Everything was great, friendly and helpful staff, nice, modern and clean hotel, spacious room, fast check in, great location just few steps from metro station and the main train station.

The only thing I didn't like was the noise from the street but that's expected from this kind of location, got woken up few times a night from street noise so earplugs was the sleep saver :)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Smart Hotel, and I cannot recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, I was overwhelmed by the incredible hospitality of my host, Leonardo. His kindness and attentiveness truly touched me, and I’m extremely thankful for how welcoming he was. The room itself exceeded my expectations - it was both clean and spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment to unwind. Everything was impeccably maintained, and the attention to detail was evident throughout the entire space. For people travelling on business or just stopping over, the location is superb, as it’s only 3 minutes away from the Central Station, which makes it a lot easier if you need to catch a train or go to the airport. The only thing to note is that this isn’t the safest zone in Milano, especially at night. Thus, when you visit, I would advise you to refrain from walking alone late in the evening or having valuables in your hands. All in all, the hotel provided an excellent experience, and Leonardo’s hospitality truly set it apart. I would absolutely stay here again and encourage anyone visiting Milano to do the same!

The overall rooms were very modern with tinted windows (which is subjectively kind of hit and miss for me - created a bit darker atmosphere in the room) Overall - everything was clean and neat. Very nice warm illumination and really good soundproofing. We were offered a very spacious room with a big mirror and a couch in the foyer of the room. The floor-to-ceiling windows were a great asset and the curtains were thick and provided even better soundproofing because the hotel is right in vicinity of the Central Train station. Osterias, restaraunts and cafes around the hotel were nice and moderately priced for a metropolitan city as Milan. Staff was pleasant and forthcoming. Overall a pleasant stay.

Fortunately there were only few minor issues , nothing much , but still - no glasses for water only cups for tea or coffee, very few wastebaskets , in fact there was only one and that was in the bathroom only. THe tint on the windows made it look reaaly dark in the room even wih the sun out - but that is hardly an issue beacause I think very few stay in a hotel room in Milan during daytime. And there were some wearmarks and traces from , s i think , luggage or other people that were moving furniture or something like that.

I love this hotel and will be back with my family later. After a long, long, day at the airport (canceled flight), I reached to the smart hotel. The nice staff, she upgraded my room to make my day. Thanks for her, in addition to the comfort bed, I slept almost 10 hours :)) . The location is super, room is very fashion and cozy.

Had a few difficulties with phone and lights, but could figure this out after few try-and-error. Also, just once I arrived, the room was a bit humid, but when open the AC it is gone. Other than that it was an enjoyable to find this hotel.

Exceptionaly nice staff. Metro right at the corner. Milano Centrale train very handy for Malpensa Express train from the airport, train to Lake Como and any other city you are continuing to. This is a new hotel so don't be put off by outdated reviews about the former hotel in the same building. Also, the area around the train station is safe and "normal". Had seen negative comments about that but I have to think they were made by people who are just not used to large cities.

Water temperature would not stay steady while in the shower.

The best thing was the location as it is very close to the train station and busses from airports. But in overall the area is not very safe and conforting. We really liked staff. They were friendly and tried to help in all possible ways. The bed was superb, no problems.

We didnt like how the room was planned, strange planning. Also, there were a lot of flying dusts. TV is outdated, no possibility to stream from you phone or pc. There was no normal work table. No cafe restaurant or where to drink coffee or coctails and relax. Also, the water stream was very weak... but if you take the nose off the water stream is perfect, so they just need to change it. But in overall all is good and working, but i dont think its worth the asking money. And it says 4 stars, but i dont think they are close to four stars...

The location is phenomenal and for 3 nights it was exactly what we needed.

I didn’t like the lack of natural light, even when you open the blinda, the glasses are tinted so artificial light only. On the other hand the room really is dark so you can sleep all day lol. Bed is on the softer side.

I liked everything from the location to the design of the room. The staff was wonderful.

I did not like the reviews of other people that this hotel is not safe from the point of view of thieves..

If you are a girl be aware that on this zone many guys stay during the night at metro station & It would be best to avoid going out on evenings.

The hotel is close to the station, so handy if you need that proximity. also conveniently close to the Metro(2 lines). This is a new rebranded hotel which was completely refurbished and opened in Jan 23. The rooms are small and stylish and well planned out. excellent bathroom. everything is new and spotlessly clean. the bed was comfy. the double glazed windows insulated any street sounds. the big winner was the staff. highly professional, attentive and friendly staff. Tiziano was a stand out - I’ve stayed in many top five star hotels, and have never had service which surpassed this guy! there are two excellent restaurants close by which the hotel recommended. I’ll definitely be back.
