due to meal we had pre booked

Amazing location and very comfortable room. The hotel was clean and modern and was perfect for a few nights away.
We had received an email advising us that we could receive 10% off in the restaurant and to enquire when checking in. We did this and got told to show the restaurant staff, we again did this and by the time the bill arrived the team had changed and we did not get the discount. The staff were all pleasant enough but the communication could have been better between them. We didn’t want to cause a fuss over a few euros but one of our drinks were taken down and served wrong also so it just seemed like a lack of attention to detail in the restaurant. Nothing too off putting however and we still have a lovely meal.

The staff was exceptional at the front desk and in the Mossco Restaurant!! The restaurant's hostesses were the nicest people and continuously checked in with you to make sure you had everything you needed. The Gluten-free options were the best of any hotel I stayed in on my trip. There is such comfort in that when you have a food allergy and the hotel understands and accommodates you, it's greatly appreciated.
I felt my room was very cramped with no place for me to open my luggage, or to store it. My TV did not work. The floor in the shower had no safety tread on the floor, I found it slippery and not that safe. It should have 2 handrails in the shower.

I rented the room for my parents in law, who were visiting Dublin from Japan. They were very pleased with the hotel and the great service of friendly staff who were patient with them despite the language barrier. The staff did their best to help and serve my wife's parents with great quality service. The concierge, Ken, was a highlight for my parents in law who enjoyed the Irish friendliness and attention to the guests.
The only possible complain was that one day the room was not cleaned despite they located a sign at the door before midnight as indicated. However, as soon as we called the attention in the reception to the issue, one very friendly and smiling lady came to apologise for overlooking their room and fixed the matter to their satisfaction.

The breakfast had a great variety with something for everyone. Lovely selection of fruits, cereals, breads, and a lovely fry. Dinner at night was in a lovely dining room with a splendid menu of an array of different dishes. Food was 1st class. Cleanliness was star quality and the staff were all so helpful. Big shout out to Soren who checked us in. A v pleasant guy who was most helpful and also to Cennet our server at dinner who was excellent at her job ie; v pleasant , friendly , and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to everyone who made our stay extra special. 😀
Nothing. Everything was perfect.

The price was great for what you get, perfect location just a short walk to all amenities such as temple bar and O'Connell street. Right next to Trinity College which was perfect to cut through to get to the main city centre. Staff were on point could not fault them whatsoever.
The bed was not the comfiest for me, my partner said he loved it and had no problems so could just be a me problem. I woke up with neck, shoulder and back pain. The windows did not do the best job of keeping the noise to a minimum from outside but it was not the worse, it did not wake me up through the night.

WE STAYED AT THE HOTEL FOR ONE NIGHT PLUS TWO NIGHTS COUPLE OF WEEKS LATER. tHE FIRST STAY ROOM WAS VERY SMALL. NOWHERE TO OPEN 2 SUITCASES AND THE BATHROOM WAS VERY TIGHT, EVEN FOR ONE PERSON. BUT THE RECEPTION STAFF WERE AMAZING. A MAN NAMED EMRE WAS EXTREMELY HELPFULL OF BOTH OCCASIONS WHEN WE STAYED AT THE HOTEL. THE SECOND STAY WE HAD A LARGER ROOM WHICH WAS VERY COMFORTABLE. eMRE ASSITED US WITH THE PARKING BY EMAILLING THE CARPARK ON OUR BEHALF AS WE HAD PREPAID PARKING. THE HOTEL OFFERS DISCOUNTED PARKING. EMRE WAS ABLE TO ACHIEVE THIS FOR US. ON OUR SECOND STAY, EMRE ASSISTED US AGIN. HE WAS SO HELPFUL AND EXTREMELY FRIENDLY. NOTHIJNG WAS A OTHER FOR HIM.
THE FIRST ROOM (STANDARD?) WAS VERY SAMLL.
