Lilium Hotel is my go-to Hotel when I travel to Florence. I love that it is very close to the train station! And walking distance to most iconic places in Florence. I also love their breakfast spread. I have booked this hotel 3 times already and have recommended to my friends and family too. And they have actually stayed there. Customer service (special mention to Sana) is always great.

Some rooms need some upgrading especially the ones on the 3rd floor of the building. The floor in room that was assigned to me and my friends had a crack and it may cause some damage or injury.

It is conveniently located where there is only 5-min walk from the train station. It is located behind ‘Burger King” and inside a building where are other offices and hotels too. On the first night, we did not get enough blankets and there was no shower gel. But it was rectified the next morning when we notified the front desk. This hotel is within walkable distance to almost all interesting places/ museums and shopping streets. The breakfast was great too although the breakfast hall was bit small.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Although it’s a 2-stars hotel, we found the accommodation and overall experience very good. The staff, especially the lady at the reception was super nice! She was always helpful and kind, helped with suggestions, and prepared a lovely take away breakfast as we had to leave very early in the morning. Thank you!! :) The beds and pillows were very comfy, location perfect to walk to the city center and explore Firenze. Breakfast was very nice! The room where we had breakfast was a bit tiny for the number of people, maybe this can be improved? Very good experience overall :)

the structure itself is excellent, very close to the station and you can reach the center easily by walking. In the surrounding area you can easily find restaurants and mini supermarkets. And lastly the receptionist who assisted us during the check in, he was really very kind and friendly.

the only thing we didn't like was regarding the luggage as the guy receptionist told us to leave it near the door, as he assured us to move it to a safer place later when the breakfast time is done but when we came back we found it in the same place where guests or other persons can reach it easily.

The staff was excellent. We ended arriving very early, about 1030. The girl working the front desk asked the staff if our room was ready and it was so they let us in. It was very nice to drop our stuff off and get settled in. We liked that our room was exactly as advertised and it was roomy for a family of 4. The hotel was also in a great location. We were able to walk to everything we wanted. Breakfast was also good... we like our eggs and bacon.

Everything was great but just a suggestion if there were more hooks to hang our wet towels after a shower would be a bonus.

Front desk staff greeted us kindly, professionally, respectfully. We felt welcome from the onset through the duration of our 2 night stay. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Great variety of food choices! Kitchen staff were so kind and accomodating. Beds and linen were very comfortable. Had a great night of sleep. We will be back on our next adventure to Florence!

The pictures are true to what we received. The breakfast was great, and I liked that all 5 of us had our own beds. The staff was wonderful and very informative. The pillows were comfortable memory foam.

The cleanliness could've been a little better but we did rush housekeeping to get into our rooms earlier. Could've used a little more room in the shower to move around, it was pretty small.

Great location, 2 minutes walk from the rail station. Amazing, helpful and kind Sana at the reception who made us feel so special. Good breakfast!

It was overpriced (we paid 354 euro for 2 nights ) for this room. You hear your neighbours, tiny walls. Be ready to sleep only in earplugs. Bathroom wasn’t nice. Small room, not very comfortable.

The location was right next to the train station, which was great for us because we have traveled to Pisa and Siena from there. But the neighborhood near the train station is a little bit not very good. The room was great, staff very kind and helpful. The served excellent breakfast.

The street on which the Hotel was located was not the cleanest in Florence. especially that particular side of the street. the opposite side was better and cleaner for walking.

The hotel is in an old building, 3 minutes away from the main train station. there are 3 or 4 hotels in the same building, located on multiple floors. Rooms was big, with plenty of space, bathroom was OK. It was warm inside, beds were OK. The breakfast is very nice, plenty of choices, sweet or salty, meat, cheese, fruits, eggs, bacon, milk, croissants, cakes, tea, coffee. From the hotel to main attraction there is 20 to 30 minutes walk.

There was a lot of noises, but this is not related to hotel itself, but to rude guest that find themselves in a hotel after midnight and choose to act like they are in some open fields... Also, access in the building might required some simplification, as you have one key and a code for main gate, then a token or a key to the floor access and another key for the room. I suggest one token that shall work both for main gate and the floor access and just one key for the room.
