The location is amazing. It's so close to the train station and all the sights. The staff was so kind and friendly.The breakfast was very good with lots of variety, and the hostess went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. I asked for an iron and was given one promptly. Great air conditioning and comfortable room. We travel internationally about 80% of the year. The atmosphere in this hotel is so different from most places we stay. The staff actually seemed quite happy and all were very kind.

This is a consistent issue in most places we stay. I wish they would have more hangers in the closet.

The room was very comfortable and beautiful, the painting on the ceiling was very cute and perfect with lots of angels. Everything was completely clean. The air con was working perfectly when I arrived and during all my stay, and the breakfast was a great surprise! There were great options savoury and sweet, everything was very fresh and well organized. The breakfast room is rustic (I love that kind of atmosphere) and beautiful, so it was an amazing experience! I was in Italy for 20 days and I was really surprised by all the details and quality of this hotel. Great location in a quiet area. After checking out I could leave my suit case in a locked room so I could enjoy a few more hours in the city. Thank you :)

After looking at just about every hotel review in Florence on Booking.com to decide where to stay as a young female solo traveller, I finally settled on this one, and I'm so glad I did. The location was perfect - a 2 minute walk from the train station, on a beautiful little street that leads straight to the Duomo with lots of cafes and restaurants along the way (and a Carrefour Express a few minutes away). This was my first time travelling alone and visiting Florence, so it was important to me that I felt safe in my hotel, while embracing a bit of Italian culture. I stayed in one of the junior suites because that's all that was available when I booked, and it was absolutely huge. The ceiling in my room was spectacular, beautiful Italian decor, Smart TV in which you can login to your Netflix etc, and speedy free wifi in the room. The staff were lovely, and it's helpful that they can keep your luggage for you after you've checked out (my train wasn't until 4pm). Can't recommend enough, would absolutely return!

Bathroom could do with being updated, but it was large and extremely clean. A bathroom refurb is the only thing that could've made this stay better, otherwise everything was perfect!

The hotel is very close to the train station SMN 5 min walk from it that makes it easy to visit other cities.we visited pisa and bologna.it is also close to city center ,duomo, mercato centrale and almost to everything in 30 minutes on foot.we walked everywhere.Via Faenza is a lively and safe street with many shops ,trattorias cafes and we enjoyed walking down this street. the staff is very polite from the lady in reception to the ladies in breakfast room.we had a wonderful spacious room with comfortable beds and modern bath.it was very clean and quiet.the breakfast is excellent with fresh and delicious food .we really enjoyed our stay and we will choose it again next time we visit Florence !!

Nothing to complain.

We fancied everything starting from the entrance hall ended to service, First of all the location is superb you can find anything near you, restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops and groceries. The staff was very warm and welcoming they have helped us in everything we asked for, kept our luggage, gave us needed facilties and they were available 24/7 even on the christmas eve. The room was fabulous, everything was sparkling clean and fantastic, in the room we could find everything we needed for one night stay, the beds and pillows were super comfortable and in the room we had the access to netflix and disney+. Thanks to this hotel our stay at florence was fierce, hundred percent valuable for money and I am definitely coming back there.

The staff was very cordial and helpful. You can leave your luggage in a waiting room and explore the city. Breakfast was good, not many selections but the ones they offer are really tasty. The location is very good, approximately 10 min on foot from the Duomo, close to restaurants, bars and supermarkets.

The room was a bit small and the furnishings it had were very minimal and outdated. The wardrobe we didn't use because it was unbalanced and creaking, the nightstands were small and there was no fridge. We had to put our stuff all over the floor because there wasn't any space to put them.

The location was superb, and facilities although old, it was clean and very good.

I had reserved a double room. Our son sleeps with us and do not prefer to sleep in another bad. Anyway the room had already an additional bed. I reserved this room and I was reauested to pay for my son additionally 30 euros. I mean why? Because of the breakfast? I could pay the breakfast separately for him, and the breakfast is not more than 15 euros. This was nonsense and I do not like to be charged additionally for the same room because I have a small son. It is nonsens and expensive.

This hotel is conveniently located just beside the main train station in Florence. Even so, the street on which the hotel is based feels very safe and comfortable to walk around. Our spacious room was beautifully decorated in a Tuscan style and had great air conditioning. The room was one of the quietest I have ever stayed in in a city centre due to the double windows which blocked out every noise despite the busy street below. The shutters also allowed for the choice to have the room nice and dark. The breakfast had a very nice selection of items including fruit, pastries, and meats. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in early upon arrival, and helping us by storing our bags and ordering us a taxi when it was time to leave. We would be more than happy to return in the future.

The temperature of the water in the shower fluctuated slightly, but not enough to be unpleasant.

The breakfast was quite good. Pretty much standard fare for a Florentine breakfast, and very good quality. The room was spacious by European standards, as well as the shower. The staff were very helpful. The best aspect may be the location, which was on "Via Faenza". This street contains a charming collections of restaurants (osterias, trattorias), bars and other shops. It really comes to life at night. The wifi was excellent. Staff member available 24 hours.

The beds were a bit firm for our taste.

Lovely character hotel, lovely staff,warm and friendly welcome everytime we entered the hotel. Room was decent size and comfortable, loved being able to log into my own Netflix account on the tv in the evenings. Nice breakfast and great coffee. location perfect for us as we travelled by train, 5 minute walk from the station and a 10 minute walk to that cathederal down a street lined with restaurants and another shop you would need.

Nothing really,for the price we loved it.
