location good bathroom friendly staff

was asked to leave room key with reception each time you left hotel which I didn’t like, felt like my belongings were not safe. when collecting them, I was not asked for ID or anything which again added to my concerns as it felt like anyone could have easily gained access. bed was ok but probably could do with a new mattress soon

The hotel was fantastic, and it was a perfect location for exploring and accessing the main train station in Milan. Bed was firm but we prefer that, perfect size, shower was great, as was the hairdryer in the bathroom which are usually not great but this was so good especially as we had travelled with hand luggage so not much room for a hairdryer. Would definitely book here again.

Very small, but would have liked some extra team making supplied. Also the fridge in the room doesn't really keep things cold. However we still had a great time.

Front desk guy was very nice, helpful and welcoming. Room was as advertised/pictured, very clean, water pressure fine. Location was good in that it was close to the train station and also had an elevator which was good bc we had large bags. But then it was a half hour walk to the Duomo area. If I had a smaller suitcase I might have stayed closer to there vs close to the train.

A week before we were notified that there would not be heat or air conditioning available during our stay but we didn't worry about that because with the expected temperature we didn't think we would need either. However the room was stuffy so we opened the windows which was nice but they didn't have screens and we ended up with mosquitos buzzing loudly in the room and they actually woke us up. A/c or a fan (or window screens) would have helped but we were only staying the one night and didn't request either. That was the only negative for us!

Good location for the central station. Clean and comfortable room.

Breakfast didn’t start until 7am

Lovely staff, close to train station and a nice walk to the centre or close to metro lines and busses. 24/7 staff on service. Free WiFi. Mini fridge to store wine and snacks. New towels and sheets every day. Decent breakfast, had enough for me. Air con worked easily. Full-length mirror and large wardrobe and desk.

Bed was a little hard for me, but some people I know like a firmer mattress. I didn't like the flush on the loo. It was awkward for me to use. Sometimes, as you're in the centre, there are loud delivery trucks at like 5am.

Best best best reception experience in Europe and Italy. Awesome front office team who is always greeting, ready to help. They allow early check in whenever possible. Unlike some other places where you face shower problem, this place is absolutely great with the water pressure. Location is SUPER CONVENIENT to main train station and metro that is easily accessible to Duomo or any other places. Many eateries nearby and one Osteria 30 seconds walk across that sells excellent italian cuisine. This place is top recommended for a stay while in Milan

Location close to Milano Centrale. Check in was swift. Friendly courteous and helpful staff. Had a comfortable stay. Room was spacious esp the toilet.

No aircon but it is not their fault (Italian law says starting when the aircon can be turned on). A few stairs to lobby 3-4 steps), for solo female traveler will be difficult, however front desk staff saw me struggling with my luggage and assisted me at the door. Excellent service!! Thank you! Just a small thing though - suggest you put hooks inside toilet to hang clothes and stuff.

This hotel is located very near the Central Train Station and very close to the Metro links etc. It was a very large room with a good bathroom comfortable bed and in a nice street close to local restaurants etc. The room was much larger than expected. The staff were very helpful with all our questions. The area has a few good options for breakfast and dining and this was very convenient. Milan is an attractive city for a stay and this was a good option for our two night stay whilst in transit.
