A clean and comfortable hotel situated in an excellent location to visit Pisa‘s main attractions. The staff were very professional, welcoming and hardworking. The hotel‘s breakfast was excellent. The pastries and bread were good quality and fresh and the range of choice was very broad and can easily cater for all tastes/ dietary requirements. The hotel boasts a stunning view of the main attractions which is even better than in their hotel photos. It is clear the hotel responds to feedback and I was impressed that their cleaning regime was thorough and maintained throughout the day. I’ve read negative comments about décor which I think is unfair given that hospitality was hard hit during Covid and considering the current economic climate. Enjoy the breakfast then go out and explore!

Some of the most amazing things about the stay was definitely the friendliness and professionalisme by the staff, they were totally awesome. We were situated in a room with an absolutely amazing view, which I definitely fell in love with as well. The view was gorgeous!

While my overall experience was positive, there were a couple of areas that could use improvement. The firmness of the bed might not suit everyone's preference, and some parts of the hotel could benefit from renovations to match the charm of the rest of the property. However, these were minor drawbacks in an otherwise very enjoyable stay.

Nothing to say bad at all about this hotel we were a wedding party of 8 everything ran great from start to finish with all the luggage 9 cases holdalls staff couldn't have been nicer if anyone fancy going to rooftop bar please book in advance its fully booked on a daily basis but because of the stunning views you get

Easy walk to the tower and cathedral. Reception very helpful - we had a problem with our basin not draining which was rectified whilst we were out. The next day our taps (which were tight to shut off) were replaced. Room perfectly adequate but not special, and overlooking alleyway. Breakfast had a good choice of food in quite a large room. The terrace/bar on the top was fantastic with ridiculous views. We only drank there, but looking at the food that was being served in the adjacent restaurant it looked very enticing!

Good value and great location. If you were wheelchair bound you may struggle in the breakfast room due to steps between different levels.

The location is amazing, our room was great, we had a terrace where we could sit and enjoy the sunshine and sunsets etc (we were upgraded because we were on honeymoon), the food was nice, the drinks at the bar were reasonably priced for a hotel, the staff were really friendly. The views from our terrace and from the rooftop bar/restaurant are phenomenal.

The only thing that could have been better is the standard of cleaning in the rooms. The floors were really not especially clean, and the ashtray on the terrace had cigarettes in from previous guests.

The hotel is very near everything you wanted to be. Food, shopping and the view of the Pisa at their terrace is magnificent. The staff were accommodating and very much willing to provide everything you asked for including recommendations for where to go for best meal and transport. Highly recommended for its price, it’s a great value.

The breakfast have great selections, too much to choose from but can do with some toast and butter and a better type of bacon I guess. The bacon is like a type of ham and then fried, not the proper bacon but over all it’s really good.

Amazing location overlooking a local square (bit noisy in the morning). You can see the tower from the roof top bar - we had drinks, played cards and loved the views. Breakfast was ok, usual continental fare, good choice, large spacious breakfast room so no waiting for a table and very relaxed. Rooms great, loved the beds - really comfy. The hotel staff were really helpful.

Could be noisy in the morning ( coffee shops setting up, church bells rather than drunken louts and loud music!) but this was not terrible for us. Otherwise everything was great.

Excellent location a minutes walk from the leaning tower and cathedral area. The hotel is flanked by restaurants on a lively street. The room was better than expected, we had booked an economy room for a very quick overnight stay and the room we had was big, comfortable clean and well equipped. The rooftop bar and views were incredible. Staff were very friendly and organised a ride to the airport from a driver who is based at the hotel. We would definitely return here.

The rooftop bar was incredible for the views but service (drinks only section ) was slow.

location location location! Couldn’t be closer to the Leaning Tower; great selection of bars, restaurants and shops on the doorstep (including a carrefour express for drinks, snacks, local treats). Staff were exceptional; very friendly and made us feel special on our (multiple times delayed) honeymoon. Our room was lovely and had a small balcony with tower view. The roof terrace and bar was excellent. Aperol spritz in the shadows of the tower, very romantic & special. Breakfast was great, good selection of hot and cold food and drink. So many different types of croissant, all delicious! Just 15 mins from airport/10 mins from train station. I cannot say enough good words about this hotel and if we ever get the chance to return we will do so in a heartbeat!

The hotel is right in the historical centre of Pisa, near the Leaning Tower of Pisa with exceptional view of the main city attraction from the 5th floor of the hotel so you don’t have to walk much to see it, also around the hotel are so many nice restaurants. The room itself was ok, comfortable bed, with street view. The breakfast was nice with a lot of options to choose from.

Even though it’s a 4 star hotel, the room walls need to be cleaned and painted. The bathroom was clean but lacked the shower gel, shampoo and body lotion.
