The hotel has a superb location! Just a few blocks from the central station. After that, is a walking distance from the main cultural landmarks. It's close to supermarkets, restaurants, souvenir shops, leather bags and apparel stores, laundry service shop. We love that the hotel offers to use a microwave and some items for coffee making for free. Also there is a kettle, cups and tea bags in your room. The size of the room is really comfortable, the beds also great. Our room was facing an inner backyard so we didn't hear any street noises. Also, the staff is really friendly and always have a great disposition to help!

Just a small detail, the aircon equipment maybe needs a filter cleaning. But that's all, everything was great.

Location ideal for the railway station yet quiet. Breakfast fine but you collect it from a counter and take it to your room. Room very well equipped (especially the bathroom) for its size. Very friendly welcome and very helpful, speaks English well.

Entrance, up two floors from a gloomy vestibule and in an old-style lift, doesn’t inspire confidence, and corridors are small, but the room was fine, if with no view.

I can highly recommend this hotel as the place to stay. It was close to the railway station and an easy walk to the town centre. The manager, Saimir, was a wonderful Host. He made sure that I had a comfortable relaxed stay. The room was spotless and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was wholesome and complete

Very helpful staff and a relaxed atmosphere. The shower cubicle was spacious and equipped with a multi-function shower. The location was great, almost just across the road from the railway station. There was a small selection of refreshments in the room, but more was available in the public area. There was a mini bar. I didn't use it, other than to remove the Heineken and use it to keep my more specialist beer cold. The room was secure having two locked doors before it.

There was no glass for rinsing after brushing my teeth. I used the cup that was in the room instead. The WiFi signal was strong on my mobile, but my laptop showed only a weak signal and struggled to connect. Sockets for charging devices were limited, although there was one next to the bed; but on the opposite side from the bedside table.

Apartment is in city centre, within walking distance to all most famos places. We were ofered a parking 20 euro per night which is quite good. We got really big room, with comfy bet, smart TV, small fridge. Personel was very polite. We got normal brekfast which we had rto take to our room.

Air conditioning could be better

Perfect location near main rail station. Short easy walk to main tourist attractions. Laundromat nearby. Very friendly and helpful hotel receptionists.

Room service didn't replace complimentary tea / coffee. Room was sprayed with a perfume that irritated my wife's sinuses.

We have been extremely satisfied by our stay here. Very polite and helpful staff, very spacious room which made our stay comfortable despite the four of us sharing the room. Also the bathroom was quite huge, spotlessly clean and new. Finally, the check in / check out times are very generous. One of the very few hotels allowing a 12pm check in while check out was still at 11am. Overall extremely satisifed with the value for money as the location was excellent too, close to the train station and the city centre!

The staff were very helpful and obliging the position was excellent ,just 2 mins from the train station,and it’s lovely to have a lift which often you don’t get in in the cities small balcony but enough. needed to keep door closed as very noisy all night outside. Also nice to have Netflix and a television that actually worked.thankyou Hotel Ester

The staff was very friendly and helpful, my room was large and with a personal bathroom. Location is very central, walking distance to all sightseeing spots and to the central station.

I spotted a few moldy spots in the bathroom, everything else was a bit old but kept clean.

Good location. Quite quiet. Good bed.Tea facilities excellent. Breakfast looked good but had other plans. Friendly helpful staff.
