Perfect location, 5 min. walk from Milano Centrale railway station. Plenty of restaurants just around the corner. Hotel was quiet, clean, very kind staff, neighborhood was safe. Breakfast was great incl. very good cofee. Luggage room available for free if you need to drop your stuff after check-out and pick up any time later. We would stay again.

The breakfast was great, a decent selection, but it was all delicious. The rooms with the light therapy thing was really cool and novel. The hotel staff was exceptional and accommodating. They even accommodated us to arrive a day earlier when the hotel we had previously booked at another location was terrible.

The Air Conditioning could have been better. They provided us fans, but the AC was just not what americans are used to. Didn't ruin the trip and with fans we were able to make it through the night, but just be prepared.

Central location not more than a 5-10 min walk from the central station. Relaxed atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with plenty of different choices. Room was spacious and comfortable. We really appreciated the lounge area next to the reception and the possibility to store our luggage for a while after checking out so we could visit Milan without having to bring the luggage along.

Nothing in particular, but just to mention something, I'm not a very big fan of the colorful design used in the room. Unfortunately there was some construction work going on quite close by, so there were quit a lot of noise in the morning, since we stayed at the hotel on a normal weekday. Wasn't expecting that.

A beautifully presented Hotel. Spacious room immaculately kept by friendly staff. A pleasant walk to the Centre, close to the Railway Station and lots of Restaurants and Cafes nearby. Excellent value for money, and good choice for breakfast .

The stay was not long enough. We will be going back t again later in the year.

Bruno on reception was great, recommended a local restaurant for dinner, so good we went back another night to try another dish on the menu. Also recommended transport alternatives to get around Milano. Bruno made this hotel great.

Basic toiletries, breakfast could have had more selection, room budget for good money paid.

Convenient location: close to the central railway station and not very far from the city center. Metro and tram stops nearby. Versatile breakfast, it was just perfect. Very welcoming staff.

It was quite hot in the room but opening the window solved the problem. In general the interior of the hotel looked a bit shabby (very colourful, though) but this is a trifle for sure.

The staff were are very nice especially Bruno on the desk when we arrived. It’s central to the train station with lots of local restaurants around. 1 mile from Beara which was great. The room was clean with tea and coffee making facilities, comfortable bed, great bath and shower. Nice clean towels. There was lots of choice for breakfast and the area was kept clean and tidy.

Nothing to dislike

The location next to Grand Centrale and only 20 min walk to city centre. Lobby room bathroom very clean but some things are a bit dated like fridge not super cool. Breakfast was good and loads of choices .they kept our luggage free of charge for the day. That was brilliant.

I ask 3 members of staff about lake Como as we couldn't make head to tails from the time table for the ferry and no tourist office was open on Sunday afternoon and I was just told ask at the ferry port. So not very helpful that way . We just got brushed off . The mattress was not a fantastic shape.

Great support from the staff, I was assigned a room that when I got it there was a noise like from a motor, went down to the lobby to ask how to stop the noise and instead they assigned me another room and it was perfect, I could sleep very well! Thank you!!
