A gorgeous little apartment. Very modern and clean. White and bright light from the windows. Lovely big bath. Minimalist and beautifully decorated. Lovely french windows that open and overlook the station. It did get a bit noisy with the crowds outside but the windows close and there are electric shutters that also block out the light and noise. It's right opposite the station and a quick walk into the centre of Florence. Perfectly placed. They also held our luggage for the day while we went sightseeing,

There is a kitchenette in the apartment with a microwave, fridge, kettle and tea & coffee. Strangely no cutlery or plates. It looks like there's a communal kitchen on the floor but we didn;t investigate.

The staff, the breakfast and the location were excellent - literally next to the train station and 10 min walk from the Duomo. The staff were all so nice. The bathroom was also new, modern and clean. We got a room facing the court so the noise was not a problem for us.

The room seemed much bigger and nicer in the pics, and there was a weird smell in it.. which didn’t go away during our stay even though we opened the balcony door. There were also so many mosquitoes, you have to do something about them!! And personally I think this was overpriced for the value we received, compared to other cities, BUT everything seems more expensive in Florence so this may make sense.

VERY close to the train station, markets, laundry, fantastic food mall nearby. Point Vecchio and Duomo and other key places were about a 20 minute walk which we loved. Got to see everything at a close up experience. One staff member in particular was super helpful with tips and very friendly. Great high ceilings and comfy bed. Loved our room and thoughtful touches for our special occasion. A/C kept up with the heat wave. Worked great.

The shower fluctuated to the extremes of hot/cold, but we just would adjust it as needed. Not earth shattering.

1. Front desk person was kind and helpful. It’s always the first impression! 2. The location is excellent. It’s just across the train station. Most of the sites are close by - walking distance. Very convenient to many restaurants. Nice to walk in the evening till 11pm. 3. Room is cleaned each day. Room is clean and modern. 4. Good A/C. 5. Many amenities are provided. We had a kitchen. But we hardly used it: microwave, electric kettle, stove, plates and etc… Just a simple note: 7florence is in the third floor. When you enter it is welcoming! Definitely, I will comeback.

Amazing location, very close to tram stop from airport but also the central market and a stroll to all the sites. The staff could not have been more helpful, advising on places to eat and shop for local delicacies, accommodating my early arrival and ensuring I had a quiet private space for a business call before checking in. The room was beautiful - fresh, clean, stylish and the kitchenette was an unexpected bonus. The choice at breakfast was superb, including lots of local bakery delights and savoury selection.

I wish I could have stayed for longer!

Very convenient location close to the train station so no need to lug your bags across the city, but still only 10 min walk from most main attractions. Breakfast was great with a good selection of sweet and savoury, including fresh berries. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Rooms are above a 24hr McDonald's so it can be noisy depending on the day, though the sound isolation is sufficient and earplugs are provided. Didn't bother us, but something to be aware of I guess.

This hotel is truly phenomenal. The room was not just clean, it felt brand new as it should be. The bed was sufficiently comfortable, and the bathroom was exceptionally clean and modern. The breakfast was also very good. A special thank you to all the incredible staff for their kindness and hospitality throughout our stay. The hotel is very cozy and conveniently located near the train station. Staying here really made me feel at home.

Before our arrival, my partner proposed to me, and when we shared the news with the staff at 7Florence, they went above and beyond to celebrate our special moment. Their genuine excitement for us was amazing, and they graciously upgraded our room and surprised us with a complimentary bottle of red wine. The experience was absolutely extraordinary. On top of this, they were very helpful when we had questions about Florence, and where we should go/ what we should do. We had a fabulous stay!

This BNB hotel was a great place to stay for a quick overnight in Florence. It was exactly as described, very clean and comfortable, yet simple and well priced. Directly across the road from the SPN train station it was easy to locate and perfect for onward travelling. Communication from the time of booking to the time of checkout was also excellent with the staff practively making sure they were prepared for my arrival. The best part of the stay however was the staff - all 3 women that I encountered were so lovely and made me feel very welcome. I would have no hesitation in recommending.

This is a B& B located near Maccas ( McDonalds) and the station. I forwarded that I was arriving late ~ 8.30pm - important to do as reception may close . The room was very large, impeccably clean and ideal for an overnight stay. So good I booked a second stay a week later.

The signage late at night is really hard to see amongst the milling crowds. However once you do locate the buzzer and push open the large door you are in an oasis of calm. It was a little noisy from the street below but they do give you earplugs. I booked a second stay a week later
